Bad update to app March 2023. I normally think ordering through the app is easy, but today I updated my app prior to my order. I see a few minor changes, however when I scroll up & down looking for certain items it’s as if it’s glitching & items don’t scroll as they should. It bypasses items before I can click on them, it shows items quickly & those I already scrolled through, or they just blink. It was so frustrating!! It’s not so bad under “my items” but I intentionally tried to avoid looking/scrolling through other items. Please fix the glitch!!

Just awesome. So I run a mobile car wash and sometimes I’m not able to find the products on the shelf because someone else has bought them. However with the Walmart app I can order straight from Walmart itself and have the products delivered to my door step. This is a game changer for me because so of the products Walmart sell are must haves!!

Walmart and Amazon - my favorites!. I have started to check Walmart first when I buy something because oftentime Walmart has a better deal. When free shipping is offered, all the better.

Lewisville Walmart auto care center. One of the best Walmart service centers in the area. I have two Walmart within 10 minutes from home but always choose to come get my services done here at Walmart Lewisville. The staff is professional. 👍

So hard to use. Not intuitive, no sorting options, can’t browse. When trying to do grocery orders it’s about worthless unless you know exactly what you’re looking for already. What we need is an app specifically for grocery shopping that can provide an idle by isle virtual shopping experience. Maybe call it “Walmart grocery” app. Sound familiar? That’s exactly what they had and it worked great. Where did it go? Bring it back…

Very pleased. I love Walmart+ and having our groceries delivered. It’s effortless. We usually get exactly what we want and rarely have to go into the store. The app is (mostly) easy to navigate with a few bugs here and there. My only recommendation is that Walmart+ allow its members to upgrade to the ad-free version on Paramount+. I suspect that’s coming soon. We like the streaming service but hate the commercials.

Bank Debit card. The system would not take my debit card. The error notice said insufficient funds; however, I have more than enough money in my checking account to cover my order.

Canceled order. Wired on grocery list for an hour just to have my order canceled twice. Very aggeevao

Love the app. Very useful app, I don’t use credit card anymore, only Walmart pay, very easy to use.

Tip issue. Have repeated reported the custom tip doesn’t work and I have to edit and call in each time. This is ridiculous and looks like you are hoping customers won’t notice and you can push the tip through you choose. If you are not going to respond to these issues why bother with customer service?

Free pickup not free. I placed an order for 40.00 and when I went to get it several things were not in stock . The price of the items were deducted and it fell below $35 and $8 pick up fee was added . It wasn’t my fault they were out of stock AFTER I ordered. Before I ordered it showed in stock. Anyway I ended up paying for pick up which was what I was trying to avoid. The couple things that I ended up with I could have gone in and got myself. Just saying…. Not alway free when they say it will be

Widget. Fix the widget. No longer works

Mother life. Loved and very uncomfortable for me because I don’t have time .

Cluttered mess. I’m a plus member and it’s impossible to easily find the discount code for Murphy gas, thanks to all the ads for useless stuff I have no interest in cluttering up the app.

No respect for privacy. The app forces you to give them a mobile number to place an order.

Short sleeve pajamas. The selection was great and the price was just what I wanted the checkout was fast and easy I always look forward to shopping online

Great satisfaction. I Been an Walmart member for about 2 years going on 3years.I Greatly appreciate there Business.

Walmart online is way to go. I’m fortunate enough to have a Walmart in my little town but it is a very frustrating store to shop at. Lacks everything especially customer service. I don’t visit the store ever! I only shop online & have ZERO complaints.

Shipped by date. Would like to see the “ship by” date PRIOR to placing order.

Search includes irrelevant items. Search engine is not intelligent enough.

Grocery order. My last order was on time and perfect

Very good, excellent improvement. This rating is more towards the delivery service. Love it now, way better than anything I have used and much cheaper, I love this service so much. Thank you wal mart for helping so much, this service has helped me and my family as well. I resigned up about a month ago and it’s been great. No issues, keep up the great work.

Great storage solution. I received my cube components very quickly and assembled everything with ease. The cube storage system looks great in my art studio. All of these components were very affordable and they are fun to set up.

Delivery order gone wrong. I ordered a bottle of conditioner They sent me a bottle of shampoo I didn’t notice until I was in the shower Any way to correct this item? I shop with you at least twice a week so I’m hoping that you’ll take care of this problem thank you, Joanne Mazzoni

W+ = W-. Walmarts W+ is severely lacking because of its delivery service. Even if you explicitly state and check that you do not want substitutes you will receive substitutes. Much more often than not the substitutes will have little relation to what was actually ordered and cost much more than the item actually ordered. This has happened to me over and over again until I no longer use the delivery service. You also are expects to tip the deliverer even though you have already paid for the service to have it delivered. I once left instructions to leave item by my back gate and the deliverer left packages upstairs on second story balcony next to a sliding glass door and completely visible from the street. Why? I have no idea but that was it for me. W plus is W minus.

Walmart. Worst app ever .. associates are not well trained to assist when a customer uses the scan and go feature.. the scan and go is not what it says, you still have to join a queue, it defeats the whole purpose of efficiency. Payment processing doesn’t work, for $90 a year W+ it isn’t worth it.

Simple!. Locating and ordering items is straightforward. Options for pick up or delivery are a bonus.

NO ONE WANTS TO USE WALMART PAY ADD APPLE PAY. Add Apple Pay no one in the world wants to use Walmart pay and I don’t have time to sit there and add a card while there’s people behind me in line when I have all my stuff already on my phone

I love using the Walmart app. Its very user friendly and they make everything simple. No complaints from me. 😎👍🏾

Tip. You should have a button that jars you choose a tip

Ridiculous prices on some items. I use the app quit a bit but when I’m searching for things I’m after you need to remove some of the items that are ridiculously priced a box of instant grits with 12 packs was priced at 35.99 which is insane and I’ve noticed that some items are overpriced as well

As Usual Big Company Makes Useless App. Can’t update card information? Absolutely horrible app by a ghetto company.

Useless. Why enroll in scan and go if you still have to wait on crazy long lines before you can go. There are no specific scan and go isles… TERRIBLE!!!

Customer service for pick up. Raymond is always very fast and efficient. He’s polite and makes sure your order is packed safely in your car.

So convenient!!!. Helps me so much! Arthritis makes it difficult to shop at any Walmart. Pick up makes it possible.

What’s the benefit?. If efficiency is the goal, I’ve set up my app to scan as I go, but I still have to stand in a self check-out line to leave then, what’s the benefit? If you flip around one of the self checkout machines and designate that sole machine to WalMart Plus members who have pre-scanned and paid, THAT would show the benefit of being a WalMart Plus member and using the app in the store. This would only require signage and a designated machine, I guarantee the use of the app and efficiency would rise! As well as added benefit to direct correlation of positive publicity! Try it!

Cust svc. Where on the app do I reach someone about my order not being delivered..no response since after I’ve inquired twice on the “ give feedback” button. I find nowhere for a “ missed order” to inquire.
