I CRIED... Tear for tear it’s exactly the restart I needed in how I think in my life. People told me to go to my happy place my whole life and I always got the wrong depiction of what the was. This be showed me where my happy place truly is.

A wonderful book but…. I love audio books, although this audio book was impossible to listen to because of the background music. It was so disruptive, better buy the written word instead.

Great but fluffy. Overall has a wonderful message but i felt this book could have been 4 chapters instead of 12. It was very repetitive and half of it was quotes saying the same thing. The message though is amazing and i will re-read its practices
