Disappointing cliff hanger!. This felt like an incomplete novel! Plus I didn’t care enough about the characters to want to buy the second book to see how the first novel should have properly ended. I could see how this would work if it was a tv series, but in a book, it falls flat.

Loved it. This is another stunning read by the author! In the story we meet Magnolia and she’s attending school away from South Carolina much to her father’s behest but it feels right and she has no intention of returning not yet. Unfortunately her childhood sweetheart has broken up with her and now she’s determined to have just one wild crazy night. She meets Brody and instantly attracted to him and she wonders what could happen just one night. Obviously she has nothing stopping her and she needs it and wants just one night. Overall it’s a page turner and I loved the characters except for Robert the douche that dumped Magnolia suddenly and without reason. However it’s a cliffhanger just so your aware, if they aren’t your thing wait for the next part. Definitely a must read on a cold winter’s night!

Not good, but not horrible. Pacing was too slow for me, and I hate lack of/miscommunication as the basis for a plot. Plot was NOT resolved at the end so it felt like the story didn’t even go anywhere because it was just used as setup for the next book, I did not like that either. The writing itself and the style were good enough to keep me reading till the end though. Overall not for me and wouldn’t recommend, but not straight up bad.

Loving Brody!. Wow, really! Brady knows that this is the same girl from four years ago, but that can’t be right, her name was Rose. Magnolia freezes when she sees that face, because she didn’t think she would ever see that face again. I really like Brody, but Magnolia, I’m not so quick to jump on her fan bandwagon. I know she’s had a rough time of it lately, but she doesn’t like the town talking but yet she’s letting her ex help her in more ways than one. My feelings on Robert is why has he not stepped up to declare his feelings before now. I can’t wait to see what happens in book 2.

Tequila Rose. Magnolia has been through so much from her high school sweetheart breaking up with her over the phone after being together for five years. She has a one night stand to get over her ex and then gets devastating news. Four years later she returns home to South Carolina with a secret. Magnolia (Rose) and Brody never got over each other after their steamy night together but she disappeared. Several years later he is in South Carolina opening a brewery and bar with his best friend Griffin. He recognizes Rose but then learns her name is really Magnolia. She really needs to decide who she wants to be with either Brody or Robert.

At least tell me. I hate when book descriptions don’t indicate that it’s not a complete story. At least tell me I have to read another book just to finish the story.

So sweet!!. This a departure for Willow but is still completely awesome. It’s a southern town love story. There’s still angst and love but not the darkness like in some of her other books. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. If you’re looking for southern charm with some sass and surprises, this is your book!

Neither can deny nor resist the pull they feel towards each other. It was there years ago and it is still here now. Magnolia feels torn though, Robert or Brody. Robert, her ex that dumped her the night she met Brody, has been by her side through all her ups and down since her father died and left a trail of burden and misery and to help her with her beautiful daughter. Brody has come back into her life and wants to pick up where they left off. She knows she wants Brody but how can she forget all the support Robert has given her. The secret she keeps can be what ends it all? Who will she choose in the end? Willow Winter has once again has lured us into this love triangle. Now we have top wait and see how it ends....

Awesome book. I feel like this book is actually talking to farewell having a conversation I love this and when I have my book club it will be added for book week 🙋🏾‍♀️🫶🏾

Amazing. Willow never disappointed with her books and Tequila Rose is another spectacular read. One stand night and her life change forever and after 4 years she meets with her pass. This book ends in a cliffhanger, but I can tell you will love it! and I cannot wait for the next book.

Small Town. Willow Winters is a new author to me. i also follow her on instagram. I read this book in like 2 days. it’s so well written. Willow knows how to write. This book kept my interest and it was easy to follow each character.

Cliffhanger... Liked the story overall but not a fan of leaving a book on a cliffhanger, just feels like the story is unfinished. I had heard a lot of good about W.W books, but so far if I’m being honest I’ve been very underwhelmed.

Left me needing more!. Left me needing more! After Magnolia gets dumped and is away at school, she decides to go out for a night on the town to forget her problems. While out, she meets Brody, an out-of-towner, and decides to have her first and only one-night stand. The morning after changes her life in more ways than one, and years later we find that Magnolia moved home without finishing school to deal with the repercussions and aftermath of her father’s decisions while also pregnant. With no way to contact Brody, Magnolia raises her daughter the best she can with the help of her ex-boyfriend, who’s become her rock once she returned home, but when fate intervenes and Brody moves to town and sees Magnolia and remembers her, all bets are off. I struggled a little with this book because there was no clear decision from her – Brody’s presence causes Magnolia’s ex to make his move while knowing that Brody is trying to win her heart as well, and Magnolia seems to want her ex over Brody. This book ended on a strange cliffhanger though, so I’m intrigued to see what happens in the next book to get my questions answered! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Not my favorite. This story drags on for so long… like 75% of it is Magnolia trying to get herself to tell Brody that he MIGHT be Bridget’s father. Magnolia’s character is infuriating honestly

Enjoyable. I know that this is going to be hard to believe but this is the first book I have read by Willow Winters and how I have not read her before I have absolutely no idea. Be prepared this book ends in a cliff hanger, so you have been warned. This is a second chance at love story that was an emotional read that tugged at my heart strings. All it takes is one night to change the course of a person’s life and for Magnolia (aka Rose) and Brody this is certainly true. Four years ago, they both need to escape the present and had a passionate one night stand. Not knowing that their lives will be linked forever. Fast forward to the present and their eyes meet again, neither of them have forgotten their night but not is all as it seems now. What will happen when Brody learns the truth? What happens when the past collides with the present? I cannot wait for the conclusion to this story in Autumn Night Whisky.

Very disappointing read. A very boring story with no substance then it just ends and expects u to pay more money for half a story. I read a lot of books and this is one of the worst I’ve ever read would never read another by this author

Four years later, Brody arrives in her small little town and wants a second chance but between the secrets that Magnolia is hiding, her three-year-old little girl and Robert wanting his second chance, everything is a tangled mess. ⁣ I enjoyed this story and am looking forward to the conclusion of it in Autumn Night Whiskey. Magnolia has gone through a lot and I truly felt for her and her little girl. I am voting for Brody as I am not a huge fan of Robert and there is something about him I just do not like. This was not my first story from Willow Winters and I am looking forward to diving into more of her books. ⁣ Audio: Sebastian York and Lidia Dornet did a good job of bringing the story to life and their voices worked well together as Brody and Magnolia. This was my first book with Lidia as a narrator and I enjoyed listening to her.

Sweet read - cliffhanger. UGGHHHHH my heart! This is a sweet romance with a big old love triangle and we have to wait for the second book find out who Magnolia chooses! Play it safe or take a leap of faith? At the end of the day I know she wants to make right decision with her daughter Bridget coming first. I don’t even know what my choice would be? The writing is amazing as usual and this book has left me feeling like I NEEEEEDDDD to read the next book Autumn Night Whiskey NOW! But alas we have to wait :(
