This series just keeps getting better. Oh man I don't know how much more my heart can take with this series...who am I kidding give me more!! Finley learns more about her sister and hold on for a wild ride between her and Carrick. We learn more about the underworld and more into Finley's beautiful tattoo and powers. And that ending I did not see that coming. I can't wait for the next book.

And the story continues.... The third book in this paranormal story by Sawyer Bennett starts as Book Two left off. The books need to be read in order to understand the concept, but once again Ms Bennett had me reading as fast as I could. I wasn’t sure she could entertain me in the same way she did with the first 2 books, but I was very pleasantly surprised. For the first part of the book, I felt we were gliding along nicely in the story, and I was trying to figure out where it was actually going, but the last third of the book was very eye opening and again finishes on a cliff hanger. As I have said before, I am not a big fan of paranormal, but knew that if Ms. Bennett wrote a story, I would definitely give it a try, and once again I am so glad did. I am so totally invested in Finley, Carrick, Zain and the rest of the gang, and I am anxiously looking forward to the next book.

I am absolutely captive with this series. At every turn something unexplainable happens. And it leaves you wanting more.

Smart woman, and yet…. The heroine’s failure to recognize how easy it would be to use her as a hostage against her friends is frustrating. Given her overall good sense, I can’t help but see that as a plot hole. Otherwise, enjoying the series.

Phenomenal series so far!. I am totally head over heels for this series and Carrick and Finley. If I didn’t already love Sawyer Bennett’s writing, I would now! With each book comes more new and interesting information about the characters, the prophecy and how they all fit into that and just the story itself. And there are so many wonderful characters. This is such an amazing and intriguing story that I honestly never want to end. Finley’s relationship with Carrick grows with each book as well and I am loving that so much! We learn something incredible in this one about their connection. And it’s a heart stopper for sure! Cannot wait for the next book!

Amazing. If you are a fan of fantasy or paranormal romances this series is for you. This is the third book in the series and if you have not read the first two books I would suggest you stop and do so as this series needs to be read in order. This book picks up where the previous book ended. The story continues to build as we discover more about Carrick and Finley. Each story has ended in a cliffhanger and The Evolution of Fae & Gods is no exception. The story becomes darker as evil surrounds them. However in this story, the personal connection comes to the surface. Finley knows that Carrick is holding back, dare she risk her heart on a man she isn’t sure she can trust? What will happen when all is revealed? Both Carrick and Finley continue to grow and it is interesting as each layer is peeled back and we learn more while Finley continues to learn and embrace the magic that is within her. There are so many twists, turns and secrets that I was on the edge of my seat reading. Can Carrick and Finley work together to find a solution and in doing so stop the world from ending? Again this book does end in a cliff hanger and I cannot wait for the next book to see what happens next in this intriguing series.

Wow!!. 4.5 Stars for The Evolution of Fae and Gods ( Chronicles of the Stone Veil #3) I’m loving this series and I’m finding it’s getting better as the series moves forward, in this book we learn more about Carrick and Finlay as we see feelings coming to the surface. As we watch this couple continue to grow we find out why the connection Finley has with Carrick is so strong. This book becomes darker as Carrick and Finley continue with their fight against the evil that surrounds them, we also see Finley learning more about her past, we see Carrick opening up to her so will Finley embrace the magic within her and will this couple rid the world of darkness...... I first want to say please read books one and two before picking up this one because each book picks up where the last finished, I also want to warn you that so far each book has finished on a cliffhanger. I was captivated from the first page as I joined this couple on their journey, the road isn’t smooth and there are many twists and turns along the way, add in secrets and I’m sure like me you will be on the edge of your seat throughout this great read. Can’t wait for the next instalment in this intriguing series. This series has really shown me how diverse Ms Bennett’s writing skills can be.

Not worth the money. Paying this much for half books?!? And I’m bored half way through book 3. Finley is immature and stupid, Carrick not very exciting. I’m out.
