Really found a lot of insight. I was amazed with the connections of the old testament to the Eucharist.
Holy Communion. This book is very readable and pulls together ancient Jewish tradition to the early church tradition for Holy Communion. I think this is a "must read" for all denominations of the Christian faith. God Bless.
Great book, no footnotes. I highly recommend this book. It blew my mind and will read it again and refer to it. My only complaint is that the footnote numbers do not appear in the text. If you tap on the note numbers in the end notes section, you are taken to the page where the note is referenced, but no footnote number appears on the page.
