Awesome. Loved it. Really shapes your thinking.

A bit disappointing. This book seemed promising. However, I found it rather repetitive than helpful, especially the first part. I feel that this book just touches the surface and doesn’t really offer much help. It’s claim to replacing therapy is outlandish. This is a very basic overview with no real depth. I gave the second star because the reminder of how important your self talk is.

I needed more….. Though this book goes over the main causes of anxiety, I wouldn’t say it’s helpful. Everything explained in this book I already knew. Very repetitive and not very insightful. I would have like more detail about how to overcome certain anxieties, not just broad information about it.

Provides surface details. Self help books are meant to have substance and impact, meanwhile this book has a juvenile approach to “self help”. Although I enjoy the idea of the book, It could have a greater impact if it had more detail, heart and depth within its chapters.
