Strong. My girlfriend and I have followed Sarah’s career right from day one and over the years have got to know Sarah on a more personal level, she even asked us to write something for the book which of course we said yes, it was a huge honour. This book with make you laugh, it’ll make you smile, it’ll make you cry, but most of all it’ll make you realise what an amazingly strong, resilient and above all else what a down to earth woman Sarah is. Sarah has always wanted people to see the real her and not the version they think they know from reading about her in press and we hope that this book will help to change people’s opinions. She’s very open about cancer battle and we hope it’ll help people who are in a similar position to her. I’m not going to lie I cried a lot reading about her battle with cancer, it’s heartbreaking to read. My girlfriend had breast cancer in 2018 and we can relate so much to the fears and anxiety Sarah talks about. This book is beautifully written, Sarah has shown her true strength in doing this book. It’s a must read for everyone. One of best biography books I’ve ever read. Sarah I am so so proud of you.

Sarah’s personality shines through. What a truly lovely lady, her inner spirit shines through in this book. I have taken my daughter to see Girls Aloud in concert and I remember watching Sarah in awe. So vibrant and energetic on stage. Really enjoyed the book. Rest in peace Sarah.
