What a wonderful introduction to the book. I though I was downloading the whole book... But what a beautiful introduction this was. The author writes with such a beautiful flow. Before finishing this sample, I wanted to read all of his writings. Such insight, such beauty, this is transforming. I want to buy copies of the actual book to give to others, it is so good.

Don't waste YOUR time. Utter rubbish. If you think you have been helped by this book after reading it, then you need real help. Wishy-washy & poorly written. In summary it says "Live in the now!" but takes a hellishly long time to do so. Even for free this is poor.

Manual for Living. This is my first reading of an ebook and already I'm hooked on the format. The range of freebie books is great and I enjoyed Maual for Living. It seems to echo some of the words of Eckart Tolle in his book The Power of Now. If you are on a journey to discover your purpose as we are then this provides food for thought. Testament to that is evident in that I saw this through right to the end. One section in particular stood out for me and that was where the author set out a series of thoughts for living. Very interesting.
