Didn’t like it.. No good.

Finally getting to know Dozer and his story!. Finally getting to know Dozer and his story! Throughout the other books, Dozer has been somewhat of a mystery while being a desk agent, but that all changes when his past is threatened. His best friend Jessica dated a man and when she found out all the bad, he had done, she reported it, and in turn he tried to have her killed. After his conviction, both her and Dozer thought everything was fine, until he escapes from prison and Dozer knows he is going after her. Rescuing her in the nick of time, they retrieve her mother and her daughter, who she shares with Dozer’s other best friend, and he brings them to Pittsburgh to put together a game plan while also keeping them safe. Jessica won’t go down without a fight, and is determined to help Dozer see this through, and in the process, they are able to address the feelings they both have for each other and their past and why they didn’t initially end up together. This was another hit from Sawyer – I am obsessed with her books and can’t get enough of her Pittsburgh books. I can’t wait to see what comes next for these characters! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Great read. A good friends to lovers read. It has intrigue, emotion, steam, and twists & turns. It all started with 2 friends that feelings for each other in college but didn’t have the courage to let those feelings be known. Fast forward to present day and those 2 have remained best fiends. And now one is I trouble so it’s Dozer and Jameson Force to the rescue! Will Dozer have the courage to save the girl and tell her he has loved her for years?

AKA…The Princess Protection Crew. WOW, just wow! It doesn’t get any better than this! Sawyer Bennett has masterfully written a story that is truly believable, suspenseful, terrifying, touching…all while being romantic and adorable. I believe it to be one of the best novels in the series. Dozer and Jessica’s story goes back to college. Dozer, Jessica and Chase meet at Florida University where they become fast friends. While it was love at first site for both, Chase moved in first asking Jessica for a date. Leaving Dozer to love Jessica from afar…but always remaining best friends. When Thea comes along, Jessica believes Chase will propose. When he doesn’t, Jessica is devastated but moves on with Dozer’s support. Jessica then becomes entwined with a man who deceives her. When she testifies against him and sends him away for life, she and Thea go on with life thinking they’re safe….until they aren’t. Dozer and the Jameson Security men (aka The Princess Protection Crew) to the rescue! There is not one part of this novel that I didn’t absolutely LOVE! If I could give it a million stars I would. That’s how much it pulls you in and leaves you holding your breath…waiting for the shoe to fall. Thea, Jess’s mom, Dozer’s dad, and Bebe were AWESOME! The “daddy” at the end end had me shedding tears! Soooo GOOD! This novel is part of a series and reading them in order would give you a little depth, but is not needed. I can’t wait to see what comes out of the Miami office! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

Brilliant story! Could not put it down!!. OH MY GOSH!! What can I say about this book other than TOTAL BRILLIANCE!! In my honest opinion, this series just keeps getting better and better. Code Name: Revenge is the 9th book in Ms. Bennett’s Jameson Force Security series and this book is definitely in my top 3 of the series, nix that, top 2 (Malik’s book will always be my absolute favorite). I was so happy when I heard that Dozer was finally going to get his book. I could not wait for it to hit my tablet. I loved this story SO MUCH I will definitely be listening to the Audible version of it as soon as possible. I think one of my favorite types of romance is when best friend love the other, but are too afraid to ruin the friendship to admit their love. This is such a book. Dozer and Jessica are such a couple. Truthfully, I wanted to take these two and knock their heads together for a while, until they finally opened up to each other and admitted their love. Because of my LOOOOOVE of romance, and my thoughts and opinions, I was gifted with my copy of this super fabulous book. So, you have read the blurb about the book, and now you are reading the reviews. So, my question to you is, why have you not hit that purchase button from your favorite retailer yet. Dozer Gets His Girl!. Code Name Revenge (Jameson Force Security #9) by Sawyer Bennett. I have been waiting for Dozer Burney’s story since the first time he was introduced in the series, and my oh my it did not disappoint. This is friends to lovers with the Russian mafia after them…and it was so full of intrigue, action, danger, family, romance, passion and love. I was on the edge of my seat for this one from the beginning to the end. Dozer has been friends with “JJ” Jessica Jayne Anderson since they met at the University of Miami but…she has always been the one. He has never told her of his feelings since his best friend Chase beat him to her. Even after Chase dies while she is pregnant, he keeps his feelings to himself, taking time out to visit them frequently and becoming an important person in their lives. When Dozer finds out that Jessica’s life is in serious danger due to an escaped prisoner that she testified against, he drops everything to get to her and her young daughter Thea. “His expression is fierce and then guarded and deep within those chocolate eyes, I see the truth of his feelings. I recognize the naked truth that he’s not attempting to hide. Dozer Loves Me.” This is a captivating story that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat. These characters are wonderfully written especially Thea who stole the show. I also loved getting an update about all the other couples in this series as they come to Dozer and JJ’s aid as they fight the forces against them. An action packed story you don’t want to miss.

