Review. Very good book

Fun but…. I love Fortune, Ida Belle and Gertie but I don’t like the negativity and predictable character assassinations of Celia. I feel that the books can stand alone on their humor and character development without constantly attacking Celia. There is enough judgement and hatred in the world and these books should be a respite from those negative emotions. I hope the next book doesn’t continue with this tired path of attack. I would hate to lose Fortune and her investigations.

Terrific Read. I loved it! I love the suspense, action, good deeds, the naughty behaviors, the animals and most of all Fortunes crew. They’re funny and good. These books are good for the soul. Absolutely must reads.

Another great fortune adventure. Honestly, this couldn’t be one of my favorite Fortune Redding books. The mystery is not that easy to solve and I like how her insight helps her get to the end. Nice to bring in Harrison and his fiancé into the mix. Looking forward to seeing more of Manny along with Allie as well

So unexpected!. I love all of Janas books. Every time a new one comes out I have to pace myself or I’ll devour it all in 1 day. I love all of the twists and turns and the unexpected. She never fails to make me crack up with these stories too. Another job well done Jana.

Cleaning To A New Degree. Another very interesting story for the Swamp Team 3. We have a budding new entrepreneur, Ally, who is finally going to open her bakery up but gets attacked. From that time things bloom nut you have to add in the turkey hunt and finding of a dead body. We know things seem to happen around Fortune but this was no exception! When it rains it pours is a good expression for this story because the past will come to bit someone in the butt. Family is not exception! Ronald, the next door neighbor, has a thing for copying a very well know exCIA person. If you want to know what is going on the grab your sweet snacks and read this awesome book!

Swamp Sweets. Jana delivers the fun again. My husband kept asking what was so hilarious as I kept laughing out loud while reading it. Love this series!

Swamp sweets. Love that Carter and Fortune are settling into a grove . Surprised Minnie and Ally had sparks . Well I did not pick the thief ,and most of the reveal was a good surprise . The Gerties were laugh out loud great as always .

Swamp Sweets by Jana Deleon. A new Fortune Redding book is to be celebrated. I can never decide if I should read it as quickly as I can or slowly savour every page. This book like all the others is full of excitement and the mystery is always impossible to solve-at least by me! The characters in this series of books are a real hoot to read! Loved the book.
