In the blood. Extremely good. Jack Carr’s books make us wish to keep on reading until the last page.

Another great book in the series. From the “terminal list” to “In the blood”, Reece’s character keeps evolving and the story digs deeper into his past and future. Great fight scenes, twists and overall experience. I hope Mr. Carr would bring more of the same and I cannot wait for the Prime series to launch though it will put a face on the main character now…

Not my favorite. I found it hard to follow. I stuck with it to the end, which was a set up for the next book.

Not good.. I really enjoyed Carr’s other books in this series and I actually preordered this one. I’m really disappointed at the thinly veiled Trumper attitude here. An author can have their options but Carr’s bleeds into the story and essentially ruins it. It’s not even a good airplane book.

Well done. Great story. Loved the action and the technical descriptions of the weapons. Scenery imagery is first rate. Looking forward to next book.

Not as good as his others and way too political. And… is one giant advertisement for gums and ammo, clothing and prepped supplies. Be ok book if he left out the constant product placements and toned down the politics

Bring on the Next. 5 Stars. Carr just keeps getting better and he keeps making life more difficult for Reece. I was slightly annoyed by some of the last parts but I fully understand them. This was a battle royal that wasn’t very close. Reece is one of the absolute baddest of the badasses... Bring on the next one Mr. Carr.

In the Blood. Just when you think Jack Carr can't get any better, this book comes along & is his best to date. Faction! Really makes you believe it is close to what is happening world wide.

Ridiculous at every level.. The hero saves the world nine times in every book while drinking with a ultra right wing President. Yet, they have no power as the tech companies want their way. For decades the USA has been losing to Russia. Only Seals can save the world while the reader is inflicted with every acronym with complete explanation the government can provide. Right wing extremism with no meat on the bones. It is just plain boring.

In the Blood. Steamroller story from the first sentence to the last sentence! WOW! What an unexpected twist and turn by Jack Carr. Alice where are you??

Outstanding. A truly excellent thriller with authentic and interesting commentary on current events

Carried away. I have been a fan of this series, but I believe this to be the weakest link. The plot is bogged down with far too much technical jargon about weaponry, on and on and well beyond any relevance to the story line. Also way above the head, and in my opinion, interest, of the reader.

Awesome! Hard to out down. Jack Carr does it again! Excellent read, hard to put down! I can't wait for the next book!

Best Author and Writer. I read all 5 books in less than 2 weeks it takes an amazing writer to keep me captivated like that and to get me thinking like a investigator again. To figure out where the story is going and next steps I will admit in Book 5 he threw a few good ones I did not see coming and now I have to wait for book 6 to see where this story goes I do have an idea though based on what I have read so far:) right Alice

In the Blood. Intense and thrilling. Left me feeling scared for the country I love but will always have hope that there is someone who will do the right thing.

Marriage. The perfect example of what a person will do for the one woman he so desperately desires and even though questioning his motives the truth is that she’s definitely feeling the same type of love and with true feelings of happiness and joy humbled in her own way wishes him to sweep her right off her feet for not blood but love and marriage forever and always

Another stunning entey. Jack Carr has created a new protagonist the likes not seen since Jason Bourne. You dive into the life of a Navy Seal wronged by the people he trusts and follow his story of revenge and intrigue all the way down the rabbit hole. Start from the Terminal List and continue on through In the Blood, the story and characters are well developed and keep you engaged. Bravo on another well done piece of work.

Chris Bolton. I’ve read them all and loved every one can’t wait to read the next one. James Reese is a dangerous man!!!! Great reads!!!

Best Yet. It has been fun to watch Carr’s books get better with each new release. This one is the best in the series. Can’t wait for the next one to be released.

Wonderful book!. Love reading everything from Jack Carr. His ability to tell a story and his knowledge of the world he rights about make these books second to none.

Just Keeps Getting Better. This book has it all. Three incredible storylines that you can see will all play out in the books to come. A handful of epic scenes that have you on the edge of your seat and just when you think it couldn’t get more intense. The Epilogue happens. By far the greatest epilogue ever written. Jack Carr’s writing is getting better and better. Favorite series of all time,

Agree with other reviews. Too much politics. Just tell the story. The product placement gets cheesy but is passable compared to the right wing crap. Keep it neutral, it ruins the vibe.

In the Blood. This book is one of the best in a fantastic series. You will stay up all night following the exploits of James Reece. I can’t wait for the next book in the series. Jack Carr is one of my favorite authors. Although it can be heavy in the military jargon, the overall characters, storyline, plot and narrative are compelling. Once you start, you won’t want to put this book down.

Disappointed. I’m a bit torn on this book. I still enjoy the main character but thought the story felt a bit flat. This super villain that Reece has been chasing didn’t ring that menacing to me nor the urgency all that dire. The epilogue was great but the overall story just didn’t work for me
