You Can't Kiss the Nanny, Brady Banks by Piper Rayne Book Summary

Brady Banks.

The Kingsmen’s best wide receiver.
Rich AF.
Hot as hell.
A stallion in the sack.

How do I know that last fact? I may have shared a one-night stand with him six months ago when I was rebounding from a broken heart.

I didn’t forget him, but I was done with him, until I discovered he’s the single dad of the boy I’ve been hired to nanny.

It’s near impossible to ignore my attraction to him now that we’re living under the same roof—but I have no choice.

First, this job pays well, and I need the money to move out of my parents’ spare room.

Second, he’s a public figure and there’s no room for me to get caught up in a scandal with him—I can’t disappoint my parents again.

Third, men like Brady were built to break hearts. I barely managed to piece mine back together after my failed engagement and Brady would do irreparable damage if I gave him the chance.

Let the longest three months of my life begin…

Fun. What a fun, sweet story. First, Brady was wonderful- slightly damaged but sweet, respectful and steamy hot. Violet (a Korean heroine!) was smart, sweet, sassy and also well nuanced with the authors providing good insight into expectations that many Asian parents have on their children. Plenty of steam, laughs (I love the cast of characters) and swoons, I’m loving this series and this world! A low angst sports romance with a fun vibe that has run through the first two books of the series and I’m expecting more of the same for the next few!

Great story!. The second book in the Kingsmen Football Stars series was a great sports romance. Brady was fun, sweet & sexy and Violet was his perfect match. They had great chemistry from the very beginning. Theo was so adorable. I enjoyed Brady and Violet’s story immensely. Aaron Sherlock and Cindy Kay did a really good job portraying Brady and Violet, as well as the other characters in this book.

So much chemistry. We’ve known Brady for a long time. We all fell in love with his 5 year old energy when Jasper & Lennon found love in Mad About The Banker. But in Lee Burrows book, we find he’s quite the ladies man & playboy. He’s the best wide receiver for the San Fran Kingsmen after all. But one spectacular night stand, an anonymous one at that, changed that course for the better. Violet Park, she’s another one of those jaded by love girls who just want to take the leap to get back out there. No rebound for her! But her anonymous one night stand has imprinted on her way more than she bargained for. This addition to the Kingsmen series is not to be missed. I devoured this book and was a little upset when it was over. Who doesn’t love a one night stand or nanny read. Brady & Violet’s chemistry was so potent, every interaction between them was tense & sometimes adorably awkward. That pantry didn’t stand a chance, ha. And I loved the way that Violet was with Brady’s son, Theo & the way that he just took to her & loved her from the beginning. I also loved the relationship that Brady had with Theo’s mom, Hannah. Their co-parenting skills are definitely goals if put in that situation. I also loved the addition of the Korean culture & cuisine that were sprinkled in there. Audiobook Review: Aaron Shedlock & Cindy Kay were the perfect fit for these characters. Both drew me in to their characters & kept me wanting more of feeling their emotions.

Loved. I absolutely adored Brady and Violet’s story. Theo was also perfect. I loved all of them. Brady is the best dad. Violet’s relationship with Theo was so sweet. I loved the chemistry between Brady and Violet. This was perfect!

Second chance with the nanny. I loved this book! We met Brady Banks in the first Kingsmen book, where he had had a hot night with Violet Park. Brady really wanted to see Violet again, but she was coming off a broken engagement and wouldn’t give him her last name or phone number. Fast forward six months and Brady needs a nanny to help with his son, Theo while his ex goes on a medical mission for three months. Of course, the ex interviewed the candidates, and hires Violet. I love all of the tropes involved, forbidden romance, single dad/nanny, forced proximity, and sports romance. I think what I loved the most was that it wasn’t insta-love and Violet and Brady built onto their attraction for each other to a deeper love. I really cannot wait for the next book in this series. I received an arc of this book from the author for my honest review.

Sweet story!. This second book in the series was adorable!! I loved the dynamic Brady had with his baby momma and he was so dang good with his daughter! Violet is amazing with his daughter as well and was so professional when she realized who he was…. But man! Their chemistry was fire and I absolutely loved them figuring that out!! His parents also cracked me up!! Great story with a great ending and I most definitely look forward to more of this series!

Brady and Violet make a great couple. I really enjoyed the latest installment to the Kingsman football series. I don’t know why it didn’t click with me in book one, but I remember Brady as a child in his parents, book, Mad About the Banker. I was super excited to have cameos of Jasper and Lennon in this story! This book had it all. Single dad, sport star, second chance, and, of course, falling in love with the nanny. Theo had to be the cutest child of probably almost any book that I’ve read in the past few years. He was simply adorable, and really moved the story along part, kind of like Brady did in his parents’ book. Violet was really smart and sassy, but she was also shy, especially at first when she realizes who she is nannying for. I like the way, Theo’s mom Hannah was written. It would’ve been really easy to make her the harpy ex/villain, but I am glad that wasn’t the path that the authors took. I know that Brady was kind of written as a bit of a playboy in book one, but seeing as how this book really concentrated on his relationship with his son, I think that Piper Rayne did a great job of portraying him as a mature man, without sacrificing the playful and naughtiness of his relationship with Violet. I’m loving this series, and I cannot wait to dive into Chase’s book. I think that one is really going to end up being my favorite. Although, I say that about every book!

