The importance of Boundaries. Relevant, required reading for all. Period

Amazing. For years I have debated (internally) how psychology and Faith can co-exist so extensively in a topic/conversation/application and not just scratch the surface. I have purchased the paperback of this awesome book. Much thanks to the authors for their continuous efforts!! I know many others whom have read this, and would agree! Life changing, if you apply.

Boundaries. I wished I had known of this book in 1992 and had read it then! It was referred to in an article in the Catholic Digest this spring--thank you, Catholic Digest! I think it is basic living skills information for everyone who had a less than perfect childhood environment. Thank you for writing it in such an understandable way--with great relationship examples and good Scripture references.

Life Changing 😭. This book is to be read multiple times. So so good!

Torilynn McClain. Very insightful book. Helps puts things into a different perspective and is definitely a guide that I would implement into my everyday life.

Glad I am reading this. I always had boundary issues ,scaring away men,family and friends.In other aspects it helped me to see myself in a whole new light and helping me to choose wisely ,I’m still reading it and have the study guide .I notice when I don’t study I get upside down .Thank you guys for a Christian point of view and for those who may not believe God exists ,he does.

It turned my life around. Brilliantly written, the facade of trying to be everything for everyone dissipates when you establish real and tangible boundaries with others, and especially yourself. Thank you for writing this book, it speaks to me on so many levels.

Informative. Boundary issues have been a huge issue for me in my life and I found this book to be a good read on the subject. While I'm not used to reading books that center Christian principles, I did find the biblical references interesting and the overall content on what boundaries are, how they work and how to develop them helpful. The hardest part for me is going to be figuring out how to find a support group, which the authors say is key to success.

Great book. It's really a great book. It helped me to understand differences between many things that I personally struggled with like forgiveness and reconciliation, boundaries in friendships, differences between loving and obligations and many other things. It would definitely help anyone who feels that people are taking advantage of me or people are abusing me etc... This book also helps us to grow in taking responsibility of God given roles to us in different aspects of life and also helps us from not having guilt or condemnation for those things that are not under our responsibility. Overall it's a great book, it personally helped me in many ways. Thanks to God and thanks to the authors also... 👍

All time favorite books. I love this book. It's great. The bible and psychology working amazingly together. I'd thank God after reading it each day.

Great book but.... Great book! But if you purchased the hard copy of the work book you will find it extremely hard to follow the book and switch over the the workbook. Specially if you only do a few pages of the workbook a day. The pages they ask you to refer back to aren't correct if you downloaded the book. Page 5 in paperback could be page 17 on your iTunes download.

Must read. Love this book not an easy read don’t expect to finish this quickly because a lot of self work takes place
