I want more!. *This book was provided to me for an honest review* This is a clean romance - no steamy scenes. This is the fourth book that I’ve read/listened to in this series, slightly out of order. A common theme is quick romances. We’re talking a week to 3ish months. I really enjoyed the characters in this one, however, there were aspects of the relationship that I wish were explored more. With such a quick romance, I was left wanting more which made it *start* to seem unbelievable. The characters were well thought out and intriguing. This is the second book in the series, but I didn’t find it necessary to have read the prior book to understand this one. Each couple’s stories are carried over to the following books to some extent, but I just want more.

Fantastic!. Beautiful story building up a relationship. I laughed out loud, shade a tear and loved every minute of reading. I hated it to end.

Love is what we all need. Finding love isn’t always easy. This story is wonderful and there are a few twists that you don’t see coming. I have read it several times and love it more each time.

Marriage is not an option…right?. What happens when a determined-to-stay-unmarried billionaire meets a sworn-off-of-love businesswoman? Trig and Geode move in different social circles, they both come with emotional baggage that has turned them against marriage, and their personalities couldn’t be more different. Or so it seems when they first meet. But they can’t help noticing each other. And thanks to a skiing accident and a friend’s wedding to plan, they have a lot of time to get to know each other. Can Trig let down his guard and believe that his marriage doesn’t have to be like his parents’? And can he convince Geo to open herself to the potential for pain that comes along with love? Geo is a feisty, determined woman. She’s more than a little guarded, but it’s understandable, considering the pain she’s been through. Trig has never been serious about anyone or let anyone in except for his sister. Part of the fun of this story is that the characters grow on you, rather than being perfect from the start. They grow and learn and develop in so many ways. And the supporting characters are so rich as well. I’m hoping Brekka will get her own book! I really like the depth as well. Yes, there is plenty of chemistry. But Trig and Geo realize that love is not just infatuation. Trig tells Geo he loves her not for her beauty but for her beautiful spirit, the sacrifices she makes for others. And she falls for him as she realizes his kindness (seen in the way he treats his sister) and determination to do the honorable thing. Finally, Bridget Baker’s writing is just beautiful. The pace is energetic and the characters are vividly drawn, and it’s so easy to picture not just the action but also the surroundings, even though her descriptions aren't extensive. I’m a warm-weather lover who never had an interest in skiing, but after reading the descriptions of beautiful scenery and the gorgeous, cozy cabin, I’m tempted to book a flight to Colorado. Or maybe I’ll just stay home and lose myself in the next book in the series.

Great read, warm characters. Such an enjoyable read. Personally, I can’t wait to read about Brekka’s HEA. ☺️

Finding Cupid. This was an eventful true life experiences, wholesome story and I loved the ending!

Friends and Love. While I liked the first book I liked this one quite a bit more. I have loved many books by this author. Especially her birthright series. One thing I haven’t been a fan of is a few of her characters always dealing on one issue they can’t let go off. This was an issue slightly for both of these characters but not as much. I really enjoyed both of these characters and the side characters as well. It left me wanting to know more of their stories. It was a little surprising that Geode and Trig fell so hard so fast given there circumstances it it was a sweet read. I’m looking forward to the next in the series.

Yay!. I was so happy to delve back into this world Baker created! All the warm fuzzies, mixed with the rollercoaster of reality, and always hoping for more. Love, love, love!