You Can’t Kiss The Nanny Brady Banks : Kingsmen Football by Piper Rayne. This was a fantastic book Brady and Violet’s story . This book was so heartwarming with the love Brady has for his son Theo . The love Violet showed Theo was amazing. I have enjoyed this series and looking forward to the next book .

Will Brady Banks kiss Violet Park?. Brady Banks just experienced the best sex with a nimble woman whom he thinks is a gymnast. He is hoping for a repeat performance for last night, but she has other plans. The mysterious woman wants to leave, thanking him for a fun night. The words he would say or write to the name-less or lady of the evening repeated back to him, not liking that feeling. But she thanks him and leaves and for 6 months he is trying to find her again, hoping for another night but nah dah. So back to his normal life, a single Ada’s co-parenting his 5 year old son Theo. His ex Natalie got good news about her job, giving an opportunity to go overseas to Asia and help those in traumatic events. Not wanting to be selfish he gently advise her to take the position and that he’ll help step up rot watch over their son Theo. But since he is in the NFL and training camp is about the start then the preseason start. They agreed to get a live in nanny. Guess who he meets of the first day, the mysterious gymnast Violet Park. There they agree that night just happened that one time and she will be professional and do her job. And he will not cross that line. But, there is still the attraction between each other. Slight flirting would occur, but not in front of Theo. When they think Theo is busy they sneak into the pantry for kisses or other things. But Theo has caught them a few times. I adored e relationship of Brady and Theo, how attentive his is towards his son. When he is how his attention is towards his son. And that the sexy smart nanny isn’t far from his mind either. Can Brady keep his hands off the nanny until Hannah comes back and maybe they can start a relationship normally?

Single Dad Deliciousness!. I just cannot resist a single dad, but to add Piper Rayne on top of that is a guarantee that I’ll love it! And Brady and Violet’s story is one I definitely enjoyed! Little Theo was the cutest and left me with the biggest smile in every one of his scenes. If I thought Brady as a dad was hot that was nothing compared to when he went into sexy alpha ‘I want you and only you’ mode. It’s no wonder Violet couldn’t resist temptation. I loved how she strived to live the life she wanted, regardless of what anyone thought. There was some forced proximity going as she was the nanny and boy was that tension thick! I loved it and the anticipation of wondering ,not if but, when they’d give in had me eager to get to the next page. In typical Piper Rayne fashion, they delivered while leading me wanting more with that tasty nugget dropped about the next Kingsmen book. The dual narration between Cindy Kay and Aaron Shedlock was just literal aural goodness. These two not only complimented each other as the ideal Brady and Cindy, their performance made for the perfect complement to this story.

Ridiculously entertaining and steamy! Loved it!. Oh this book is so ridiculously entertaining but really quite steamy too. I just loved it and had a huge smile on my face whilst I read. Theres just something about single dad stories that warm my heart…. Swoony and just ahhhh….I cant even. Brady Banks is a DILF! Seriously though! I love how the authors have a knack for writing stories you can just escape into and I feel like each book gets better and better! I couldn’t love this book more, I give it all the stars and cannot wait for the next in the series. A Definite must read in my opinion!

Didn’t enjoy as much as other by authors. This book - meh - just to me there wasn’t really a story just a guy hooking up with his nanny - a bit disappointed

Ticked all my boxes. This is the second book in the Kingsman Football Stars Series and I think I have found my book boyfriend in single dad Brady Banks !! Brady had a one night of passion 6 months ago but the woman refused to give him her name so he is totally shocked when his new live in nanny his son’s mum has hired is the woman he thinks got away. Violet is the new nanny and from the moment these two reconnect sparks fly but determined to keep it professional they make a pack to keep their hands off each other….. What follows is an entertaining, fun, witty journey. Cindy Kay and Aaron Shedlock did a fantastic job bringing the characters and their story to life. They were spot on with the banter, they hit every emotion and they took me to another world as I listened to their voices. I was captivated from the first few words and I fell hard and fast for Brady as I watched him care for his adorable little boy Theo. The banter was witty, the chemistry was sizzling and the characters adorable but it was an adorable little boy named Theo who stole my heart. A wonderful addition to a series that is getting better with each release.

Brady Banks - opens his heart, trust’s again and find love!. I could not put this book down! I loved Brady’s and Violet’s story. Piper and Rayne you outdid yourselves on this book! I love how Brady has matured and become a caring father and how much he loves his little boy, Theo. Violet is a truly beautiful and caring person. I loved how wonderful she was with Theo. Violet made Brady come to life and start to trust again and take a chance on love. I loved seeing Lennon, Jasper, Bianca, Evan, Lee, Shayna, Amara, Bryce, Twyla, Miles and Chase again in this book. These characters are caring, straightforward, honest and hilarious. Lennon and Bryce made me laugh with their advice and feedback on various topics. Mrs Park, Violet’s Mum reminded me of Lane’s Mum, Mrs Kim, in the Gilmore Girls - subtle as a sledgehammer and downright scary! I loved how Theo defended Violet in front of her Mum in parent’s restaurant and how Violet finally stood up to her mother. Well done, Violet, so proud of you! Brady, Violet and Theo make a beautiful family. I highly recommend this book to other readers.

