Wild Beauty is raw and life changing. This story is raw beauty at its finest, while you are consumed with the anticipation of who is behind all the devastation and heartbreak. Addy and Fitz have such an intense emotional connection. They are two broken souls who have found each other, just when they need each other most. They cherish the gifts and goodness in their lives because they have lived through so much pain, trauma and tragedy. Fitz has this amazing way of being the calm to Addy’s storm. Addy brings so much beauty and joy to Killian’s soul. They complete each other in such a breathtaking way. Their lives have been altered forever, but through their life changing love, they find their way to their own happily ever after. Great Story!. “Sisterhood wasn’t a word for us. It was our way of life. Forged in the hottest flames of pain, fear, and unconditional love. There was no breaking our bonds”. Wild Beauty is book 2 in the the Soul Sisters series but can easily be read as a standalone. It’s a story of two wounded souls finding a way to accept and overcome their past; as they face-off with a madman serial killer and fall in love. “Don’t we all have something within us that needs a soft touch?” As with all of Audrey Carlan’s books, we get a beautiful, captivating story, amazing and well developed cast of characters, lots of love, swoon, soul, heat and sisterhood; and in Wild Beauty a suspense element as well! I highly recommend this book to all romantic suspense enthusiasts!

Just what I needed!. This book gave me everything I didn’t know I needed. Wild Beauty is the second installment in the Soul Sister series of books. It focuses on Addison, the plus size model who has just gone through a traumatic incident that has left her physically and emotionally scared. As she takes her first step back into work after her ordeal she meets Killian the incredibly hot photographer. The story goes on to chronicle the development of their relationship as they deal with another life threatening situation. The two are able to support one another because they both have scars that allow them to see one another’s true beauty. The love between them is hot with a capital H. We see some of the familiar faces from the Kerrigan house and as you read you also see how true family and sisterhood is supposed to be. Great story and I am looking forward to the next installment.

Great suspense romance. Another great story by Audrey Carlan. This series is a bit different from her other books since it is more suspense and mystery (with a healthy dose of romance and steam) but once again Wild Beauty pulls you in from the beginning and makes you not want to stop until you find out what happens. Addy is a famous model who is finally trying to move on from the trauma she sustained from a mad man. At her first photo shoot post trauma, she meets Killian (aka Fitz), the photographer. They have an instant connection that he makes known he intends to pursue trying to date her. When more tragedy and threats against Addy and her family start again, the only place she feels safe is with Killian. Although this is a stand alone, you will get more out of it by reading Wild Child first. I loved watching Addy and Killian’s relationship develop in addition to learning more about her and her sisters. Once again you see a strong family by choice bond with all of the sisters. I also loved that we got some glimpses of what may be coming in future books for the other sisters. Looking forward to reading more books with these characters.

❤️ the Kerrigan family!. Addison is a famous model who has been traumatized by the Backseat Strangler. Killian is an ex military soldier turned photojournalist that is recovering from his own trauma. Trying his hand at fashion photography, he is immediately drawn to Addison. This story picks up a few short months after the Backseat Strangler case was solved, only to start with more terrifying events for Addison. Wild Beauty has it all...suspense, attraction and a wild ride!

