Favorite!!. Absolutely incredible!! One of his finest!

Amazing. This book is amazing. It was a bit of a slow read, but the pace is well worth the the time. This book is full of king's enthralling horror and fantasy. The climax is where it needs to be, and the way the story is written emulates how the main character feels about the things around her. If you haven't experienced this bool yet I think you should.

Hauntingly Romantic. I’m not going to lie— the first 60 pages or so I kept thinking “come on King, get to the point, where’s the story...” but I was not disappointed for one moment. Most love stories are about “falling in love,” passionate and new, but this is a love story about true love— the kind that surpasses death. It is a tragically beautiful and horrifying story that will change the way you think of romance novels. I recommend staying with it through the first 100 pages, because King delivers a story of love and the lengths it will carry a person, even after death.

One of his very best. One of my all time favorites of King’s. The twisted parallel world King knows how to capture and bring you into in such a way is addicting. Love getting taken away every time I read it!

Not one of his better reads. This book was definitely not in his top 10 or even 20 (in my opinion). Just didn’t care for the story line.

Top notch read!. This was recommended to me by a friend and I have to admit, I'm surprised. I've never read a Stephen King book but after this novel, I'm sold. It's perfect! Just when you thought love can only be experienced in life are we shown that love is alive in death! Completely brilliant!

okay. it started out so slow I had a hard time finishing it. the last third was worth it I guess.

Confused by Bx.mslyslgskg's review!. I guess I read a different version than what this reader is reviewing, because I couldn't disagree more! This book was definitely not boring, the climax was right where it should be, and was full of King's fabulous details (those details that allow those of us with a great imagination to have a great read)! I loved it!

Wonderful. This book had a great story but I thought it was also a little boring he had the ending happen very fast and there was not much detail. This book despite these flaws was a wonderful read and I think anyone that like this author should read it.

Linsey's Story. Another excellent journey into the weird and colorful realm in which Stephen King reigns. Perhaps someday, the literary world may be blessed with someone as creative and prolific, but I highly doubt it.