Entertaining. I never thought I would love a series as much as I love Piper Rayne’s Bailey and Greene families but I should have known better. The Kingsmen Football Stars is quickly becoming another favourite series. Whenever I pick up a new book by Piper Rayne I know I am in for an emotional, witty well written story that will leave me with a smile on my face. You Can’t Kiss The Nanny Brady Banks ticked all the boxes for me. I was hooked on single dad Brady and Violet’s second chance at love story from the first paragraph and don’t get me started on little Theo, Brady’s son, he was so cute and almost stole the book away from our couple. All they had was one night, but neither Brady or Violet could forget it. Imagine their shock when Violet turns out to be the new nanny hired by Theo’s mother to help Brady out while she is overseas working. Brady and his ex may not be together but they do have a great relationship and are both focused on doing their best for Theo. I loved the journey that these two embarked on. They both tried so hard to ignore the sizzling attraction that sparked between them but the heart wants who the heart wants and once they crossed the line, all bets were off. The banter was witty, the chemistry scorching, the camaraderie and interference by the other players who all have an opinion just added to my enjoyment of the story. The narration by new to me Cindy Kay and one of my favourite male narrators Aaron Shedlock did justice to this entertaining story and brought the characters to life for me. Another winner for Piper Rayne.

4 Stars for this baller and his nanny!. This is a cute romance that had me swooning from the beginning. I loved how Brady had his priorities straight and loved his son to no end. He even got along with his son's mother and they co-parented seamlessly. Then along comes Violet and his whole world changes. He doesn't have the control that he had before and just can't keep his hands off her even though he knows it could backfire on him. Violet knows she has trust issues and doesn't feel valued by anyone ... not even her parents. Then along comes Brady and he tries to break down all her walls. The chemistry between Brady and Violet is undeniable as neither one of them could forget the one-night stand they had six months previous. I love how Violet treats her charges like they are her own, especially Brady's son Theo. Theo is so cute and even though he loved Violet, he still missed his mom and wanted her to come home from overseas. This is a great addition to the series and I can't wait for Chase and Twyla's story next! I received an early copy courtesy of Valentine PR in exchange for a honest review.

Love this. What a great story. You can’t help but love Brady, Violet and Theo. We loved him as a child in the Banker and now he’s grown up to be quite a hottie and an amazing father.

Brady and Violet. "𝑻𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒊𝒔 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒘𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚. 𝑶𝒏𝒆 𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝑰 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒃𝒆𝒅 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒏𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕. 𝑨𝒏𝒅 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒑𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒚 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈." 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐲, 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬, the second book in the Kingsmen Football Stars series by Piper Rayne is Brady and Violet's story. Brady and Violet had a one-night stand six months prior to Violet arriving at Brady's doorstep to fill the role of nanny for his little boy Theo. Brady and Violet will need to try and keep things professional while she is working for him. Brady and Violet have some serious sexual tension between them. Brady seemed different in this book than he did in the first book. I loved the relationship between Brady, Violet and Theo. I loved that this was a duet narration for the audiobook. Aaron Shedlock was a great choice for Brady. This was my first time listening to Cindy Kay and she was ok. Get ready for... sports (football), one-night stand, forbidden, nanny, single dad, forced proximity, workplace, multicultural, and dual first-person point of view. 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐂𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐊𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐲, 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 has a heat level of 3 flames and gets 4 maple leafs!

A fun enjoyable heartfelt must read!. What a fun, sweet, swoony and heartwarming story! I couldn’t put it down and had a smile on my face the whole. This is a genuinely feel good read! Brady is such a great book boyfriend, and his love for his son was fantastic! You can’t deny the attraction between Brady and Violet, or the fact that they couldn’t get each other off their minds since their night six months ago-a no names no phone numbers night that had Brady at a loss with the strong feeling he was left with. When Violet turns out to be the nanny for Brady’s son, Theo, the two are shocked-but all it shows them is that their chemistry is stronger than ever and they have a pull neither expect. Brady falls fast and hard for Violet, but she is hesitant, for understandable reasons and Brady is worried how he could be successful in a relationship, and always wants his son to be the priority. I love the moment everything changes between them. Watching as they went from this intense tension and sexual chemistry (which they spice up the page with) to slowly learning more about one another, the emotional connection deepens as they both started to open up. My heart goes out to Violet for what she has been through in the past, which it makes her wary. Are they both able to trust in their feeling, or will this stay a short lived fling? Theo is an adorable addition to the book and the love and support they have as an extended family is great! Hand down so excited about the special appearance from Brady parents, if you haven’t read the Modern Love series by this author *you should*. Getting to revisit with Jasper and Lennon was such a highlight! Don’t forget the bonus epilogue! And always with these author, they like to tease the next books of their series in the best ways! 4.25⭐️
