Amazon needs Tiered Membership. One size doesn’t fit all! All I want is free shipping, why do I need to pay $15 a month for that? I don’t use Amazon music I don’t care about prime reading I don’t care about Thursday night football I don’t care about prime video Why do I need to pay for those services when I do not use them? Offer a membership just for free shipping and cut all the fat out!

No more 2 day shipping!. The 2 day shipping was one of the benefits of being a prime customer. Now my wife and I are running into issues where we are not getting our items 2 weeks late. If you are a prime customer, I think app should automatically turn on “Prime” items. Even when we turn on and select items for 2 day shipping… we don’t get in 2 days.

Now with the scourge of modern internet. It was bad enough when Amazon added even more unoptional clutter to product pages with AI generated summaries of reviews, but now it auto plays videos in thumbnails for products you don’t even click on which is basically like bedbugs for the browsing experience. Even worse, this app is lacking in basic accessibility options like being able to turn it off. I’m now afraid to look up products that feature lights for fear of having a neurological event. It’s almost 2024 and we are back to carpetbaggers putting their foot in the door so people can’t close it on them without causing bodily harm. Except in this case the harm only goes one way. A very sarcastic thumbs up from this customer of 19 years.

Summary. It’s absolutely so convenient

Payments take a week before they can go through. Need to order Christmas stuff? Don’t do it here it takes them a week and a half to tell you your payment didn’t go through. Meanwhile Walmart you can actually pay for and get your item the same day

Worst app ever. They used to be good but recently they’ve gotten awful shipping times are a month now no matter what shipping you select there all the same they uped the free shipping cost I’m just gonna stop using this app now

Terrible customer service. The worst experience ive had as a consumer has been with amazon. They take forever to reply and solve simple issues and verifications. Id suggest just buying directly from the sellers website. For instance if you need camera equipments just buy straight from DJI, use B&H or adorama directly and about this excuse of an app to do so

?. You need a dark mode in settings. There needs to be a way to look at something in your cart and not be taken all the way back to the top of your cart, and this new policy about people items being delivered to wrong places is a sick joke. Who has time to deal with calling police if your driver or someone else steals a package. If I didn’t receive the package either my money should be returned or the item should be resent, period; especially if I’m telling your driver and you that the door on the picture is not my door! Same situation with the less expensive items, if I didn’t receive it, refund or resend. This 48 hours and police report crap is too much. Most people order things they need asap that’s not available in the store and to have to wait 72 hours for a resolution and another 48 -72 hours to get the item or wait for police is insane. If this is the new Amazon, this “valued” customer will be purchasing elsewhere.

Mr. Rudy Ramirez. My wife an I are elderly it’s so much easier to order from Amazon then go ten miles to go shopping at the mall. So far everything we get has been great we love shopping with Amazon.

Please fix cart issues. Please add pages for items in cart and saved for later items instead of having to keep scrolling down. Also when i scroll down far to a saved item then tap on it to see it, when i go back the page resets and brings me back all the way top to the latest items added instead of keeping me where i was in my place. We already have the option to tap top of screen to go where we want but please make it where i can stay on the items i scrolled far down to see

What happened to 2-Day shipping?. I pay for 2 day shipping and expect to get it. A lot of items say prime 2 day but when I look at expected delivery date it’s a week on average. Then I watch the tracking, they wait 5 days, then do 2 day shipping. Why not just 2 day ship it to start? Why play these little loophole games? Technically it is 2 day shipping. But reality is 7 day shipping.

Update is very buggy. Can’t open up to view any item no matter how many times I tap the screen. FIX YOUR APP!!

False Advertisement. Prime is not what is used to be. Says you’ll get it on a certain date if you buy it by a certain time frame for it still to take 2 weeks to get .

Useful. Amazon helps get stuff delivered when I need it. Easy to understand phone application. Prices seem fair.

Price increases, quality decreases. If you want to keep raising the monthly price you should use that money to make sure we’re getting what we pay for. Why has FedEx delivered 3 of my Amazon packages recently? FedEx is awful - I don’t pay for Amazon prime to have FedEx lose my Amazon packages and leave the ones they don’t lose in the middle of the sidewalk instead of walking a few extra steps to place them on my porch.

Less user friendly every update. The number of steps needed now to get to your lists is just growing and growing. It seems like Amazon is intentionally making it more difficult so that you have to look at more products before you get to your goal.

