Great but.... I love Netflix. They have shows for everyone! I do agree with some people that they need a teen section bu they also get rid of so many shows. I had just started watching puss and boots a couple months ago. I loved it! Then Netflix had to get rid of it. I thought "ok maybe it's for copywrite reasons or it didn't get good reviews" but now this is becoming a trend. I'm a very big Swiftie and as som people know, Netflix has Miss Americana and the Reputation Stadium Tour. I was so grateful when I found out they had them. Then when I found out the Rep tour is leaving I was really upset. It had to of had good reviews! All the Swifties probably loves it like me. I still don't understand why Netflix gets rid of things. If anyone knows why I would love to hear. Overall Netflix is great.

I have tried restarting my iPad and it’s hit or miss that it’ll work. Then push the OK button to try later. Later comes and the same happens. Please fix this!! Thank you.

Fix tv streaming. This review is based on the app on my Roku tv. App works great on my phone, but on my tv, it cuts off and closes the app all together after a minute or two of play. It does the same thing when I try to cast from my phone. It’s not my tv or my connection, because Netflix is the ONLY app that gives me problems. If you’re going to keep raising prices, at least make sure people can actually use the app.

I changed the password to the same password I used to register it, I was told I can’t use the former password. Household means one purchaser by family not by house. Tv used to be so much cheaper. Netflix increased prices and cut so many shows after one season and then the stuff they do make isn’t even that good. Greedy trash. Last I checked - which was about 5 years ago, Netflix was making well over $1 billion a month. That’s billion with a B and yes that was every month. Now I have to jump through hoops to watch the app at a friend or family members house. Or when I’m on a trip. All because that wasn’t enough money for them? They really felt cheated somehow? Btw, I assume that revenue number doubled or tripled during Covid which makes what they’ve done extra gross. The greed of these folks is of comic book villain proportions. Seriously, punish your loyal customers by making it seem like we’re all scum and invading our privacy by accessing our IP addresses? How is that even legal? How bout stop spending millions on terrible shows and movies that no one watches!!! I was one of the people that stayed with them when they stopped renting hard copies of movies. They were basically about to go under at that point. I also stayed with them when they cut that service but still raised their price. *Actually writing this down is making me kinda hate myself* I see now that I was part of the problem by trying to be loyal and support a new technology. What a moron… But I digress… Anyways, the only thing worth watching on there is Stranger Things and I’ll wait until they release all the episodes of the last season and then watch them all in one day using a free trial. “My List” doesn’t work. What is the point of having “My List” when shows that I save don’t appear there? I use the iPhone app to search for and save shows/movies. Then I access Netflix on my Visio Smart TV. It works fine with Amazon Prime to select and save a watch list on the iPhone app, then access via TV. It doesn’t work with Netflix. Bummer.

Latest update wiped clean downloads. Before going on a long flight I downloaded a number of movies and shows for my kid to watch. Then somehow the app was updated and all the downloads were lost. Only found this out after we were already on the trip. Highly disappointed!

it wont let me sign back in.. i tried to search up a show that i’ve already watched and it said it wasn’t available… even though it was available yesterday. when i signed out and tried to sign back in it didn’t let me. i haven’t changed anything with my email or password so i don’t know what it is. it says that i am signed in on the website but i can’t on the app.

Disappointing. What direction is Netflix going?? I was disappointed a few years ago when they aloud a French Film “Cuties” be aired, clearly the directors point in this movie was not appropriate for American viewers. As our laws and values may be different. BUT NOW you have Ads!!! And more un-American movies then you do English! Their lifts don’t match up and they’re LOW BUDGET FILMS! Get it together. Not worth it. I am paying for the premium each month, so my family could all watch it but with this new share policy my oldest is unable to watch. Wouldn’t get it, isn’t worth the hassle. Why is it in Spanish?. Perfectly fine app. It’s just Netflix on your phone, there isn’t much else to say. You can download shows to watch on the go but that’s about the only difference to the browser version. The reason I’m not giving it 5 is that the app keeps glitching and putting itself in Spanish for no reason. My phone’s language has never been changed and to be honest I can’t even find the settings for language within the app. I’m not even sure these settings exist. If the devs could fix this bug, that would be amazing, because I’d rather not have to browse the app in a language I’m not familiar with.

Keeps starting me 3 episodes back or at wrong position. For about 3 weeks now the app has been glitching like mad. Whenever I go off it after watching to a certain point eg say I watch up to episode 5 in a season. The next time I load the app and click play on the same show, it’s 3 episodes behind or in a completely random place and I end up having to manually skip episodes or find where I was actually up to. Becoming unbearable. My app is up to date and nothing seems to fix it.

Good But. I downloaded this app and I liked it but I can’t put so many downloads:( and it became basic and boring:/ so I don’t know what to say about it …I liked it before but I got bored when time passed. Had nothing but problems over 6 months constant phone calls had to change email address three times constantly changing pass words had to introduce a pin says it can’t stream a movie checks the internet connection and says it’s very fast and ok tells me to turn off tv then when that doesn’t work says turn router on and off when that doesn’t work no more options have spent endless hours on the phone and currently waited over an hour no answer worst company I have ever dealt with

Very buggy. Ignores play/pause button, lip sync issues, degraded picture quality forgets place in programmes or films. Seems to get worse with every release, as though releases aren’t tested.

