Incredible. This book is the strangest, funniest, craziest, most insane books I have ever read, and it's fantastic. The wrtiting is smart, suspenseful, hilarious, and interesting. It's the greatest book I have ever read.

I disliked this book at the end (beginning and middle too). This book was rubbish. I gave it two stars because it did have one or two moments, but of the 716 pages (my eyes require a big font) I found maybe 6 pages full of entertainment. Basically, I found the book to be not very funny OR scary. Rubbish!

One of the greatest horror books I have ever read.. It's funny, it's scary, it's intriguing and it's entertaining. Definitely one of the best horror books I've ever read.

Awesome book.. Take any quality that makes a book good. Throw those all into a blender with a couple of bratwursts and the resulting mush should closely resemble this book. The book lied to me a couple of times though.

Amazing. I honestly didn't know that this was a horror book until I saw the trailer for the movie, and it mentioned being a film adaptation of the horror book. In retrospect however, the book is completely horrifying. Since I read it, every time I see something move out of the corner of my eye, or think I see a shadow shift in an unnatural way, it's all I can do not to poop myself. And my distant but very detailed memories of living in Japan with my black girlfriend, even though I've never even been to Japan, are now extremely troubling, as are all the Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty games. I suddenly feel as though I see the subtle horrors of Korrok's hand in this world, and that the shadow people KNOW that I know, and that I'm in danger for being privy to this information. READ THIS BOOK. You will not be disappointed. If you are, you can punch me in the balls, Fred Durst-style.

Classic and original<3. This is by far the best book I've ever read! I had to go out and get a copy because I could read this over and over. Absolutely fantastic, please read. It's detailed and keeps you hooked page after page with laughs, surprises, and suspense. I Cannot wait until the movie arrives in theaters ( Even though it won't begin to show you all the things the book can )... Second book Mr. Wong??? Please?[: <3

A must-read book. This book is unlike any other I've ever read. It totally grabs attention with dire situations, high stakes, and throughout it all a dark humor that made me laugh out loud many times. Couldn't recommend a book any higher than this one! P.S. You will never be able to think of soy sauce the same way

Don’t Mind the Bratwurst. I read this book back in 2007 when it came out and just read it again after all that time. It’s a crazy story that pretty much makes no sense at the same time as making all the sense in the world. From the soy sauce and the freezer meat monster, to the bratwurst incident and parallel dimensions, this book messes with your head. Great book!

Lovecraft with a modern twist?. I really enjoyed this story. Looking forward to the movie. I thought the book would not have suffered had the author left out the racial slurs. I enjoyed the humor as much as the horror.

Amazing. The book gets weirder and weirder the more you progress. It all making sense kinda isn't the point but keep reading. It does make sense eventually. Or not.

Best book I've read in a long time.. I've read a lot of David Wong's stuff on Cracked, but for whatever reason, I never bought his book even though I saw it mentioned after each of his articles. That is until I saw the trailer for the movie that he posted there. I sat there for a minute wondering what I had just watched and decided I needed to read that book. I'm so glad I did. This book is funny, twisted, gross, interesting, strange, and just awesome. I just wish they would hurry up and release "This Book is Full of Spiders" already.

Read It. Been a long time since a book grabbed me this hard and wouldn't let me go - had to stay up late to finish reading it, but it was well worth it. Buy the book; you won't regret it.

The book dies at the end NOT John!. A page turner till the end . . . and then Wong's wong went limp. I could eat a dictionary and puke a better ending! What a waste of time. I hope the movie does a better job, but I'll wait for it at Redbox. I wouldn't chance more than a buck twenty. (When did John die?)

Very good. I haven't read a lot of horror, but from what I have read there is little that actually scared me. This did. It revitalizes the Lovecraftion tradition, just with a lot more dick jokes.

Re-Define Amazing. this is, without a doubt, the Best Book I Have Ever Read! the story is mind boggling and indescribable in words other than the words this book consists of. This book has brought back my hope for literature in this age of idiots.

Top five favourite books.. Easily one of the best books I've ever read. It's funny, the characters are great, the writing is excellent, and it's fascinating. I was drawn in by the title (probably my favourite thing about the book) and stayed reading because of the humour and cleverness of it all. An excellent read, I highly recommend it!

Couldn't put it down. Excellent book. Has a very dark undertone but keeps it lighthearted with the antics of the unlikely heroes. Very humorous. I laughed outright on more than a few occasions. Read this from cover to cover and instantly purchased the sequel, thirsting for more. A little pricey to not have a physical copy - as you will assuredly want to share this; my solace laying in the hopes it's all much deserved profit to the author. Kudos Mr. Wong, IF that is your real name.