Privacy Violation: Full Camera and All Photos Access. These latest versions of the Amazon app (circa Fall 2023) now require Full access to the iPhone Camera and All Photo Album access (not just selected photos) in order to submit and include a photo in an Amazon product review. Previously this was not the case, but the App itself prevents selecting and uploading a photo until BOTH full access permissions (not needed by the way) are granted. This is the Big Brother privacy concerns dystopian sci-fi warned you against. The developers know this Full access is not needed, select photo access is sufficient — but that’s not that does not satisfy Amazon’s desire for your Money and your Privacy.

Why is search so horrible?. Using Amazon search is like being forced to talk to a salesperson who constantly ignores what you want and lies to you. Search for “small white bookcase” and all you see is huge black bookcases, every other result is an ad and most of them are junk. UX is going downhill.

Great app. Easy to navigate and order. Lets you shop at your leisure you can add items to your list or put them right in your cart and they’ll stay until your done shopping and ready to place your order. All in all it’s simply a great app

Great app and *mostly* good service. I use this app probably more than I should. It’s rare that I have an issue with finding what I need or with the delivery of my stuff. But I do have a suggestion for the developers: The “Your Orders” list - we should be able to filter the list to see “not yet delivered”. You have “not yet shipped” but it would be more useful to see everything that hasn’t been delivered yet.

Never get things on time or at my address. I give up. I wish I could give a negative number. Amazon just isn’t good anymore. Always late, and the drivers NEVER follow my delivery instructions due to not checking the correct address location. And customer service is a joke. I’ll never waste my money on over priced things that lie about getting it in 2 days or same day and delivered to the wrong address.

Amazon has gone down hill BIG TIME. Amazon customer service at this point is TRASH. it is SO hard to get ahold of somebody on the chat and then they don’t speak english naturally or they’re helping 6 people at a time so they are NOT helpful. They don’t allow pickups on orders under $150 EVEN IF THEY sent you the wrong item OR the seller falsely advertised — you have to make up for THEIR mistake and go out of your way to bring it back somewhere wasting gas money so you as the consumer are the only person getting screwed. ON TOP OF THAT they now charge for whole foods orders and its $10 + a tip which makes any order an addition $15 or MORE! There’s just so many things wrong with amazon at this point and i really digest and despise them now and I am 100% cancelling amazon prime. what a waste of money you get sent the wrong and then HAVE TO PAY TO SEND IT BACK?!!?! absolutely ridiculous. On top of that!! AMAZON started blocking reviews on the item so i cannot let people know that it is the wrong item and not as described!!!!! ridiculous!!!! NOT TO EVEN MENTION I’ve had between 7-9 LATE OR LOST deliveries in the last 3 MONTHS ALONE!!!!!! And they do absolutely nothing about this. Such a freaking waste of time and money shopping on Amazon save yourself the headache and shop in person somewhere else!!! Not to mention half the things on here you get charged 6x the price for something that belongs at the dollar tree.

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE BAD DELIVERY SERVICE. The costumer service is bad they said delivered my package and NO PHOTO, is missed and now their don’t know what happened, I’m wrong because theirs can’t understand what happened, this is the 3rd time in less than a month that they did delivered in another place, las two packages the photo it was in another place not in my door.

iPad. The iPad app makes getting to pharmacy all but impossible why can’t it be more like phone edition

Lists Update. The app updated semi-recently and now when you go to your “lists” it shows you all the items in ALL of your lists all together. To see your things sectioned out, you have to side-scroll past all your lists to “see all” to get to the old version where the lists were separated. It’s very annoying when you have a bunch of different lists.

Garbage customer service. I am trying to change my phone number on amazon but when I try to sign in it tells me I have to sign in with the old number that I don’t have. Even when I try to go to customer service it does not have any option for a solution to my problem.

Poor delivery and app. Poor Delivery and very hard to get in contact with anyone. They left the packages on the street footpath outside a shop. Door was only 1m away. Very lazy drivers. Will go back to other suppliers. See on CCTV driver with out any care chuck parcel outside shop and then someone walking past picks it up. You can’t even chase up a missing parcel that says delivered. You can’t contact anyone all it dose is send you massages saying they can’t help at the moment. I’ve tried for a few days. Wast of time.

Absolutely disgraceful service experience. Ordered 3 Advent Calendars during a presale. 2 arrived the 3rd there is no sign of. 3 times contacting Amazon and zero care or bother about the issues with shipping they caused. 2 months later I'm still waiting Service levels are now at their lowest since launching in Australia in 2017 - very clear cost cutting is turning into the main focus over the customer

Thief. They stole my gift card. I was using the app, buying stuff from my gift card, suddenly it crashed and after a long call with them, they finally be able to fix it, and after logging back in, my recent purchases from the gift card and the gift card itself is gone. I tried calling them again and after 48 minutes they just hung up, not giving my gift card….

