I simply love this series!. It appears that it skipped over book 5 and went from 4 to 6. They blended well like if you didn’t know, you wouldn’t but either way Beautiful story for Aurora and Nick.

Such a perfect ending for Aurora, Nick and Leah. I loved it!

Secrets, insecurities, trust issues, second chances, strength and so much more tells the story of finding a love everlasting. Can’t wait for more of these amazing stories!

Just One Dare ( A Kingston Family /Dirty Dare Story ) by Carly Phillips. Wow what a fantastic book and I loved every word of Aurora and Nick and their daughter Leah’s story . A one night together produced a daughter Leah , Nick never knew about her for six years , but when he found out you couldn’t find a better dad. This whole book was a wonderful read and I highly recommend it .

Aurora ❤️ Nick. A second chance romance Carly Phillips style, a little sassy and a lot spicy! Aurora’s life has been anything but easy, even though all the changes in the last few years have been positive. She relies on routine and organization to feel in control and wants her daughter to feel loved every day. Nick has grown up with the privilege of money and a mostly blessed family. The one thing that’s missing is someone to share his life with. A chance meeting puts Aurora and Nick together after a one night encounter six years earlier. Little did they know how it would change their life now. Patience, perseverance, and sizzling chemistry help to bring their family together.

All I hoped for!. Out of all of the Kingston family, I was most anxious to read Aurora’s story. It was all that I hoped it would be. It’s no wonder that she had issues regarding family and abandonment, given who her birth parents were. But, the rest of family made up for it. I liked that Nick was pretty perceptive about how to approach and deal with those issues. And it didn’t hurt to have a little spitfire like Leah to change his life! This was an enjoyable read that exceeded my expectations!

Aurora and nick. Aurora's story is finally here. I have been waiting for years for her story and it was absolutely my favorite book that I have read this year. It has a surprise daddy, and he is a Dare. It was awesome and I loved every minute of it. It was sexy, hot, sweet and totally awesome! Aurora was an orphan who wasn't an orphan we have been seeing her in stories about the Kingston family. Essentially she was a long lost Kingston until her brother found out she existed. She had a very heart breaking story as she was living on the street essentially when she found herself pregnant. That lead to her being found by the Kingston family and now her daughter is 6 and she runs a charity to help girls like her. Her brother Dash is a movie star and she is at the movie premier when her past catches up to her. Her baby daddy she only knew him as "Nick" with no last name, she was never able to tell him that he was a daddy until she spots him at a movie premiere. When Nick sees her, he can't believe his eyes. He has been trying to find her for years. Fate finally stepped in and they find each other but Nick has a six year old surprise awaiting him. This was an awesome second chance romance but also very much a reunion romance. Both Aurora and Nick had insta lust/love but lost each other until now. He wants to claim them but his big problem is that Aurora needs stability and he lives out of a suitcase. This was a really awesome and fun romance. I loved the whole reunion and the author did a great job with the characters and the issues that they each had. I loved how Nick was with Aurora and his newly discovered daughter. I dare you not to love it!. Carly Phillips never fails to give us a book with everything! The heat, laughs, tears and joy can all be found within this book. Aurora and Nick could have been the typical star-crossed lovers, but thankfully that wasn’t the case. If you’re familiar with Ms. Phillips other books you’ll see some familiar faces/names with the Dare family.

She’s got major trust issues!. This is book 5 in The Kingston Family series and it features Nick Dare and Aurora Kingston. Six years ago they had a one night stand, with no last names, mutually agreed. He regrets not getting to know more about her. He can’t believe his luck when he sees her at his brother’s movie premiere. This is his second chance. He had no idea she was a Kingston and that she had a daughter. When he knocks on her door, he never expects to see his own eyes staring back at him. This is a fantastic, steamy, second chance romance with amazing characters! I love Nick’s character growth. Who can resist cute little 5 year old Leah! I love that Aurora still lives more on the frugal side instead of someone with a ton of money, which she has. I always look forward to visiting the Kingston family and the Dare families.

Aurora gets her second chance. What happens when two of the most entertaining, interesting, sexy and engaging family sagas collide? A five star, emotional and beautiful story, that’s what! Aurora Kingston and Nick Dare get their one-night, secret baby story told and it’s as wonderful as you’d imagine to be. When college student Nick spends an incredible night with 18 year old waitress Aurora, the sparks flew. But of course circumstances kept them apart until the night more than six years later bring them together, thanks to the business collaboration between their families. Aurora is not the poor, orphaned girl she was that night…she’s now part of the powerful and wealthy Kingston clan. To say that they are surprised to see each other is an understatement, especially when Nick learns he’s the father of 5 year old Leah, the result of their one night together. While he has every right to be upset, Nick’s attitude towards not only finding Aurora again but discovering his daughter again is beautiful. He’s in awe of this little spitfire and thrilled to find the woman he never forgot. Aurora is more cautious, naturally, being protective of her daughter, but also her own heart. Because while she may love her new family, she’s never forgotten or gotten past her years as the unwanted child in foster care. Carly Phillips’ blending of these two characters, as well as their families, is simply wonderful. Low on angst but big in emotions, it might very well be my favorite book from her extensive and enjoyable catalog.

Sweet & sexy!. This is a fabulous story that’s about second chances with a surprise baby in the mix. Aurora is a sympathetic heroine having grown up in foster care and later finding a long lost sibling. Soon her life has changed for the better for both her and her daughter. And then comes the kicker, the man from her past is in her present. Nick is a terrific hero. Maybe a little bossy but so sexy. Yum! His reaction to the daughter he never knew about is emotional and watching him become a father is heart melting. This is a fantastic story full of terrific characters and a wonderful family atmosphere. Full of emotion, drama, and sweet love. Worth the read!. One night, no last names …. I've been waiting, it seems for forever, for Aurora's story. Then to have it be a crossover novel with the new Dare series, BONUS. I love the Dare's and have enjoyed the Kingston's. I was looking forward to knowing what happened with Leah's daddy. Quite the story. I think one of the things I enjoyed most and wish I had seen more of, was Aurora's charity. It is such a great idea and I was so glad she was able to accomplish that. Now back to Aurora and Nick. They are actually a good couple. She feels more comfortable with him than anyone else and she is able to open up about her childhood and how she feels about it and her fears that stem from it. Nick is understanding and compassionate, and a freaking God with his patience. But the best part was when Melly sat Aurora down and point blank told her to imagine her life with Nick as just Leah's dad. Could she live with that? Probably the best thing that she could have done.

Precious. This is emotional, sweet and tender story with characters that have big hearts, know their flaws and offer unconditional love and support. A laugh, a sigh, a tear and then breathless…another great read from Carly Phillips.

Five Stars!!. We’ve been waiting for Aurora Kingston’s story… but to have it linked to a “Dare” was a bonus!!! Carly Phillips never disappoints; her books are always a fantastic read! I loved this second chance romance! I also loved the characters, and I loved visiting with characters from previous books in this series. I won’t go much more into the storyline because my main goal here is to let you know that it was definitely worth reading.
