awesome quick read ... if you want. great book! blew through the first 100 pages, book drug me right in ... then it hit me that there were only 200 pages left so I read 5-10 pages a day until the end just so it would last. What a life story Ozzy's is, he's not what you'd expect if all you know about him is what the media made him out to be over his Rock n Roll days...must read for anyone, even if you are like me and wasn't a fan of his music ... at least I didn't thick I was until I started reading his book and listening to his music and realizing songs I loved growing up were Ozzy.

Very Entertaining Book. I found this book to be quite entertaining. It made me laugh out loud so many times that people must have thought I was nuts. In typical Ozzy fashion, this book does not disappoint. I highly recommend this book to anybody who wants to have a good laugh. Whether you are an Ozzy fan or not I'm sure you will enjoy this book. I Am Ozzy. Thesis exactly why I had to hide my Ozzy tapes in other tape cases like Simon and Garfunkel or Sandy Patty. - so my Dad wouldn't see it and throw it away!!!!!!

Funny, Honest, Touching, Brilliant. This book creates a clear sense of Ozzy as very human, fallible individual who embraces his fallibility in a way that it very admirable and unique. His life story eclipses all the amazing music he has been a part of for half a decade.

Photos?. Good book, but why are the photos from the paper edition not included in this e-book? Are pictures not important in a biography?

Review. This book is most defiantly The Diary of a Mad Man!

Where are the photos?. First...this has to be my favorite memior to date. I laughed out loud quite a few times. My only beef is the lack of photos which I know exist in the printed version so why not in the ebook version? I give a five star for the story but a one star for the bait and switch.

Great read!. This was the first paid book I read on my iPad and I had trouble putting it down! I've been a fan of Black Sabbath and Ozzy's musical careers for quite awhile now, and this book had me listening to their discographies all over again! Very humorous read and interesting look at addiction!

You have to get this!. I picked it up and from page one you get to know Ozzy. Page after page of pure Ozzy and if you grew up listening to him you need to own this book. A must have for anyone who loves his music.

What a great read.. This was so much fun to read. I love the way that Ozz describes things and his sense of humor is untouchable. The book mostly covers his life with Sabbath and the early years and very little about the crappy show that even Ozz himself hated. All those old stories and he, Tony, Bill and Geezer back then are priceless. He also talks lots about his childhood and growing up the way he did. If you are a fan this book is required reading, if you aren't then you will still enjoy it.

Phenomenal. The book confirms how great a person Ozzy really is and what he went through from a blue collar town in England to the Prince of Darkness. His stories are second to none, hilarious, and meaningful as I feel like I know him. I would have loved to meet him down the pub.

This is an addict's story with a happy ending.. What a great storyteller Mr. Osbourne is! And what a great lifesaver Mrs. Osbourne is! I loved reading this book, never a dull moment.

Not an Ozzy Fan. Never was much into this kind of music and only caught a few shows of the Osborne’s but enjoyed reading his life story. Honest, sad and kept me wanting to finish reading it. Well done.

Great Book!. I really enjoyed this read. While It is a well written funny and sad look at the life of a great man and musician, it also chronicles the extreme daily battles Ozzy has had with the disease of alcoholism and addiction. I highly recommend it!

I am Ozzy. A great read. I started reading it and always wanted to come back to it every chance I got. Not too many books can do that for me but I am Ozzy did. It's a life story of survival and love. The love Sharon has for Ozzy and he has for her, is why he's alive today. Good for them ! Long may they both live !

Very funny, very entertaining, great story!. Ozzy is one very funny guy! If you read this book with his voice in your head it is absolutely hilarious. He is also one lucky SOB. How he survived that incredible abuse of drugs and alcohol is a medical miracle! Throughout his life, everything just seemed to land in his lap! Black Sabbath, Randy Rhoads, his wife Sharon, his TV show "The Osbournes"...everything just worked out! This is a great story of rock n roll, luck, perseverance, more luck, self-abuse, and yet more luck...all told in great detail, honesty, and humor. It really explains a lot. I've loved Ozzy's music since high school so reading this just explained everything that was really going on behind those classic albums. I recommend it to all Ozzy fans...and to non-fans who just love a good, non-fiction life story. Rock on, Oz!

Priceless!. Ozzy's book clarified all the stories I had heard about him over the years and I even found out about some stories that I never of before. Entertaining at its best. I had no expepctations when I started reading this book but it is now my go-to book when I need a laugh! The writing is not the best but the stories makes up for it. I highly recommend the book for its entertainment factor, whether you arr a fan or not!

Outstanding. Funny, poignant, honest. Written exactly like you would expect Ozzy to tell his story. Been a fan since the mid-70's, and it's great to see all the stuff you heard about in snippets over the years put into one book. Great read.

Best Rockography Ever. The only books I really read these days are Rock n' Roll bios and I have to say this is the best I've ever read! I had more LOL moments than I've had in a long time from any book and Black Sabbath is one of my all-time favorite bands, so I loved hearing the stories of their humble (and booze/drug induced) beginnings and following Ozzy through the making of their albums. For a couple of weeks, it was great to live vicariously through this living legend metal God!! OZZY RULES!!

Look out he's STILL ALIVE. When I finally broke down and bought this book, which by the way means I must really want to read about the subject, anyways I think all who read this book have to really appreciate Ozzy, Sharon and their family for been so open and honest about their lives. This book is amazing and I won't be surprised if it doesn't become a must read in A.A.
