Bad. Waste of time. Boring , repetitive and ending was very ridiculous. Plenty of other books I’d like to read.

Not exactly gold. Pretty good, I would definitely recommend it but for us seasoned thriller readers, it wasn’t 5 stars. These two writers are really good and I’ll always read their books.

The story will have you so captivated…. Absolutely loved this book. The moment I read the sample I was hooked…I literally could not put it down. Bravo to the authors because let me tell you, the twist and turns…you don’t see them coming. Highly recommend.

Busy. The storyline is too busy- so many different plots developing it’s hard to understand everything going on. The ending is a little too out there, made it feel like a cheesy movie. Definitely a page turner with lots of twists though.

Surprise twists that keep you guessing. I was on the edge of my seat until the very end.

Almost 5 stars. Such a page turner until the end…ending was quicker and more abrupt than I would have liked after the entire build up of the book.

Marissa. The story elements had potential but Marissa was vapid, grating and unrelatable.

Great read. The book was great! A little to long, but once you read the full story - it had a surprise ending with twists thru out. Would recommend!

Wouldn't recommend. I was bored the whole time reading this book. I was so deep into the book, I didn't want to just stop reading, I couldn't wait to just be done with it! I thought something has to happen soon, but it never did. I guess you can say it got "good" at the end but even then I wasn't impressed.

A true page-turner. Fantastic read! I didn’t want to put it down. I love how the chapters are separated by character point of view. From beginning to end this thrilling tale kept me wanting more.

They did it again!. It had been awhile since a new book of there’s came out. This has been on my to read list since it was announced. I honestly wasn’t really in the mood for a mystery when it came time. I put it off for a day or two and it made no difference. Not in the mood didn’t matter, I loved every minute of it. Well written, fantastic characters, great premise and unexpected turns. It really does not get much better. Read this book.

Disappointing. I feel like reading this was a waste of my money. I could have watched this plot on a lifetime movie, and it’s so disappointing because the first few chapters had me hooked!! I thought this was going to be such a thrilling read with twists and I was so disappointed to learn I was wrong. Halfway through the book and nothing had happened it became such a drag on of a build. When we did reach some suspense, I was left with unanswered questions. The potential the two pov’s had to build into such an intertwining web only for it to end in for most predictable, cliche way was such a let down. I will probably never read from these two again

Fun read full of twists. Fun and easy to read. I love the style of two characters back and forth. You keep wanting more and more. I couldn’t stop reading - I needed the answers to all of the chapter ending Cliff hangers. Great book!

Avery needs her own series. I really enjoyed this. Yes, parts of it were a bit predictable but I loved following all the different characters and storylines to see how they’d all intertwine at the end. I would love to see Avery have her own series following her experiences with other clients, with her dog by her side the entire time, of course!
