My thoughts.. I love this cycle. I am not that big of a reader but I started this cycle in high school back then only Eragon and Eldest had been written and released. So I waited patiently for brisinger and inheritance. And I can’t wait for more to come.

I love this series. The world that Paolini creates is magnificent.

A must read series. I originally read this series back in 2005 as a child. The world and its characters drew me in and never let me go. Slow burning in certain areas but a fantastic start to a wonderful saga. Recommend to anyone who enjoy a good fantasy defying book

Lots of fun. Read this to my kids for bedtime a little at a time. We read the Hobbit and the LOTR series so the kids were keyed up for fantasy adventures. It’s certainly not Tolkien but nobody really should be. Very accessible for young ones but deep enough to keep me interested as well. We’re looking forward to the next one

Amazing. This book has been my favorite book for over 3 years. Not only this story, but the whole series takes you through ups and downs, laughs and cries, happiness and sadness. An amazing experience for anyone who wants to be transported into a shocking and stunning world.

This is up there with Harry Potter and LOTR. Simply one of the best series I ever read. Right up there with the greats. I’m hoping for more in this series after the 5th one

Amazing. I wish we could get a decent movie made. It was incredible to read and one my favorites. So much background information and world building.

One word: Majestic. This is the best book ever. I'm already reading Brisingr. As soon as I read the Prologue, I was hooked. I finished it in less than 2 days, and I was depressed after I finished it. Then I found out it was a series and I was like gimme dat book now. I finished Eldest in about three to four days. Now I'm more than 3/4 into Brisingr. So yeah. GET THIS BOOK N O W!!!

My absolute favorite book.. My review I did before was not right. I came back from putting the book down to read Heroes Of Olympus, and I read it. This book is the masterpiece of every book of all time. It has characters that make you smile, twists that sometimes make you cry, yes, make you cry. My review before was made when I was only a fifth through this gem, and now I’m not completely done with the book, but already it is actually getting close to the series Percy Jackson. If you are reading this review, then I literally with my whole heart say, read this book, no doubt about it, it is a book that everybody should read in there lifetime, unless people don’t like reading, which is kind of sad because they take you to different worlds, which I think is a miracle. Okay enough of me ranting. Buy this book.

BEST READS EVER. I've read all 4 books and I love every one. I wish the author would write more. Some people say these are teenagers books but I'm 24 and I still love them. Bottom line read these books or live a sad and meaningless life you peasant.

Amazing book. This is an amazing book in my opinion. I think it’ll appeal to all ages but I don’t know, and honesty love how you describe in detail where Eragon is so we can envision it very clearly.

Amazing. This book was simply amazing! I saw the movie years ago when it came out and I loved it! When they didn't make anymore movies, I decided to read the book. The book is SOOO much better then the movie and I cannot wait to read the rest of the series.

This book was so good. Definitely recommend it for medieval time lovers, and dragon lovers. Also for those of you who haven’t seen the movie for this, please watch it, it’s just as good as the book (at least in my opinion) And for those of you who didn’t know there WAS a movie, there is. But only the first book was done.

I Don’t Read, But This Was Special. I got this book for summer reading in school a few years ago and I never finished it. It had a certain feel to me that just stuck with me, and when I felt that feeling again years later I had to pick it back up. I finished the whole series over one summer. I hadn’t read a book all the way through for a while before. When I could put read the physical copy, I listened to the audiobooks in the car. I’d end up taking long drives and wasting gas with this series but it was totally worth it. The series’ ending stuck with me for a month or so after, and it’s impossible to describe. The music I was listening to over that summer attached itself to the series because it was all I could think about. Now all those songs make me think of the characters and Alagaesia. Read. It.

My 10yr old loved it.. I was reading this book to my son (who has dyslexia). He loved it. I, however, dreaded it and couldn't wait to get into some better lit of this genre like Anne McCaffery or Tolkien.

Riveting Yet. Although I found "Eragon" riveting, I thought it lagged in a few areas. Also I was a little disappointed with the archaic trope of damsels in distress. The women's prowess seemed to have come a little too late.

So amazing. Always such a great book

Eragon. I read Wings Of Fire in a restaurant in Seattle and the waitress recommended Eragon. I kind of forgot about it until we moved to two hours away and I saw it in my library on audiobook. The pronunciation is hard, and if you have trouble reading difficult words listen to the audiobook on Libby or CD

AMAZING. This book is AMAZING! I loved everything about this book. They really put you in this book and make you feel your right there with them. The final book is so sad but good! Great book for everyone!

Eragon. This book was pretty bad. The author spent far too much time describing the surroundings, and the book was a dragged-out bore. It definitely did not live up to its great reviews. Don’t waste your time with this.

Amazing. I’ve read this series four times through now, and I love it. The main character is one of the best because no matter what happens he still makes mistakes. This, to me only makes his proudest moments even better. Christopher Paolini wrote the four books in a way that it’s easy to follow along with what’s going on. All the characters are really relatable too. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who loves Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and The Witcher series.
