Wow!. There aren’t many authors who write books that are part of a continuing series that I’m willing to read but Ms Kenner’s books are one of my exceptions. I’m not talking about a series that features different couples in a familiar setting, family, friends, and such. I’m talking about ones that have cliffhangers that continue in the next book. I don’t have the patience and sometimes they go on forever. There’s enough suspense with some resolution in each book to keep a reader looking for more, knowing or hoping for a full resolution by the end of the last book in their story. Ellie and Devlin have similarities to Damien and Nikki but are also totally different. In this book, their feelings and their trust in each other deepen and grow. Their resolve to be together and need for each other keeps getting stronger. Who can they trust with their secrets and lives? But, as usual, once you think things are alright and settled, then, BAM! Can’t wait for the next installment!

Devlin & Ellie continued. Investigate reported Ellie is still on the hunt to know more about her Uncle Peter and the man he was. She’s torn between her cop instincts and love for Devlin and walking the line on which side is the right side of the law. Can Ellie & Devlin figure out how to make it work and get past the secrets and lies? Twists and turns await readers when Ellie gets too close to the truth, when more secrets are revealed, and who has been doing the bidding all this time! This book is packed with action and suspense...and of course some nice Ellie & Devlin steamy scenes. Can’t wait for the conclusion!

But he’s the man who knocked me asunder in the first place, and I’ve completely lost my anchor.” What happens when you are fighting to build back your trust. Loved. So good! Once again Ellie and Devlin bring life to the pages. The mystery, friendship, danger and romance all lead to great writing! J Kenner has held me captive to these wonderful characters and I can’t wait until My Cruel Salvation comes out! Outstanding!!

I Need More Now!. Wow! Loved getting to see these two together through the good and the bad and seeing them survive all the truths that could’ve quickly ended them. Put the danger amps up even more in this book and whoever it is, will they see it coming before it is too late? As Ellie keeps pushing for more information even Devlin is thrown off by the truth and some of the consequences. But when all is laid out, how will they survive in this new reality? Loved all the twists and turns and the heady sensation of being fully present and utterly on the edge of my seat as we get so many more answers, but still more questions. I cant wait until the next book and it is never quite soon enough!

4.5 Stars!. I really like that we got some quality time with Devlin and Ellie as a couple in book 2. Now that Devlin had decided he can’t live with out her, we see more of these two side by side against the danger. You don’t really know if the danger is about Ellie stirring up the past or that it’s made public that she is dating Devlin. You also get a sense of an enemy from within. I had it narrowed down to two possible people and was a bit surprised by how book 2 ended. I like that it wasn’t completely predictable. I am very curious how Devlin and Ellie are going to handle the new hurdle for book 3. I have a feeling of how such a secret came to light and I’m anxious to see if I’m right.

Saint is no saint.. “A woman he would always fight for, even if it meant fighting her." This series is getting better and better and deeper and deeper. As you find out the answers to some of your questions more things get revealed and then you have even more questions. In the meantime, back at the ranch...oh wait, that's another story. Back in sexy Devlin's Saint's bed, yeah, that works better. I wish I could share that part, but it's something you need to read for yourself. As well as...back against the wall...back in the shower...in the back of the limo. You get the idea, right? 😉 Just having a bit of fun since this is a romantic suspense novel and I can't give you any details without spoiling the experience for you. What I can tell you is that Saint is no saint. He's dirty and delicious and demanding and would do ANYTHING to protect the woman he loves. He has so many secrets and he's holding on to them for good reason. Just wait, you'll understand... Eventually. This is not the end, and I don't know how far we'll go before it is. I'll just say that the author is a very talented writer who likes D, and I do too. Get your mind out of the gutter, I'm talking about her unforgettable romantic heroes, Damien and Devlin. Damien was her first, but I have no doubt that Devlin will be just as popular with her readers. I know he is with me. I can't wait to spend more time with him in My Cruel Salvation. The line forms here...

Great read. This is the second book in the series. This book answers a lot of your questions. Just not all of them. It is still hot and sexy and you will enjoy My Beautiful Sin just as must as the first book. Ellie is still trying to find answers about her uncle in this story. There is a lot secrets Devlin has that is is not sure he wants to share with Ellie. I hope you find this book as enjoyable as I did.

Wow! A must read!. OMG! I was on the edge of my seat for the last half of the book! Twists, turns and a surprise whodunit. Although it is a cliffhanger it doesn’t leave you totally hanging. Even better than the first book. I can’t even begin to imagine what happens in the next book “My Cruel Salvation” out in May! As with “My Fallen Saint”, the characters are well written, the plot(s) intriguing and Elle & Devlin scorching. I certainly hope this is going to be a series and not just a trilogy.

Devlin and Ellie are back!. Devlin and Ellie are back in the second book of the Fallen Saint series and it is a whirlwind. It is not a standalone and the books must be read in order. Ellie has made up her mind that she is standing by her man but knows that he still harbors some secrets, heck he told her as much. Nevertheless, Devlin gives Ellie permission to tell both of her best friends the truth about him and this solidifies their relationship, making them even stronger. However, Ellie is a reporter at her core and is going to continue her story to look into her uncle’s past to uncover his secrets. Will Devlin be able to keep Ellie safe or will she fall down the rabbit hole? This is one drama filled read with twists that you will not see coming. If you think you figured it out, guess again. I cannot wait for this to come full circle and see what Ms. Kenner has coming with the final installment “My Cruel Salvation” coming in May.

