Details matter. I haven’t even gotten half way through and right off the bat the author gets the wife’s name wrong! I went back to double check it’s Justine in the first 2 books then all of a sudden it’s Jennifer in book 3 I’m not about to waste more money on an author or who can’t even keep basic details right. This really is upsetting the series had potential.

Ooo the villain is soo twisted!! I love it. Ooo I’m loving this Paige King series!! Each one is more deranged than the last. These books make me paranoid in real like kind of like episodes of that Tv show Criminal Minds.

The Girl he Took. This book was a bit harder for me to get into a the beginning but once I got into it there was no stopping me! I love Blake Pierce books! I can’t wait for the next book to come out! Highly recommend any of these series!

So, so good!. Dr. Paige King is now an official FBI agent in the Behavioral Analysis Unit and off on her first case as an agent with her partner, Agent Christopher Marriot. The victims are being killed using methods from a magical act in Las Vegas. After chasing several solid leads, Paige leaves Christopher interrogating a suspect and goes off on her own to follow a hunch. Danger ensues and Paige’s training as an agent is tested. Along the way there is tension between the two partners that will eventually, hopefully, lead to a satisfying conclusion. However, Blake Pierce will no doubt make us agonizingly wait for that moment.

Fantastic book. Another great FBI BAU series about Paige King before she begins her career as an FBI BAU special agent. A page turner, edge of the seat book and unable to put down until the finish. Certainly not for the quick speed readers or those that are squeamish. Fresh as a daisy, Paige is not exactly new to serial killers with the ability to understand and get into the minds of the serial killers. The twists and turns and dead ends to some ideas of what is happening next is crucial to Paige’s new emerging skills. I’m looking forward to reading and learning more about Paige King.
