Not feeling it. I like her other books but this book just didn’t do it for me. It felt very dragged out. I really didn’t feel any connection to the main character or her love interests. I actually really disliked the main character. Feel like the book has potential but didn’t deliver.

Not worth your time. The main character in this book drags everything out. I literally had to force myself to read. It was a complete let down and miserable to continue because the main character is negative and rolling in her own pity the majority of the book. If I could take this book bad I would have.

Not so good. I give 2 stars for this book just because the writing is good. Other than that, after reading Something borrowef and Something blue, it does not give any excitment. I can easily that the plot is mundaine and actually quit boring. Too cliche. But good read on a plane or to fill up a downtime.

Just ok.... Boring. Not as good as Something Borrowed series. Disappointed. Obviously has not lived in Atlanta very long!

Another great book by Emily Giffin. I have read all of her books and she is one of my favorite authors. I really enjoyed this one as I have the others. I'm looking forward to her next one.

Great book...not her best. Emily has been my favorite author from the moment I read Something Borrowed. All of Emily's characters are so easily relatable. As a newlywed myself, it was very easy to picture myself in Ellen's position, and contemplate what I would've done! While this is not Emily's best novel, it is still a great read!

Her lamest book. This is a horrible book. The worst in her series, and I have read them all. Don't bother downloading this one.

Disappointed. This is the first of her novels I decided to read, and I doubt I will read any others. Her cliched choice of an ending dropped me like a hot oil splatter on my arm. Shocking since I was really liking the book until she chose such an unbelievable and trite way to end the book. Post mortem? Shallow characters, despite some really awesome insights I loved like where her protagonist realizes all marriages probably have 2 stories---the one everyone sees and the only they keep to themselves. Oh I guess she deserves another try.

Wonderful. This book was amazing I did not know if I could love any book as much as I loved the something borrowed series. Giffin has a knack for making the reader fall in love with the characters. It was one of those books that I was sad to be done with. Very relatable, I would absolutely recommend this book.

Terrible... Don't waste your $$. Characters are unlikable, narrative is sloppy, and plot is as unoriginal. I donated this to the local library after reading only three chapters. Main character is THAT annoying.

a day in the life. you can't appreciate this book if you don't put yourself in their shoes, or more specifically, be able to relate to the story. I wholeheartedly and honestly went through this same situation, and being able to relate and reflect it through this story meant a lot.

Can't put it down!. Great read, couldn't put it down! I love all her books, they are very addicting.

Emotional roller coaster. I really enjoyed the book. I think most women can relate to many of the things that Griffith writes about, to the point where you can feel yourself inside the main character, Ellen. I wish the ending would have been a little different, more descriptive. Nut then again, there is never a perfect ending!

Expected a little more.... This book dragged and dragged... Up until the final few chapters. The storyline itself held a lot of potential but the author didn't follow through as I was hoping.

More than loved it!. So I was hesitant to buy it since there was some mixed reviews. I can understand the feeling that the main character dragged it on, but don't agree. I felt it was exploring emotions, experiences and thoughts. The book was written, as always, beautifully and was a page turner. I slowed it down since I didn't want it to end. I seriously have enjoyed all of Emily Giffin's books, except the newest, but just haven't bought it yet! They are all great and this one definitely hits the mark! The book made me frustrated, angry, sad and hopeful, then of course made me cry! I highly recommend another fabulous read by Emily Giffin. Note to author: the last line of this book was poetic!

Love the one you're with. As always in all her books, She makes you fall in love and care about what is happening in the characters lives... Such a hard book to put down once you start, and kinda sad now that I am finished, definitely a book I will read again sometime in the future!

Good read!. While not as great as the rest of her books, I enjoyed reading this one almost as much. The character development was amazing, but the plot lacked a little development. Not my favourite book by her, but still a good read.
