The Last Juror. Impressive!

The Last Jurror. This is my favorite John Grisham book thus far, including his latest five books including his most recent one, Partners. Not only is the lead character not a lawyer, but he's almost totally ignorant of the law. This will change, however. It's always good to see old characters come back into his books. Lucian Willbanks and Harry Rex are two of my favorites. Ms. Callie's stories had me totally amused and I did not miss a word when she spoke or was spoken of. Will she appear in later books? You will have to read this to find out.

Best book for a vacation. Enjoyed this book so much on vacation sitting on my balcony looking out to sea. It kept me glued to find out what happened next, like a good book should. I was hooked from the first few pages, horrified by the events, laughed, got teary eyed, and absolutely loved it! Grisham is just one of many authors that makes me love reading.

Awesome book. This book is my favorite of his books!!! I have read this about 7 times and he testament is my other favorite!!!

Good Read. From the start the book grabs you and doesn't let you go. The way Grisham involves you in the story is incredible. Wish it wouldn't have finished.

The Last Juror. I enjoyed the story. Not just the novel, but the stories within the novel. The respect with which Grisham treats his characters as well as his audience is unique. The unpleasantness in life is not belabored, it is simply stated without too much attention, just enough to be appropriate and descriptive. I hated to see this novel end, I could spend time reading about Willie's life and his dear friend, Miss Callie, for a few hundred more pages.
