Fine work. This book made me think about homelessness

HOMELESSNESS REVEALED. Thanks to Mr. Grisham for exposing the plight of the homeless and the valiant efforts of the lawyers fighting for people's rights. Riveting story. Great read.

Don’t waste your time. Kept waiting for this to get better. Read to the end with high hopes, but it fell flat. Not a usual John Grishom page turner. Don’t waste your time.

The Street Lawyer. This book is wonderful. It will make you look at street people in a new way. Kept me up at night reading into the early morning hours.

Made me think, and care!. The author wasn’t the only one learning about the travails of the homeless and the street life they endure. I see the homeless every day and want to throw a $5 McDonalds coupon at each one but have never done it. There are so many stories of how the homeless become so that I get overwhelmed by the problem. How does it get fixed when the author brings homelessness to our own governing center of the USA where not much gets fixed it seems. EVERYONE should read this hard to read book and ponder fixes and write congressman if so inclined. Thank you for opening my eyes Mr. Grisham. Now it’s up to me to do something isn’t it!

Great book. This book is so captivating! I read it for hours on end. One of my favorite novels.

Hit the street for another winner from Grisham!. Not unlike some books I’ve read by John Grisham, this book is more of a drama than a mystery or thriller. But it’s a good book! John Grisham paints a compassionate, sympathetic portrait of the struggles of homeless people and the lawyers who fight for them. Marvelous entertainment!

Another Good Read. Having read many of John Grisham's books over the years, this one again exemplifies the high quality that characterizes all that I have read. This book gives a thoughtful and insightful look into the world of the homeless and the struggles they face. The story line is intriguing but not overly complicated. This book presents both the best and worst of the legal profession. One minute the reader despises the entire world of rich, self absorbed greedy lawyers. Then the story line twists to draw the reader into the opposite world where the selfless attorneys are saviors to the poor and helpless. One cannot read this book without feeling some degree of guilt about the apathy most middle and upper class people exhibit toward the homeless. This book is both entreating and enlightening.

Good book. Not his best work ever but still a very good read for what it is.

It was a great book. This is the 1st book I ever read for fun I was 13 I'm 25 now. He really brought me into the story I still reread it every now and again. Definitely worth the time and money to read. This book made me fall in love with John Grisham as an author.

A real eye opener. Opened my eyes to the underground world of the homeless. I only imagined what it would be like for those who are homeless to survive on a day-by-day basis, but after reading this book I realized that it is much worse a struggle than I originally thought. It has a "soft" ending, however, still a great read.

Street lawyer. This is the 15th grisham book I have read. As usual, very interesting and exciting. Great ending.

Great book!. This book drew me in and kept me up at night with it's great plot. Starting to read his other books because this one was so good. I recommend it to anyone!

No climax, very overrated. Not good. I downloaded it because of all these good reviews, but I think they just joined the John Grisham bandwagon. His other books are excellent. But this one seems like written like an afterthought. This book had no climax. None- I'm serious. I fell asleep reading it many times. I want my money back.

The Street Lawyer. Out of tragedy comes positive change. While a work of fiction, this story is solidly rooted in reality. I laughed and I cried but in the end I was, for lack of a better word, content. Thank you John Grisham!
