So good!. A captivating and compelling read. Love the characters.

Boring. Long and boring. Kept reading till the end hoping it’d get better. It did not!

Good Company. I was surprised to read the bad reviews of this book as I quite enjoyed it. However, I have a background in little theater, in college and after on the stage but never summer stock. So I found that aspect of the book fun and interesting. I was also a high school guidance counselor and have plenty of experience with therapy sessions, so this part of the book was also interesting. I will agree that it was a little repetitive and drawn out from time to time but I thought generally a good story.

Not for me. This book started okay but I ended up feeling like I wasted my time reading it. Nothing really happened. Maybe it’s supposed to be more of a subtle story and I just didn’t get it. I ended up not really caring what happened to the characters. I just wanted it to be done so I could move on to a more interesting book. When I got to the end, my feeling was, “That’s it? That’s the end?” Blah.

Soporific. Shallow, boring shellac over a glossy veneer. What a waste of words!

Skip the Book. The story seemed captivating at first, but the story ends up dragging. It seemed like nothing ever hit a climax. I kept reading waiting for the aha moment and it never happened, really disappointing.

Great book. Loved this book about Relationships and how to navigate marital issues. Interesting character development ! Must read!
