American history beautifully narrated. This book is awesome! Every American should read it.
Highly recommended & riveting story!. Loved reading the engaging and enthralling story about women risking their lives to save wounded soldiers. Lizzie, Audrey, Pru, Alex, Emma, and Louise all work together as nurses in the Medical Air Evacuation Transport Squadron, become close friends, and are supportive of each other. Read the highly recommended and wonderfully written story about the Flying Angels.
Excellent. Phenomenal book. I highly recommend.
Disappointing. The subject matter was excellent. The characters seemed flat to me. I would have liked this to have been a longer book more in the style of her earlier historical fiction.
