Seeking Happily Ever After. I love all the Ever After stories so far but this one is my very favorite one! So much compassion and love for a little girl from her “father” Nick and his pretend fiancé Charlotte. Char is willing to do anything to help Nick keep Amelia with him forever. Including falling in love with Nick. There is a twist I never saw coming so I’m not giving any more info because I do not want to spoil this one. It definitely was a page turner! Gotta read this one!! I love it!!

HEA. I had no idea what to expect from Nick and Charlotte’s story but it was such a wonderful surprise. Their connection felt immediate and while fake relationship stories tend to have characters dancing around each other, this didn’t feel that way. I can’t remember the last time I was so completely lost in a story but Nick and Charlotte kept me captivated. I love this series so much. I can’t wait for more!

Seeking Happily Ever After. Nick and Charlotte enter into a fake engagement so he can start the proceedings to adopt his baby girl, Amelia who was given to him and told he was the father…he suspected that is not true but he has fallen in love with baby Amelia and knowing her biological mother’s history he wants to raise her. So much is happening…but can Nick help Charlotte heal from her past abusive relationship, get permanent custody of his daughter, and turn their fake engagement into a HEA…only time will tell. Keep reading and you will find out the answers….

Seeking Ever After. I really enjoyed reading this book. Always sad when I finish and don’t have the next book yet.

Favorite so far. Don’t miss this one. My favorite in this series, so far. We fall into Nick and Charlotte’s story and this one has some bang! With possible loss and drama, the couple finds themselves at odds with the system and with human frailties. Grab this newest read and enjoy.

Love This Hot Single Dad Romance. I absolutely loved Seeking Happily Ever After by Elena Aitken; it is an incredible love at first sight love story. It is the eighth book in her Ever After series. Seeking Happily Ever After is the first book that I have read by Elena Aitken and am looking forward to reading the other books in the series. I was pleased that each book is a standalone and that I did not have to have read the other books in her series to enjoy Seeking Happily Ever After. Elena Aitken showed that she is an amazing storyteller. I could not put Seeking Happily Ever After down and I loved every page. Who doesn't love hot sexy men, strong females, loving families and friends, who always support one another? I really enjoy how the book is told from the perspective of the main characters. I love getting the insight and feelings from the different characters. Seeking Happily Ever After is a sexy single dad love story and is filled with heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. I love the lighter moments where I find myself smiling and laughing out loud. My favorite moments are the ones that pull at my heartstrings that cause me to sigh, as I read the heartbreaking moments. Seeking Happily Ever After is filled with such moments, and with so much emotion. It is filled with all those things that we have come to love and expect in a love story, Elena Aitken did not disappoint, especially with the poignant and bittersweet moments that filled this page turner. Seeking Happily Ever After is the story of Nick Newton, billionaire and single father to Amelia and Charlotte “Char” Davis, interior designer. Char recently returned home to Glacier Falls following an abusive relationship. The sister of one of Nick’s past lovers, Jessica dropped off Amelia with Nick, identifying him as her father. Based upon the timing, Nick does not believe that he is really Amelia’s father. Nick grew up with an addict mother and decides to start adoption proceedings for Amelia. Charlotte and Nick have hung out together since her return to Glacier Falls, but they are not romantically involved with one another. Nick is set to meet with the caseworker assigned to Amelia’s adoption case at the local bakery. He knows his chances of adopting Amelia would improve if he was involved in a serious relationship. Char happens to be at the same bakery waiting to meet with a potential client, celebrity Stephanie Starz, regarding a life changing career opportunity for her at Stephanie’s Lynx Creek. While Charlotte is snuggling with Amelia, Susan the caseworker walks in. Charlotte identified herself as Nick’s fiancée, without any persuading from Nick. Nick is grateful that Charlotte is willing to pose as his fiancée to help in his adoption of Amelia. Char moves in with Nick, so that they are together when Susan arrives for her site visit. I love all the things that Nick does for Charlotte to make her feel like a real fiancée. Conversation between Char and Nick flows so easily, I love that both Char and Nick share secrets with one another that they have not shared with anyone before, especially the secrets that Nick shares about his family and Char’s about her last relationship. As Char and Nick spend time together, things change between them. Things change when, Nick finds out that Amelia’s mother, Jessica is not willing to terminate her parental rights, but wants to retain custody of Amelia. An unexpected plot twist changes things between them. I loved that Seeking Happily Ever After is a more than just a romance, there are dilemmas that both Char and Nick are facing that need to be resolved. I love how the storylines get so beautifully resolved. I love Nick’s proposal, the significance of the engagement ring, and the ending of their love story. Seeking Happily Ever After is filled with poignant and bittersweet moments as well as plot twists. I love the characters and the family dynamic in Seeking Happily Ever After, the characters feel like family and friends. I enjoyed all the interactions between the characters especially their teasing that made me laugh. I loved all the characters in Seeking Happily Ever After and I am looking forward to reading the other books in the series, so I can catch up with the other characters. Who doesn’t love family and friends that always have each other’s backs? I thoroughly enjoyed Seeking Happily Ever After, who doesn’t love a hot single dad love story. Highly recommend this incredible love story and am so looking forward to reading the other books in the series.

A wonderful and touching story. I have truly loved this series, and this story was just as wonderful. Nick Newton, is a billionaire whose life did an about face when a woman brought him a baby claiming she was his. He has come to love this little girl and will do everything to keep her safe , especially when the custody of little darling is jeopardized. Charlotte Davis has returned home after an abusive relationship. She’s befriended Nick and his daughter and when a social worker comes to check on the little family, she fibs and says she’s Nick’s fiancee. This is the beginning of an arrangement that will change everyone’s life. But what happens when individuals from their past come to endanger their union and their lives? Once again, the author delivers a touching , at times heartbreaking as well as heartwarming story. Another winner in this already enchanting series. I was entrusted a copy of this book. heart warming. A warm story of love and healing and the strength of 2 people who got their happy ever after in-spite of all the obstacles!! I loved reading about their struggles and their strength. Elena Aitken has a way of making her characters like people you’d know in life and I find myself cheering, crying, and jumping with joy for them. Pick up this book and you’d feel all the emotions of a beautiful relationship with a close circle of friends.