Loved it!. 5 ⭐️ With the latest book, Code Name:Revenge, Sawyer Bennett delivers once again a phenomenal story full of twists and turns. It is the ninth book in the Jameson Force Security series and while it can be read as a stand-alone, I do suggest reading the others in this series as well. This series is definitely one of my favs. Very few authors are able to give us a story that is not only full of romance but also has a suspense/mystery aspect to is as well. But Sawyer Bennett does-and she does is superbly. She continually keeps me fully invested in the characters and the storyline. Dozer and Jessica are two very well written characters. They have this beautiful friendship and neither know the other is in love with them. Jessica’s past comes back to haunt her and Dozer swears to protect her. Will he be able to do as he promises… I loved this book so much! I could not for the life of me put it down. I needed to know how it was all going to play out. Highly recommend reading it!

Loved it. I have always been intrigued by Dozer Burney from the first time he was introduced to the series. His story was everything I was hoping for and so much more. I knew that the woman who would tame the computer genius would need to be special and that is exactly what single mother Jessica Anderson is. They have been best friends for years and when Dozer learns that their lives are in danger after a prisoner has escaped from prison he fears for their safety. Dozer has been in love with Jess for years, although he has never admitted it and will do what ever it takes to protect Jess and Thea. I was on the edge of my seat whilst reading. I really loved these characters and was captivated as Sawyer Bennett wove her story; in fact I didn’t want it to end. The romance and suspense are well balanced and this was an exciting and intriguing read.   It was great to see some familiar characters make and appearance as well as the introduction of a new member of the Jameson Force Security team, Kellen and his K9 partner Omega.  I loved Thea, what a wonderful character she is and she almost stole the book from Dozer and Jess. This book was well written, exciting to read, emotional and at times intense as Dozer is in for the fight of his life.

Revenge is sweet!. What can you expect with a Code Name novel - plenty of action that will have you on the edge of your seat, workplace camaraderie, loyalty and strong bonds. Along with every SB book, there will be an adequate amount of intimacy to keep the romantics happy, me included. Therefore it’s no surprise that this story has all of these factors. Dozer Burney is a smart man, some would say a genius and this is why he is pivotal to the Jameson team. He along with Bebe have created some very high tech devices to keep the team members safe. Never did he think he might need any of them as he’s not a field agent but he’d do everything to keep his best friend Jess safe. She was a key witness to put away a Russian mafia member for life on murder charges, so when he escapes, he won’t be friendly when he catches up with her. From the get go, Dozer’s focus is to only keep his girls- Jess, her daughter Thea and her mother Claire safe and will go to extreme measures to achieve that goal. I am always perplexed as to why some characters feel the need to insert themselves in the dangerous situations, when clearly it’s unsafe and more of a hindrance but I appreciate their passion and devotion. And I’m glad things didn’t end badly in this case. I love the intricate levels of these books, the action and love story are the key elements for me. Dozer has had a thing for Jess since he met her back in college but fate wasn’t on his side and now years later he can’t think of anything but being with her. Despite the fact, there’s more to their tale, and one I recommend you read.

4 stars. Another great addition to this series, probably one of my favourite series by Sawyer Bennett. I loved the friends to lovers storyline and just want more of this series!

Loved everything about this book. Audio Review This was the book I have been waiting for and I wasn’t disappointed in Dozer’s story in fact it was everything I expected and more. If you love romantic suspense you will love Dozer and Jess’s friends to lovers journey. Dozer and Jess have been friends for years but he believed they could never be anything more than friends. This all changed when the father of Jess’s daughter passed away but will Dozer be brave enough to risk their friendship by crossing the line. When Jess’s life is put in danger by an escaped prisoner it’s Dozer who comes to the rescue, he is prepared to do what ever is needed to protect single mum Jess and her daughter Thea. Sean Crisden and Adenrele Ojo are fairly new narrators to me but I have to say they did a wonderful job bringing the characters and the story to life. They really did Dozer and Jess justice and I look forward to listening to more books narrated by them. It was always going to take a very special lady to tame this man and right from the first meeting, you knew Jess could be that woman. This is a captivating, sitting on the edge of your seat read, it has wonderful characters, it’s full of love, passion, danger and suspense but it was the wonderful Thea that stole the show for me. This is a wonderful read will certainly appeal to a wide range of audiences.

Intense action. Dozer's story will grab your attention from the first page to the last! Dozer is part of the tech team with Bebe and runs to the rescue of his friend Jessica, after a russian mob boss that she testified against escapes prison. He shows up at her place in a nick of time and will do everything in his power to protect her, her daughter/godchild and her mother from harm. They both have secret feelings for each other, but neither one took the step. However, now their intense attraction is palpable but first they have to find safe place to land before they can act on it! Suspenseful, action packed, heart racing, nail biting, palm sweating story that will rivet you to your seat! I volunteered to review this story.

Code Name: Revenge. I have been waiting for Dozer’s story. I enjoyed Dozer and Jessica story and they had chemistry from the get go. There was suspense, but I wanted a little bit more. I wanted a little bit more of the mystery that was Dozer in the Jameson Novels.
