Indulgent. Always an enjoyable read. I much prefer reading from Christian’s perspective as his journey with his past provides so much more depth to the storyline. A book about their married life a few years down the road would be fun.

Great read. I found Christian's point of view wonderful. Letting go of his pain filled past & the mistrust he felt for his own family was inspiring. It was precious seeing his attitude change towards his family & watching his deep commitment to all those he held near & dear. I loved how he loved Ana & how he learned to trust her & encourage her own dreams. The greatest gift one can give another is to love them unconditionally. It's a priceless & cherished treasure that puts a smile in your heart. Well done

Thank you EL James. It was nice finally getting this book. there were many instances were I felt like it wasn’t Christian speaking but Ana, is a joy to finally see him happy but at the same time odd. He reminds me of “the sweetest honey is loathsome in its own deliciousness.” There were many occasions where It felt almost cringe. But that’s me not being able to accept the new improved Christian Grey, I’m just glad he can still be his bossy controlling freak once in awhile, and that Ana didn’t completely turn him over. Jesus that woman. Thank you EL James ❤️

Full evolution. I have long anticipated this book. Erica did not disappoint me. I’ve read this series so many loving times and have enjoyed the ride of watching/ reading Ana and Christian grow individually and together. I feel like my dearest friends have moved away and left a heavyweight blanket to enjoy over and over again, when I’m missing them. And I will miss them. Fantastic job, Erica aka E L James.

Disappointed at the very end🤷🏽‍♀️. I did not like the very ending of the book. In Anastasia’s version at the very end, they were talking about Theodore’s birthday and about the new baby that they were going to have. It would’ve been nice to see how Christain reacted to all of this. Other than that the book was great.

OMGOSH Exceptional 💯😍🔥. I absolutely love this series!!! Christian’s point of view it is incredible way more engaging and intriguing I literally could not tear myself away from listening to the audio book series of it! Much better narrater than FSOG!!! Highly recommend! A lot more information revealed than previously in the FSOG series.

Beautiful fiction stories. I loved it.. Amazingly well written. Cried and laughed all over again. I would love to believe all men are/think like that.

Enjoyed it. I was so happy to see this book came out and I could not put it down once I started. I love the retelling of the story from Christian’s POV and this wrapped everything up so perfectly. I’m sad that it’s officially over, but honestly it was a more than satisfying ending.

Breathtaking, beautiful and hard to see it end. I’m so sad this trilogy is over. Christian and Anastasia, their story is beautiful. I can’t decide which story I love more, either from her or his eyes. It’s so bittersweet to say goodbye to these characters, they have been a huge part of my life. Everyone always says these books are dirty, but not everyone sees beyond that. There’s always more, the love between them. Many wish to find that and don’t. I wish this story could go on for a little longer. Thank you E.L James for giving us this story. I’ll love it forever.

WORTH THE WAIT!!!!. I had been waiting for this book to come out since I read Darker!! It did NOT disappoint!! I absolutely LOVE Christian & Ana’s love story…I just wish that it continued lol. It was definitely worth the wait!!!!

Hoping for more books!!. I really enjoyed all these books. I hope there will be more someday!

Disappointment.. I love this book. I like having Christian’s view point as well. However the day this book came out I lost all five of the previous books. That is wrong. They stole those books from me.

Loved his POV. I really enjoyed this version of the story. I like finding out what Christian was thinking or doing when Ana wasn’t around! It really added to the story to complete it.

Freed. Apple. Books. As in the other “Fifty “ books, I am captivated by Christian. He is a complex character with many personality flaws yet is a force to be reckoned with. Ana is his balm and steadies his excesses. As I have read the Fiftys and each written from Christen’s perspective, I have not tired of their stories. In my opinion, the author has captured the essence of a person’s ability to overcome a rough start in life with the right support of people who really care. As adoptive parents of a four year old abused child, now grown with children of his own, our ability to identify with Christian’s story. Finally, Jamie Dorman is Christian. Although he may be uncomfortable with the type cast, he has indelible the character. No need of creating sequels with anyone else. No other male lead will fit the bill.

It’s a book. It drags….. I loved the other two books but I find myself getting bored with this one.

Answered Questions. FREED answered so many questions for me. Was Christian always his name? Where did he come up with the name Phoebe for his unborn daughter? When was a “Panic Room” installed? How was someone able to follow them from his parents home? Why did they return from their honeymoon on a commercial flight? Why did he have a collection of The Madonna & Child in his home? Christian’s perspective has always intrigued me. Thank you!

Where are my other pages!!!. It won’t let me read passed pg 73!!!!!! I paid now I want the rest of my book there’s over 750 pages and I want them now!!!!

Fifty shades got a little lighter…. I’ve enjoyed all the other books in this series…. But so far… I’m underwhelmed. This last one was all rainbows and butterflies. Not my favorite book. I skimmed through most of it hoping to get to something interesting that wasn’t about sex. Lacked content!

Boring 🙄. I am about half way through and I don’t know if I’ll finish. I’ve been skipping through sections as I go which isn’t a good sign. I have read all the other books in the series. I mostly enjoyed them. Although the writing has never been above mediocre, I did like the story and the romance between Christian and Ana. I’m sorry to say that Freed is just plain dull. It is also overpriced. There are many other series in this genre that are better written and offer better value for your $$. Skip it. I wish I could get a refund.

Freed via Christian. I enjoy having both perspectives now ~ and the insights, each, brings to the stories. I’m a loyal fan ~ who has learned a lot about ~ dealing with difficult men ~ via 50 Shades. Thanks, truly, E.L.~I’d love to meet you someday. *PS* I also love the movies.

POV. This series from Christian’s POV adds to the story.

Slow. Boring. Can I get my money back?. While she may have started mainstream interest in the genre this book reads like a sad attempt to make money on characters we knew and we’re invested in. It could just be that this type of book has progressed far past what the author is capable of capturing, but this is a difficult read. I keep starting, moving to something else and then trying to come back. I’ll be shocked if I finish it. If you have a friend with a copy and you need something to help you fall asleep, borrow it, but don’t spend once cent of your hard earned money on this waste of time.
