Adorable. Highly recommend

Uplifting!. One of the funniest and most heartfelt books I’ve read in a long time. I can’t wait to read more of her books.

I really wanted to like it. I tried. I enjoyed the writing style, and there were moments of solid comedy, but the characters didn’t even reach the realm of believable. And the main character would have been fired 15 minutes after being hired as a bodyguard. She’s a basket case and needed her man to save her…multiple times. Cute notes, but an overall miss.

Waste of money. I would like a refund waste of time and money. Ridiculous

Loved if!. Loved it!! Stayed up all night reading it! This book made me laugh and cry- just good fun!

LOLLLLLL. I was grateful to be alone reading The Bodyguard when I literally started laughing out loud… not a snicker, not a chuckle, but laughing so loud I thought the next door neighbor would hear me… There were other times, quiet times, contemplative times to ponder, but as for me, I’ll remember that I needed this laughter more than I knew. As with her other books, I’ll read it again.

Marvelous and full of emotion. Such an amazing story, it’s a rom-com, but it has such great writing and storytelling. I laughed and cried multiple times. I have found a new author to love and follow in a semi- stalker way. However I promise to not be like the characters in the book, for one I don’t knit lol.

The Bodyguard is a winner!. I’m not what I’d call a “sophisticated” reader, and I’ve only recently been reading books for fun and leisure. I stumbled upon one of Katherine Center’s books. After reading that single book, I felt that I had to read them ALL! I thoroughly enjoyed the characters and their interplay throughout the book. Little twists and turns, coupled with detailed descriptions, truly held my attention to the end! Katherine’s first-person writing pulls me into her stories and puts me into every scene as the book unfolds.

Phenomenal read. Couldn’t put it down.

Giggles Galore!. I could identify with so much in this book—emotions and self doubt. But it was so much more as relationships changed and experiences molded new insights and confidences. It was a joy to read and I giggled and laughed out loud. I loved the author’s style and sense of humor.

Should be classified as romance, not fiction/literature…. Had its moments but too much of a rom com with a ridiculous almost ending…

Great read. I really enjoyed this book! It was an uplifting and funny read. Really helped improve my mood. I love all of Katherine Center’s books!

A Fun Light Humorous Book!. Do you need a book that will have you laughing and entertained throughout? Hannah is a body guard who has to be knowledgeable and understand her surroundings in order to protect. She is a second degree black belt. When she is assigned to a movie star, he questioned why she is so small. After all body guards are supposed to big men, right? When she proves herself, he accepts her as his bodyguard, but one caveat is she has to pretend to be his girlfriend. Will she successfully complete this assignment, so she can win the London assignment that she is competing for against her ex boyfriend? This book is fun, light, and will even have you laughing at times! A perfect book to take on vacation!

Fun story, pros and cons. An enjoyable read and lovely writing! It was a little difficult to buy in to the romance, and the main character wasn’t terribly likable.

Bodyguard. Hysterically funny and such a tear jerker as well. The gamut of emotions the story takes you through is amazing. But it’s all worth it.

Favorite Center so far. I actually found myself laughing out loud while reading this. I enjoyed the main character and her blend of tough and absurd, her fear of cows was great. The leading man was smitten in a refreshing way and the supporting characters were multi dimensional. I’ve read a few books by this author and this one is the best so far. Genuinely insightful and sweet as well as exciting.

Couldn’t put it down. The main characters were likable, the writing was good, and the story was fun the whole way through. I stayed up way too late binging it in one night, but it was worth it. Highly recommend!
