Brillant. I had no idea which way this book would go, and I was pleasantly surprised!! I loved this book and I hung on every word…. I highly recommend this series, it’s awesome!!

Escalating Danger in Carly’s Life. Carley continues to search for answers as the danger around her and her friends increases. Hold onto your seat as Denise once again weaves a tale filled with uncertainty, tension and suspense. This is a fast paced story filled with intrigue and multiple surprises. Awesome!!. Holy moly, I couldn’t stop reading this. It had me laughing and crying! It will keep you on the edge of your seat for sure. I can’t wait for the next one to come out. I love all of the Carly books as well as all of the Rose Gardner and Neely Kate books!!

Holy Plot Twist!. Shades of Truth is the 6th installment of the Carly Moore series and must be read in order to understand the sequence of events. What did I just read?!? There were so many twists and turns in this book my head is spinning. For the last four books, I’ve wanted the main plot to move forward and boy did it move forward! Shades of Truth pulled together lots of loose ends while revealing something I never saw coming. I’m still trying to make sense of it. Hank was my hero this book. He proved time & time again he loves Carly and will do anything to protect her. I loved that he was featured more and helped take more of an active role. Marco was still swoon worthy and it looks like he’ll be around for the long haul. Wyatt, well, we’re not going to talk about him. The ending is going to make waiting for the next release difficult to say the least. Bring on the final book!

Twists and Turns Galore. What a ride! Full of twists and turns, Shades of Truth had me on the edge of my seat the entire novel. I even audibly gasped a few times. I have absolutely adored the characters in Carly’s series and there were some twists in this novel with a few that I did not quite see coming. We get several answers, but are left with a whole lot left to be seen. This book is definitely less on the lighthearted side, and heavier on the darker, twistier side and I loved it all. Also, I just want a Hank of my own. Can’t wait for the next book!!

Amazing!. I don’t always stay up all night reading, but when I do it’s definitely for a Denise Grover Swank book! Shades of Truth was amazing, and I absolutely loved it! The deeper Carly digs, the greater the deception and betrayal is uncovered. It is jammed packed full of action and mind blowing twists! A lot is revealed in this book, but there is still more to bring to light and I cannot wait for the next release. If you want a super engrossing and fast paced read, this book is for you.

What. Just. Happened!. Carly and Co are back at it and it’s WILDER than ever! Hank is the hero of the book (other than Carly) and I am so happy to see more of him. And maybe even a little tease of a possible love interest??? Marco continues to prove his love and loyalty for Carly and it seems she’s finally found someone that loves her for her. Then it starts to get wild. The good guy is doing bad things for the kind of bad but maybe on our side lady. The unsure how bad guy is BAD. The really bad guy is worse than we thought. The reunion we didn’t know we wanted went horribly. People die. My heart is racing just thinking about it! And the ending!!!! Whew, I can’t wait to see how this plays out.

Amazing!. Lord, I have read all of Denise’s books and she seems to keep me on my toes until the very last second & always wanting more. Definitely a must read!

Cliffhanger alert! Can’t wait for next one. So much happens in this book that my brain started to malfunction! I’m not sure if I can wait patiently for the next book because this one put so much new information out into the world and added some more very serious questions that I’m dying to have the answers to. If you are a lover of the Rose books and haven’t started on Carly’s adventures, now is the time. The next book in this series will be the last and it is such an perfect spin off of Rose’s world. The vibes are the same with so many mysterious pasts coming into play and the whole who can our heroes trust is always the question. Fabulously addicting to read!

Wow…just wow.. This book is amazing. There are so many twist, some tears, and several “Oh my Goodness” moments. This series is one of my all time favorites. I’m excited for the next book!

Worth the wait!. Once again Denise has penned magic. I loved the twists and turns this book took. As always looking forward how this story turns out. Again with DGS you have such a vested interest in the characters in the story waiting patiently to read Carleys fate

Shades of truth. Will never read her books again…. Why turn Wyatt into a killer? I was rooting for them to get back together…terrible conclusion to what started as a great story line…..

