MY FAVORITE BOOK SO FAR FROM VI. I have read about 5 of her books,bossman,the naked truth,a beautiful mistake, beat and the baller BUT this one by far is my favorite. I just loved how she kept us hooked from the first chapter and there was so many twist and how you had to put together the pieces to the puzzle. I had a few tears at the end Hudson definitely went through a lot and I love the choices he made once he found out the truth

Couldn’t stop reading!!!. Like the title says, I couldn’t stop reading! This was a feel good story with a great twist in events that had me gasping, and laughing and even crying! This story was very well written and it was something that ill definitely read again. Well done Vi!!

Great story. This was a great story. The drama was quite heavy at the end but this is what made it great. An epilogue or a sequel bring it to full circle would have been even better. The readers notes had me confused because it mentioned two characters not in the book. Otherwise very sweet, loving, warming to the heart.

Enjoyable. Held my attention throughout the whole book. It was very entertaining and the fact that she read diaries was unusual and a very interesting plot twist.

Something different. I’ve never read this author, but I liked this book. Would recommend.. it could do without the very, detailed sex scenes which were really not necessary to make this story. Otherwise, I look forward to reading another one of her books.

Good but…... I read Egomaniac right before this. The story line is very similar. Kind of disappointed to see the major plot points again. Egomaniac is more steamy, if you’re deciding between the two. This story is sweet and I liked Stella a lot.

Nice romance story. It was super cute. It had two strong independent characters who complemented each other very well. Their relationship was realistic and not forced. The twist in the book was surprising and unexpected which was cool. Once you figure it out you’re like “Oh wow!” Overall I loved the book and would recommend it if you like romance novels.

I’m here for this romance. I never write reviews, but this book was worth spending the time to jot down a review. I couldn’t get enough of Hudson & Stella’s story - I couldn’t put it down. At the same time, I want to savor it and never wanted their story to end. One of the cutest and sweetest love stories between characters. I loved it and will read it 100 times over again!

Fun and Flirty. This story was so good! I loved how their relationship didn’t depend on sex like some other romance novels. They genuinely had a great connection and fell in love and it was so much fun reading the way it happened. Read in 1 night couldn’t put down!!!

Great read. This book has sat in my library for months. I read the first few chapters and lost interest but I picked it back up yesterday and ended up reading the whole thing because I couldn’t put it down. Even though it was a little slow to start, it ended up being a great read. This author is quickly becoming one of my favorites.

Holy build up…. This book was well executed. The characters seemed like actually people and I really enjoyed the male perspective. I didn’t feel like it was sappy just for romance sake. Must read. And I literally LOL multiple times.

A lot of love. This one is by far my favorite book by Vi Keeland. Loved the characters even with their faults and broken past. Again, a sad part but a good daddy prevails that makes you fall for him even more.

Just okay. I don’t like writing bad reviews. A book is a creation of someone’s imagination after all. But that doesn’t mean one ought to publish it. Could it have been better? Maybe... If you’re in your early twenties or late teens and new to romance, this might be fun to read. But unfortunately this story was beyond vanilla. Very predictable. I finished reading it for two reasons: 1- I actually paid $ for it 2- I was being polite I gave two stars because unlike most ebooks, this one was edited well for grammar and spelling!

Amaazzzinngg!!. Wow, what a book! Not only was the storyline beyond what I could ever have expected, but the attention to the detail and adorable inside jokes throughout the story, was phenomenal! I fully intend to start writing my own messages on some fruit. Overall the story was very touching. I laughed, I cried, and most importantly I smiled. I simply couldn’t put it down. I only wish there were more instalments to bury my nose in. Fabulous!

A great twist. I really enjoyed this book with great dialogue, different timelines and a couple of twists.

Absolutely sensational! Top read for 2021!. An absolutely sensational read, every feeling, every moment was just wonderful. I was riveted to the story and didn’t put it down till I had finished. I had a permanent smile on my face as I read and genuinely loved the characters, especially Stella and Fisher, they were a hoot together. Needless to say when Stella meets Hudson, at his sisters wedding she crashed, the adventure we are sent on is not without drama and some rather unique surprises. This was a story that blew my mind and the coincidences and the way the storyline went, had my attention from the very beginning. It is one of my top reads for 2021. The author has exceeded her talent for writing a captivating story. These characters will forever hold a special place in my heart. Well done!

Umm.. thanks for the sleepless night!. This book was so good, my night of a read-until-I-fall-asleep was utterly disturbed. It was engaging, literally laugh out loud funny but also really heartwarming. I don’t think I’ve ever read a book of this kind that seems believable, even though you know it’s totally not. The story is really captivating and I love Stella’s character. I haven’t read anything from the author before but I am now probably one of the biggest fans. Well worth the purchase. Outstanding. I was hooked on the story that Vi Keeland wove from the first to the last word. The Invitation was an entertaining, well written story that was a pleasure to read. From the first moment that Hudson Rothschild and Stella Bardot meet at a wedding, sparks fly and I just knew that this was going to be one heck of a story. However, not all is as it seems, since one of them is there under false pretenses. Despite knowing that it can go nowhere, Stella is attracted to Hudson. Like Cinderella, Stella flees from the wedding but in her haste to escape, she leaves her phone behind and guess who finds it?. The chemistry between them is off the charts and their story was so much fun, with plenty of steam and witty banter that I spent a great deal of the time laughing out loud or swooning. It was wonderful to watch their relationship develop and I found myself smiling like a fool. This was a book that I was sad to see end; in truth I could have kept reading about these characters, they were just so easy to relate too.

A real page turner. I know I shouldn’t read these…they are bad for my relationship, as my grandmother always warned me, but I just can’t help it. These characters just suck you in. I have lost a couple of nights of sleep devouring this and another title…love them

Wow !!!. You know a book is very special when it stays with you long after the final words have been read and The Invitation is really a very special read. It has characters you will fall hard and fast for, it has all the feels you would expect in a great read and a story that will captivate you from the first page to the last line and as I said I’m sure you will be thinking about Hudson and Stella long after you have finished this wonderful story. I’m not going to write a review that full of spoilers because I believe this romance needs to be read with no preconceived ideas you need to pick this book up like me and reads it first hand with your own eyes. What I will say is this couple intrigued me and as I read each page I knew I couldn’t put this book down and that’s how come I was still up at 3am so be warned make sure you have time to finish what you start because believe me once you meet Hudson and Stella all else goes out the window. This book touched me on so many levels, the chemistry is intense, the passion is steamy and the banter is witty. Another sure sign of a special read is when you can’t stop reading but you don’t want the book to end and that’s how I felt about The Invitation and I guess I do need to mention the most epic epilogue I have ever read....... it may only be the middle of January but The Invitation will be on my top reads of 2021 so I urge you all to one click this gem. Vi Keeland once again gives us a wonderful start to the year with this epic read.

Top read of 2021. I don’t care if we’re still in January, this is definitely going to be one of my top 5 reads for 2021. I loved everything about it, the banter, the scorching hot chemistry and the storyline were all fantastic. I finished it in one sitting and could not put it down!

Hudson & Stella. I enjoyed the story of Hudson and Stella and how, no matter what happened - the good, the bad and the ugly, the universe kept bringing them together. There was A LOT of build up to Hudson and Stella actually getting together, but it was lovely to see them trust one another after having both been hurt in the past. I have to give huge props to Vi Keeland on her ability to spin a story - the woman knows how to throw intense curve balls! Note: compared to her other books, I would say that this one is much tamer as far as intimacy goes between Hudson and Stella.