One Mystery Solved, New One Begins. 3.5 Stars... This book picks up were My Fallen Saint left off, and even though it's been a while since the first book premiered, the author does a solid recap to refresh the reader's memory. There is definitely chemistry between Elle and Devlin. Devlin's breaking stereotypes of the billionaire heroes because even though he is still hiding some information from Elle, he let's her know that, and everywhere else he is actually very open and honest with her. There are some plot twists, things I did not see coming, but not all mysteries have been solved yet. The dynamic between Elle and her friends, and Devlin and his friends and the way they all mesh is great; however, there is some stuff that isn't sitting well with me in this book. First off, Elle is an ex-cop and an investigative report and sometimes she seems so oblivious, other times she figures it all. When she does fully figure certain things out, the author doesn't always provide the connecting of the dots. Also Elle has a permit to carry a weapon, yet everyone keeps scaring the crap out of her (not intentionally, but still). For someone who is all about keeping his identity a secret, there are a lot of people who seem to know who Devlin really is, and the discussions aren't always occurring in private areas were no one could over hear them. While the sexy times in this book were better than the first, I still found a lot of them to be a little underwhelming compared to previous books from this author, so I guess that's just the direction that the author is going for this trilogy. The story itself is very good and I can't wait to see where the final book takes us.

A great sequel. My Beautiful Sin picks up right where book one left off and we are thrown straight back in to the crazy world of Devlin Saint! Devlin has Ellie exactly where he wants her, back in his life and his bed, but not everyone is pleased by their rekindled romance. Mysterious texts and untold secrets threaten to unravel everything they’ve worked so hard to build back up, can their relationship survive? Although this felt like it was slow to get going (we get a lot of repetition of events from book one) once it hit its stride, it was action packed and full of suspense. As an investigative reporter Ellie was a bit slow to work out what was going on but I still liked her ballsy, no fear attitude. Her and Devlin together are hot!! Of course I’m now eagerly awaiting the next book... Thank you to the publisher (Martini and Olive) for providing a copy of the book for review. All opinions are my own and provided willingly.

Amazing book. Ohhh i was so exited to read this book after reading book one I fell in love with characters in book one and as there’s only a few main characters I feel like the books about all of them not just a couple and you get to know all the characters which I’ve really enjoyed in this book. Devlin is happy so happy he has got back the missing piece of his heart but how long for?? Will El be ok with not knowing all his secrets? Ellie is so happy so what Devlin has secrets that doesn’t matter she’s got her man back so that’s all that matters isn’t it? Brandy is always there for Ellie they are the best friends anyone could ask for is it time for Brandy to get some happiness in her love life? Lamar only has Ellie’s happiness in his thoughts and now she’s back with Devlin can he get past that and keep his friendship with Elle going strong? All this storyline and then the past rearing it’s ugly head the whole way through this book I loved it loads of twists and turns and shocks I can’t wait for book 3.

Kenner ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And the ride continues… you must read book one in this series to enjoy My Beautiful Sin, it holds many of the story lines that flow through to this book. So you’ve been warned. This is My Beautiful Sin. As Ellie falls further for Devlin Saint, 2 things become clear, the man holds more power over her then she thought possible, and he has secrets, ones she’s going to find them out. Ell returned to Laguna Cortez to investigate her uncles death, but what she finds over time is so many more deep dark secrets that put a target on her back. It seems it isn’t just Saint with things to hide. Never fear, Devlin Saint and all of his sexy, alpha ways makes the decision to win over Ellie, the girl he fell in love with years earlier. Now he’s going to have her forever in his life,& in his bed, if he can keep her safe! This one is like those roller coasters that stop half way and change direction then flip you over and spit you out in a different track. Yep you’ll be holding your breath too!

Entertaining. It was good to be back with Devlin Saint and Ellie Holmes. As I have come to expect from Ms. Kenner the writing was strong and the story she wove, drew me in and kept me riveted from the first to the last chapter. Firstly if you haven’t read Fallen Saint then STOP, you need to read that first. I fell hard and fast for Devlin Saint (I just love the name), he ticked all the boxes for me. He is a man who cares deeply and has fallen for Ellie. Just when I thought that they would finally get the happily ever after that they deserve J.Kenner throws in twists and turns that had me captivated and on the edge of my seat whilst reading. Ellie does not know all the secrets that Devlin holds close, in fact he doesn’t know how she will react, so he believes that there is no reason for her to learn the whole truth. There was plenty of steam, suspense, drama and intrigue throughout this story as the journey Devlin and Ellie are on push their relationship to the limits. Will Ellie’s life be in danger thanks to her involvement with Devlin and her determination to solve the mystery of her uncle’s death? One click and find out.

Romantic suspense. My Beautiful Sin (Fallen Saint#2) follows on from book one so please make sure you read that before picking this one up. Just when we thought Devlin and Ellie had got their happy ever after...... Devlin is happy he has found the piece missing from his heart but that doesn’t mean he is ready to tell all to Ellie because deep down he is unsure of how she will react when she finds out what secrets he is hiding...will Ellie be ok once she finds out the truth, will having her man back be enough to mask the secrets he hides ........Guess you need to read the book to find that out. This book has it all, intrigue, danger, mystery, love and passion and it’s a story that captivated me from the first page to the last line. This is book 2 in the Fallen Saint Series and if you thought book one was good, wait till you pick this gem up. I love this couple so big and I can’t wait to see where Ms Kenner takes us next. I highly recommend this series to all romance lovers who are looking for stories with depth and characters you can’t get enough off.

Devlin is an amazing character, dark, sexy, and powerful. Ellie is a fantastic smart, and strong character. In this installment we learn more about Devlin's secrets.
