Never See it Coming. If I thought I could predict the end of this book, I would have been dead wrong. This book has multiple stories going on and you don’t even know it. Once you do you realize how amazing this world Karen Lynch has created. The book leaves you wanting more from the author and I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Engaging, enticing, and utterly addicting. Spectacularly world shaking new addition to this series. I was hooked from the beginning and couldn’t put it down without threats of bodily harm from my family for meals. Seeing the characters I came to love in book one on a whole new set of dangerous adventures really solidified how much I have become addicted to this series. If you enjoy an action packed ride with a bounty hunting strong heroine who takes zero crap from anyone then this is one you’ll enjoy.

Where the sequel surpasses expectations. It's hard to believe but this book was probably even more action-packed than the first one. As usual, Karen Lynch delivers a well thought-out, flawless book both in plot and narration. She puts out enough clues for you to guess where the story is going, yet still manages to blow my mind with twists. Her characters are dynamic and flawed enough to be relatable without annoying. I'm eagerly awaiting the next book in the Fae Games, but happy to re-read these two until then!

4.5 stars - what a cliffhanger!. Loved the book as I greatly enjoyed Pawn. My only criticism is a few of Jesse’s actions seemed quite illogical given her intelligence and characterization. I only really noticed this happening for no reason on 2 occasions though, and they did not detract from the overall enjoyment of the book.

I’m shrieking!. The second I finished, I wanted to throw my phone across the room! Not in a bad way, though. I loved it! I binged all day after the release, and was shocked at every twist and turn. I can’t wait for Queen to come out next! I need more Jesse James!

I’M HOOKED. I’ve already reread this new series twice! I can’t get enough of the characters and worlds Karen Lynch can so beautifully craft. It was absolutely phenomenal and I can only hope she continues to expand on the incredible cast of characters that she’s introduced. So well done!

Knight. Once again Karen Lynch blows me away with an amazing story. Could not put this book down!!!! Which is unfortunate because I read it in one day - the day it came out, and now I will have to wait again for the next in the series. Totally worth is though!!!!

Unputdownable. Knight is book 2 in the Fae Games series and it will leave you on the edge of your seat! Karen weaves a story so well I feel like I am in the pages of the books I’m reading. We meet up with Jesse soon after book 1 ends. I loved getting to see Jesse grow into the woman she is destine to become as she figures out how to manage taking over for her parents while they recover, her bounty hunting, and navigating the ins and out of the Fae world she found herself thrown into in book one. Karen does an amazing job of developing the characters, and the different creatures in our world thanks to the rift. She is a master at bringing all the different personalities through as she describes each one so you feel like they’re real. If you love Fae centered paranormal reads with a touch of romance, a mystery to unravel, and a ton of adventure, you’ll love this book.

I adore this book!. I absolutely adore this book! What a fantastic reading experience. This book has the perfect amount of romance, mystery, and fantasy that leaves it’s reader on the edge of their seat wanting more. I was hooked at book one and I cannot wait to see what comes next.

I’m obsessed!. I loved Pawn and was so excited for the second book and now I’ve read it I can confirm... I am obsessed with the characters the world the plot all of it! I neeeed the 3rd book ASAP please!! That ending omgg! And I need more of that other POV pleeassseee!!!

Adored this book!. I’m not normally one to leave reviews but I am loving this series! I started reading Pawn on the 3rd and completely binged, could not put it down! I ended up staying up until midnight on the 5th so I could start Knight! Karen Lynch has a way of completely immersing you in her stories and connecting with the characters. Fabulous books that are massively helpful to get away from the current state of the world. I am eagerly awaiting the next book in the series (and any other book that Karen will release!).

SPECTACULAR AGAIN - I LOVE KL’s BOOKS!. I read a lot. Still Karen Lynch is my favorite author and I struggle waiting for her new releases. The stories are cleaver in plot and extremely fast paced which makes her books all page flippers. You cannot help falling in love with several characters and wanting to know how they are fairing; and missing them. The charisma of the main characters is also about their depth, virtue and inspiring behaviours, their intended goals. I am always a better person after another book of hers and for more reasons than one; to include the learning of new vocabulary. Marked by great spirited humour, her latest release provoked various guffaws and moments of surprise. I love Karen Lynch!

OMG, did not see that coming!!!!. I have thoroughly enjoyed Knight and I can’t wait for Queen to be released. Karen has written another exceptional book so we can continue our journey with Jesse and Lukas. But one thing is for sure, the ending is not what I expected. Although do yourself a favour DO NOT jump to the ending, it will confuse you. Thank you Karen and I look forward to Queen and the trilogy from Lukas’s POV

Amazing! Karen, you’ve done it again!. I started this on Tuesday morning and read during all my work breaks! Such a struggle to put it down each time I had to return to work! The characters are so entertaining and complex. The story thrilling, nail biting, and well written. I absolutely cannot wait to read Queen and wish Karen all the best as she continues to bring Jessie’s story to life. It’s a must read series guys... just saying! 🤓

Another page turner from Karen Lynch. As with her entire Relentless series and Pawn, Knight managed to capture me from the beginning. Karen has a way of creating a world that is so believable yet so fantastical at the same time. Jessie is such a great character and I love her independence, her bravery, courage and loyalty. I hope Queen isn’t too far away..... the wait to finish the trilogy will be torture!
