A Book to Kill For. What a delightful read.

Fun read. Good start to the series. Kept some surprises until the end, plenty of action, I wish the heroine had more self confidence. It’s kind of sad she’s either a wimp or mouthy.

Lovely book!!! Highly recommend. I started this book just to get used to reading on my phone. Frankly I wasn’t expecting to even like this book. I was pleasantly surprised when I couldn’t put my phone down! Easy, relaxing read with mystery, gossip, and murder.

Maggie prefers old books.. It's a good story about Maggie, a shy book store clerk. She is a nice lady but not a very efficient book salesperson.

A Book to kill for. This was a pleasant experience reading another Harper Lin adventure. Hard to put down.

Excellent!. This is a wonderful book! Reading brings attention to life and what others deal with while living there own life. It is underestimated who the “bad people” are in this book. That makes the ending a surprise and a congratulations to the author. The title of the book makes reading a questionable process. Reading this book brings happiness to the reader.

Good mystery. Clean, funny, intriguing. Difficult to put aside.

A Good Read!. I loved the suspense and the small town of Fair Haven had all the different personalities that you would expect. I couldn’t put the book down and look forward to reading the rest of the series.

Good plot line!. Harper Lin is a prolific writer! I have been reading her Cape Bay Cafe series and didn’t realize she had several other series she has written. I liked “A Book To Kill For” because of the protagonist Maggie’s character development. The plot was filled with twists and turns and kept me guessing. I will be reading more from The Bookish Cafe Mysteries series.

Easy read. Relating to the characters, this book was such a fun and easy read. I have never laughed with a character due to their quirky, awkward, yet intelligent personality.

Interesting and enjoyable. I really enjoyed this book, it’s quirky characters and story, but just as I was ready for the wrap up, it ended. Just ended, almost like someone forgot to write the last chapter…..Yes, I know there are more books in the series, but it felt very abrupt and has put me off moving onto the next book.