Failed when needed most. So I came home on a Monday night after an eventful dinner with my girlfriend. We were looking to watch selling Sunset as a way to wrap up our day. Netflix Has always been reliable yet when we needed it the most it let us down. Apple tv Netflix 4k content on 1080 LG hd tv is blurry. Using apple tv Netflix app, 4k content on 1080 lg hd tv is blurry , which is known issue and this has been raised since couple years ago and Netflix still not fixed that issue. Fun and accessible but a suggestion. Hey I love Netflix especially all the shows I can watch. I am happy it has cc and ad on most things for I now a partially sighted person. But I also think it was a bit crazy that you guys took of Divergent and Insurgent (directed by Neil burger and the first two films of the divergent series) but then left the last divergent film allegiant on there so if it is not much trouble please add it back.

No much sense. The app works okay, what doesn’t make much sense is the when I download a show to watch when i dont have connection, the app don’t let me access my downloads because in not connected to the internet. Also, when im trying to download something and the device goes dormant or dark, the app restarts the process every time making me keep the device on the downloading screen, on, for the whole lengt of the process. I really wonder if its intentional because if it is, this only pushes me away from this service

Good. Netflix has a lot of great movies but I have seen most of them and I am 9 soo it is ver easy to get bored on it 🙃

Too many ads on the basic account per episode. It has okay selection of movies and shows but the basic account at least had 8 ads roughly per episode. If you’re patient and willing to put up with it- go ahead but other providers like YouTube, Stan, paramount and Disney plus don’t appear to have ads for the basic account.

Uses illegal screen area. Add black bars. Don’t use the Dynamic Island.

Not loading. My network is great, and I’ve restarted my phone and devices many times, but Netflix still doesn’t seem to ‘play the title’.

Glitch. Netflix is usually quite good, there’s good shows good movies, no ads. Until recently I was in the middle of a series and now it’s not letting me watch the movie I wanted. I tried watching it. On other accounts, I tried deleting the app and restarting my phone, my payments are up-to-date, but it’s just not letting me watch anything. I don’t know what’s wrong. Not sure whether I should delete the app or wait until the glitch gets fixed, i usually like watching Netflix but we will see what happens

Useless app that over charges for mediocre content.. Pay my minimal subscription because there is a total of 1 show that I would like to watch, only to be told my device isn’t supported because it can’t play ads. So I’m paying a service that I can’t access because my device isn’t up to date. What. A. Joke. So now I either have to go out of my way to purchase a new device, or upgrade my Netflix plan (+ $10 a month) JUST to use the service. Just going to get rid of both and go back to digital free tv. Poor support. It’s got some good films & series. But there is no communication & I suddenly found myself unable to access it. My TV, which I used to watch it yesterday, was now ‘not connected to my Wi-Fi’!!! Their phone support was unhelpful, vague & talked down to me. I had to do multiple things to get it to work & felt at times I was going around in circles. Eventually worked it out but was left stressed out. Poor form Netflix.

Pushing Games on us. Home page wasted with lots of mobile games previews. Miss the relevant previous like my list or recently watched list on the bottom of the home screen.

Fix this issue. Please could you stop “Taking over” my music when I open/use the app? I want to listen to music and browse shows I want to watch at the same time - it makes me leave the app and look in other streaming apps to see what they have, while I search for something to watch. I don’t want to sit in silence while I browse. Please fix this issue

Good shows are leaving. The good shows and movies are always taken out of netflix and they always add ones that no one watches. I don’t get why they need to remove actually good shows and movies off of here i’m really disappointed.

Privacy issues. I’ve with Netflix since around 2015. I’ve been using eero mesh wifi system since 2019 without any problems, until Netflix last update. Speaking with them and going through every thing possible including the demanding that I disconnect my vpn and other protection in order for me to watch Netflix. That did no work. They them had the balls to say I’m using a private network and it maybe causing the problem. I found the answer but they did not want to listen. Netflix is using devices in my house to project onto my tv. As I only have VPN on a few devices I own and being turned off the problem persist. It’s just a projection issue Instead of connecting to the device I was watching they’re seeking out other devices , for what reason I don’t know. But I can take a guess. The more devices the can connect to the more personal info they can gather to sell to ad companies. My opinion.

New update. New update doesn’t work on iPad. I erased the old version of Netflix and can’t download the application of Netflix anymore

Everything good comes to an end. Netflix, Netflix, Netflix. You were great for a long time, but I gotta say, whoever is running the show now…get it together. I am a broke university student who lives away from home and just wants to watch a TV show every once and while. I am unable to now that you only let customers use their “family” account in one household. I will not be purchasing my own account and would rather use any other streaming service.

Financing Their Ideology. Canadas Netflix has gone down the rabbit hole with no signs of return. almost every Netflix show is heavily influenced by politics or toxic shallow characters. I moved to HBO(Crave) I can easily notice the dramatic shift in quality of content & delivery.

Going downhill. This app is really losing my interest. They’re 1 more subtitled movie away from me cancelling my more than a decade long subscription. For the price for what you get is not worth it to me anymore. There are just so many subscription services, I really need to weigh my options.

Poor playback quality. Despite paying for the premium service, the pixelated playback on my HD TV with Apple TV is disappointing. All other streaming services have perfect HD+ playback. Nothing I can do will make Netflix better on the big screen.

Netflix is a scam.. Netflix has become a joke. The ceo’s are greedy pos. My tv that’s been in the same household has the same address wifi and everything as every other device in this house since I got it (close to ten years ago) is not being considered in the same household anymore. When trying to set it up it’s telling me I’m on the wrong wifi even though there’s only one connection in the house. I’m expected to pay more to use it in my own home. all a scam. Don’t use this streaming platform.