Can’t access my orders. Suddenly I can’t access my orders after turning on Face ID. It verifies my face three times and then returns me to the same page.

No ability to remove subscription. It is so frustrating when services advertise that you can try something but you are not able to easily cancel the subscription when you want.

Use eBay or other services.. My orders are constantly vanishing from ‘My orders’ tab. After each purchase I screenshot everything as a receipt. Money has been taken from my account as a reference to but yet my orders keep vanishing from the list and I’m unable to track and still haven’t received my product. Sort your app out! You’re literally a billion dollar company.

Instant pot purchase. Be careful with your purchase, I just notice the instant pot I purchased last month is not in my history which means it is so difficult for any warranty or exchange. I had my bank transaction ID which apparently it is not good enough.

Awful update. Latest update is horrible. I used to use the app because it was better than browsing online. The app had things like filters showing items that were available next day/2 days so I could find things I needed in a hurry instead of clicking into 200 items to find something I’d get in time. The listed items were also just “easier” to see. Now the app just matches the online experience. That was probably the goal but it’s a downgrade not an upgrade! Hopeful they get more feedback like this and put the features back in!

NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Absolutely no help from customer service. No way to chat to them. Both numbers listed on website are disconnected. There is no response from their customer service email. And I cannot live chat with them as I can’t access my account due to a number change. But I also can’t speak to anyone about getting it sorted because Amazons customer service here in Australia is non existent. DO BETTER AND MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS TO GET HELP!

Difficult to use, poor customer service. An order of mine recently didn’t arrive. When tracking the package (which is 1.5weeks late and counting), Amazon says “we’re very sorry that your delivery is so late. Although it may still arrive, you can request a refund now”. To do so, Amazon star I need to download the app, which I’ve now done. Now everytime I try and get connected to customer support for help, it takes me to a blank screen. I don’t have time in my day to await a call from Amazon customer service. I pay for prime and this has been nothing but a headache

Customer Service blank page. For the past six months, I get a blank page when I try to contact customer service. I’ve seen other people mention this too. There is no way to report the bug to Amazon. It is so frustrating to not be able to have a voice.

Latest update has changed to America. The latest update has changed my language to America even though in settings its still set on Australia. Bug again have disappeared in the app. My saved shopping list has disappeared. Fix this issue.

Search results are awful. Every single search is full of other products that I am not interested in. Give me the results I am looking for not the rest of the junk you get kickbacks for! Absolutely fantastic. I am a pensioner so $$ are very important. Amazon is worth every cent of the annual fee! Amazon Prime is great. Items are well priced. Zero postage. It would be a very rare thing they didn’t sell. Had to return something because I didn’t like it. No questions. Sent a return label. Took it to the post office & within an hour of it being registered for return the $$ were refunded. Do I have anything negative to say - nothing. I’ve loved Amazon for years & Amazon Australia has the same high standards. Yes I’m a real person & no I’m not paid for this!!! Love Amazon.

Hate Amazon. Customer staff are rude, I hate how on a Saturday you have to wait from 9am till 9pm for a delivery… Then they expect you to do a One time password to accept your delivery and it’s turning into a joke.

Didn’t receive international order. It’s been two months since I ordered an item from overseas. They claimed they attempted to deliver but failed and never attempted again. Worst thing is the app doesn’t have option to get help about situation like this. There is not even option to track the item. What a waste of time!!

Never Again. An Amazon seller shipped my order to a previous address and I have spent hours going back and forth between Amazon customer service and the courier company to organise a very simple redelivery. My app and phone are up to date but the chat function loads a blank white screen, the call function does not work and they do not respond to emails. The most recent correspondence advised that they could not find my order details. Unfortunately, they use the company ‘Couriers Please’ where I live (Perth, Western Australia) who are beyond useless (1 star on google reviews speaks for itself). Both companies advise a collection location for me and to take valid ID. HOW do I do this when I have moved and updated my ID? Collecting a parcel for an address I do not live at, even if it is in my name, is illegal. I will never shop with Amazon again. It is not worth the hassle.

AMAZON fraudulently take your money. I am in the process of deleting this app. For the third time Amazon is taking money fraudulently from my debit card. EVERYONE SHOULD CHECK THEIR BANK ACCOUNTS FOR ANY PRIME DEBITS.

Over protection on partners. I bought a Google nest thermostat 3rd generation on Black Friday. They sent the cheapest version which I found out only by chance. Is this was an mistake??? They offered reimburse the money, instead of replacing the bad item for the new, implying efforts from my side and economic burdens (even though the Black Friday deal was in place I couldn’t use the gift card I had because I had to wait for reimbursing, and if I wait could lose the deal). The worst part of all is that Amazon didn’t accept my review, protecting Google.

