I wish I hadn’t read “Cheating for the Chicken Man! 😢. Cheating for the Chicken Man was in my school library. Intrigued by the cover, I checked it out. It was soo good! But anyway, I’m reading the reviews, and apparently CftCM are spoilers😢

Steven Garcia. This is one of the greatest books you can ever read. Most authors start from the beginning of the story but this author started from the end of the story. One thing that stood out to me in this book was called the author put the characters together in one place.

Meh. I'm 14 and I'm at chapter nine as of now. The book was good earlier but I just don't see the point in reading the book anymore.

Such a beautifully told story. What a powerful story. I read this with my daughter for a middle school summer reading assignment, and I just could not put this book down.

Just Amazing. This book is just fabulous! This book was the first purchase I made on my iPad and the only reason I did that was because I needed it for school. This book was very well written and well organized. I even cried at the end. It had suspense, emotions, and everything else that a good book needs! Five Stars!!! :)

Great book!!!!!. I don't like to read so I find most books boring. I too thought this book was quite boring at first, but then I read beyond the first one and a half chapters and then the book started to get interesting. Throughout the rest of the book I found that I just wanted to keep reading to figure out what would happen next. I found this book to be quite entertaining and suspenseful. It is no James Bond book or anything like that, but, over all, I think that the Red Kayak is a great read for young teens. Hope this helped you:)

Captivating and lots more to it. It was captivating because when digger (A.K.A Michael) drilled holes in the kayak. I was like “wow”. It was sad when Ben died and everything else seemed really crappy it actually made me look back at my life and wish I could have done better. Sometimes I wondered what if I did this differently would it have changed like Brady in the beginning. I wonder what will happen next and how digger plus J.T are doing. I recommend it for almost everyone who doesn’t like to read and does.❤️❤️❤️

A brilliant and kind author. I have had the pleasure of meeting the author of this book on numerous occasions. She is no short of what you would expect from a brilliant author inspired by her own backyard. Red kayak is one of her best books, and yet not all of them are listed. I love her works and is always interested by her writing style. Worth every nickel!
