Work in progress. As I traveled through this great book I have been going day to day through the practices listed and I feel the healing process to start and how I view the world differently because of it. To think that someone can heal overnight is too much to do but in small steps and consistency anything is possible great book altogether and I’ll be going back through everyday to continue to heal.

I love this book! 💓. I was SO exhausted. Therapy. Wasn’t working for me. I stopped anti depressants but was still dealing with a lot of hurt, suppressions, fear, anxiety. I just wanted to KNOW how to make it go away. I just wanted to feel at peace. Going through Sexual assault in all three phases of my life (child, young adult and as an adult) I was lost. My parents are Mexican and don’t believe much of anything because they too were made to believe talking about their trauma wasn’t an option. This book has been my key to it all. It’s taught me to reconnect with myself and find my inner fire. I recommend this book 10/10. I love it! ♥️