Make it easier to access app notifications, permissions, and “manage data storage”. I received unwanted app notifications and wanted to turn them off. I thought I could find them by touching the 2nd icon starting from the bottom left, then touch the word “Your Account”, and the find it under the banner “App Preferences”. Instead, I had to touch the 4th icon, scroll down, touch the word “settings” to expand the list, and then touch the word “notifications”. Please move that, as well as “permissions” and “manage data storage” sections, into the banner “App Preferences” to make it easier. They are clearly meant to be under that banner. You should also delete that “Rate Our App” shortcut. It’s truly useless.

No help. The customer service was no good they lost a customer in me I was charged twice in the same month for my subscription then the representative I was speaking to and try to solve the issue tried to turn it into blaming my family members for using my card basically saying I had two accounts going which was totally insane of her when I gave her full access to my account transaction history as well she could see everything she was so difficult and a bit rude to deal with all I wanted was to figure out why they were tryna charge me twice for one month!

DO NOT INSTALL VERSON 21.21.0. The update killed off all my data including deliveries today and wish lists. Had to uninstall and reinstall several times before I could access when my delivery was coming. Skip this version. Was able to access my data on previous older versions on other devices. Your data may vanish after updating to this version until reinstalled several times. No way to contact developer about this bug.

Easy to navigate, safe buying experiences. I love this app because it’s so user friendly. I can easily read about the products, the search engine works great and I almost always find what I’m looking for. One thing I would appreciate is if ALL my past purchases were easy to find by scrolling down the list (I find it mainly lists recent purchases). I often find myself a year later, looking for “another pack of those socks” or what have you.

Amazon Scam. Amazon is a scam or just not good for use anymore, they locked my account when I try to buy stuff. Plus they take your money for prime L Amazon and L representatives.

Delivery of my orders. Almost always have issues with them delivering to my address. It’s a rural address and only wished somewhere I could give them specific directions so it would eliminate failed deliveries. I’m still waiting after failed attempts for something. Beginning to wish I never ordered in first place.

Amazon’s customer service is scam. I purchased a bed frame from Amazon which was not good. Wanted to return, they asked to return my own expense and later they’d provide refund for that. I did as per instructions with over $100 in return expenses and then now they denying the refund for that.

Leave the wish lists alone!!!. When you click on lists it should go to your lists not a page full of advertisements that I didn’t ask for lists means lists what is so freaking complicated about that!!!!!!! Bring back the list page on one click!!!!!!! Garbage!

Sweaters. I prefer to shop Amazon than anywhere else. I can get very unique items that I can’t find anywhere else. I don’t have to drive somewhere else to do my shopping. Like the sales Amazon puts on their products, makes a big difference when shopping

Privacy. Why so much data collected?

Time to cancel Prime. I’ve had Amazon prime for the last 8 years and it has just gotten worse if a business doesn’t offer refunds and they don’t deliver there’s nothing you can do. A package offers two day shipping then how does it take a week to get here. I’ve lost my patience with them

Bad service. The worst experience ever with Amazon. The products are of poor quality and sometimes arrive broken or have expired

So many better alternatives. I know you know why I am here. My review is simply that this app is not worth the convenience you think you get from it. It does more environmental and socioeconomic harm than good. And as consumers we really shouldn’t endorse unabashed monopolies.

Amazon supports genocide.. I have been a prime member since long time but now I have cancelled my membership because the ceo of amazon supports Genocide happening in Palestine.

So convenient!. As a mom to a 2 year old toddler and a 6 month old baby, shopping on Amazon has been a life saver especially for the holidays. Loading up two kids, driving, parking unloading, browsing the stores with different nap schedules and temperaments makes it near impossible and to be honest down right frustrating. Amazon has made shopping for holidays possible in my time of life. Anything you need you can pretty much find. Plus it’s always fast shipping. Thanks Amazon

Extremely buggy. Crashes or reloads the page all the time, forcing you to lose your browsing progress.

App is broken. After doing a search list of items shows up. Unable to select any of the listed items, even add to the cart button does not work. At this point the up is unusable.

Daily Ads are annoying. Jeff Bazos literally on his knees begging for change on the daily through the Amazon app. Uninstalling it to get away from the daily ads the app is pushing… feels like Malware now.

The app. Every time I buy or my boyfriend buys from Amazon we never have to return what we bought and it’s always what we want. There has never been a problem before buying from Amazon

Freezing. App has been freezing recently. Unable to click on items after a search.

Delivery. They took too much time and wasn’t delivered on the date they specified plus had to wait 3 4days more!