A beautifully written romantic suspense novel that will keep you turning the pages late into the night!! // Book two in Audrey Carlan's "Soul Sisters" series follows plus-sized model Addy, one of the Kerrighan House foster sisters, in the wake of the tragic events from book one. The whole of Kerrighan House is hurting and healing in the aftermath of the loss of a sister and the brief captivity and torture of sisters Addy and Simone at the hands of the “Backseat Strangler.” In this book, while Addy is recovering both physically and mentally, there's evidence of a copycat killer on the loose and after her, even if he has to go through her loved ones to get her. Even with all of this turmoil and suspense, the who, what's next, how's and where's Carlan brings us hope, showing her readers that sometimes you can't wait for the perfect moment to fall in love and settle down; sometimes love finds you. Addy beats the odds and finds love in her war-torn battlefield photographer turned model photographer. Luckily, he fits right in! // I'd recommend this book to all romantic suspense fans, and seriously, if you haven't read an Audrey Carlan book yet - what are you waiting for? This woman knows how to write and write well - so well that I feel wholly invested every time I'm swallowed up into one of her stories, without fail. The characters, the settings, the atmosphere, all of it together, makes you FEEL all of the feels, oohs, and ahhs alike! Read this. Read it for the love, the mystery, Brutus, the plant watering, Jonah’s brotherly protection, and of course, the SISTERHOOD! By the way, don't forget to check out book one, “Wild Child” - I loved Simone’s story and the intro to Kerrighan House just as much!! // I have honestly and voluntarily reviewed this title.

So excited for the continuation of this series!. So excited for the continuation of this series! After the first book in this series I was hooked, especially when it involved one character’s story ending and another’s starting. This book focuses on Addison, who was kidnapped and tortured in the previous book in order to lure her sister out. Thankfully, the serial killer is killed by their other sister, but months after everything happened and it seems that life is starting to get back to normal, a copycat killer strikes again. Trying to get back into the swing of things and get back to her career, Addison finds out about the copycat after having a moment during her photoshoot but was able to calm down thanks to Killian. The sparks instantly fly between these two, but they keep it professional, until more girls that look like Addison end up dead in the same manner she was tortured. As the FBI works to find out who’s behind the killings and if it’s related to Addison or the serial killer, Addison and Killian give into their feelings and chemistry and things happen hard and fast for them. I loved how this book had me continually guessing on not only who the killer’s identity was but also their motives, and I was definitely surprised by the ending! I can’t wait for the next book in this series and I love that Audrey also gives us updates of sorts on the others as well. I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Wildly Captivating. And another winner! I really hope all the sisters get their book as I’m now emotionally invested (haha but seriously). I loved Addy and of course her alpha hottie photog Killian. I cried and laughed and felt like I might vomit from the suspense twisting my guts at some points (I know TMI but I was into it that much). Loved the ending and can’t wait to read the next.

So many typos!. Great story, but a couple plot errors that went against book one and so so so many typos. Using where instead of were, saying remove instead of remote, etc…etc…Every error pulls you from the story. Great author, but she should find a new editor for sure!

Fabulous read. I have no idea where to start with this review. This was a gripping story that drew me in and held me captive from the first chapter to the last. It was raw and gritty and had me on the edge of my seat at times. After her recent traumatic experience, Addison is trying to get her life back on track but it isn’t easy. Returning to her work as a model, the clicking of Killian’s camera triggers a flashback. When danger rears it’s head again it appears that there is a copycat killer who has set his sight on Addison. The connections she has with Killian is instant and the chemistry ignites almost immediately. As with Addison, Killian has his own baggage that he needs to deal with but he is determined to protect and keep Addison safe. There were so many twists and turns that I was blown away and the ending was not what I was expecting. I cannot see wait to Ms.Carlan has in store for us next. In this highly addictive series.

All the feels. Wild Beauty captivated me, it took over my life and I really hope I can do book 2 in the Soul Sister Series justice. If you are looking for a beautifully written yet raw and gritty story look no further than this wonderful read. Addison is trying to get her life back on track but after a traumatic experience she is finding it hard to go back to her career as a model every time Killian clicks his camera she gets a flashback. The attraction between her and Killian is mutual, they share an intense, sizzling chemistry but the problem is this couple are both carrying so much baggage and when a copycat killer seems on the lose it’s time for them both to deal with the past before they can deal with the present and the future. Killian is determined to keep Addison safe but at what price..... This book had me on the edge of my seat, I was drawn in by the depth of the characters and their raw and gritty story. The twists and turns left me feeling and what about that ending. I guess all that’s left to say is I highly recommend this beautifully written, captivating tale.