Oh. My. WOW!. I’ve been a fan of Denise’s since “Twenty-Eight and a Half Wishes” came out in 2012. She has not released a book since that I haven’t been impressed with, and completely captured by. This release in Carly’s story is no different. SO well done, and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Shades of Truth. Denise continues to blow me away with her storylines and emotional attachments to her characters. I’m not surprised she does this because I’ve read so many of her books that it just becomes normal. Which is a great thing! I love the Carly series and can’t wait for the last book in the Spring!

Hold onto your hats. Oh my! Where do I begin. So well written and keeps you on your toes. I didnt expect a single thing! You really don’t want to stop reading. Love this series.

Character-Driven Mystery. I have enjoyed the Carly Moore series and while this is the second-to-last book I already feel her slipping away. I love the relationships and backstories woven into the plot. I almost thought the book was about to end without a climax, but the twist at the end did not disappoint!

Wow. Shades of Truth was amazing!!! It was suspenseful, funny, sad, and crazy all rolled into one.

Wow.. Wow is the best word, this book is like a narrative freight train! If you even remotely liked the series you’ll love this book. I am so sad it’s over, makes me miss Rose & Neely Kate even more.

Riveting!. Truly, the best in the series so far! I couldn’t put it down!

Murder, Lies & Heartbreak. Murder, lies and truth is revealed and surprises are real as betrayal is revealed. I was shocked when a character that’s been present since the beginning turns out to be no friend at all to Carly. But, she is so strong and trusts her instincts. Some things were wrapped up in the book, but there are still many loose ends. I was in suspense and my pulse was racing at different times. The ending of this book is more than just a hook to get us ready for the last book in the series. My jaw dropped and panic hit me so fiercely for Carly!

Wow!. This book had so many twists and turns that you don’t know who is actually loyal to Carly. This book sets up all the pieces for Carly to take down Bart Drummond as well as Randall Blakeley. I had so many omg moments that I couldn’t process what just happened. Truly a great book and not one to be missed.

Carly Moore book six was a hold your breath, suspense-filled ride!. Denise Grover Swank is a master at surprising readers with the twists and turns her storylines take and she has outdone herself with Shades of Truth. The secrets and lies are rapidly closing in on Carly as she fights to unearth the truth and take down the evil surrounding her past and present. Fans of the Carly Moore series are going to be turning pages at a frenzied pace to find out how this installment ends. I cannot wait to see what happens in the final book!

Best one uet. It had me on the edge of my seat from the start. It also had me wanting to start the series all over again. I love Carly’s story and can’t wait for the next one.

Worth the Wait!!. When Denise says I need to push this deadline out some. I am not happy with the story. You know you fixing to get the story of a lifetime. I think Denise dropped the mic with this book. I was ready and waiting for this book to come out. I wish I would have had a stronger drink at some points. Denise sure knows how to twist a story. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. I can say that all my feels was on high alert. I can say that there was a few times that my family thought I was crazy. That is because WT blank was said quite a few times. This book has Carly at a new limit I wasn't sure how she was going to handle it. She had her hands full. I trusted no one! Marco, bless him, he sure tries to keep Carly from getting in to much trouble. You Got to love he is there for her even though it might mess with his job. I am glad to see them together after all the ups and downs Carly has been through. There will be some tears in this book. Your heart is not ready for all that happens. I know that the story moves the way it wants to. You will see how everything works out in the end. Boy what a end. I mean SHUT UP!! SHUT UP!! One of Denise's best books!

Gripping page turner. Another fantastic read in this series. Carly Moore is determined to sort out Bart Drummond but twists and turns are thrown in all the way. An absolute gripping read which I couldn't put down and completely disrupted all my sleep. Well done Denise for another smash hit

Love these books. I have loved every book in this series and they just get better and better. Totally gripping , love the twists and turns never knowing what to expect next. Outstanding!. Denise has done it again! I managed to read it in a day with a newborn and I struggled to put it down. The twists and turns were amazing and the last 30 pages had me gasping in shock over and over again. I can’t wait for the next book! Thank you once again Denise for your wonderful stories!!!

Mindblowing. Such a crazy wild read, I loved every second of it! You know it’s fantastic writing when you feel like you’re actually there. (I may or may not have been scared to turn the light off for bed lol) Denise has truly outdone herself! I’ll be sorry to see this series wrap up on the next book.
