Nostalgic. Reminds one of the 1950's Elliott Ness, the Roaring Twenties and other gang related stories. Not bad, quick reads!

Review. I really liked the plot

A Worthwhile Read. As an avid fan of LA Noire and of the 1940’s itself, I can say without a doubt that this book keeps you enthralled with every story. It perfectly encapsulates everything about LA Noire and the message it tries to convey; not everything is sequins and glitter. If you want a good read I definitely suggest reading this book. And if you want a good game, go check out LA Noire.

A huge achievement!. Getting all of these writers in one book for free, it doesn't get better than this! All of the short stories are great. I hope this kick starts something as this kind of gritty fiction makes for excellent reading. Thanks Rockstar!!!

A must have for fans of the game. This book combines forces of some of the best modern crime writers that deepens the backstory of an already deeply storied game. If you enjoy the game L.A. Noire, then you'll certainly enjoy this book.

Great for Mystery, Suspense, and Especially if your a LA noire Fan. If you're a fan of LA Noire then you must read these short stories. They're great in so many ways. I've read "Hell of an Affair" went it was released a couple weeks back and I can honestly say that i'm looking forward to reading the rest of these short stories.

La Noire. The girl from the artwork looks divine! She is soo beautiful! and so the game! great!

Crashes the app. I tried multiple downloads, but on my iPhone it simply cannot finishing loading without crashing the app. So I guess that's really not a one star rating, but you're not allowed to give a zero star rating.

L.A. Nore. I haven't even got the chance to read the book yet and this iBooks app is already asking me for a review or to tell a friend. I wish you could by pass this type of stuff, but other than that the book looks great I hope its as great as it looks

wish i could read it but cant (fix this). It looks really good, but it will not let me open it at all. can you some how fix this? Because it wont open or tell me whats wrong with it, and i've tried to restart and still has this problem.

Big fan. I'm big fan of the game and I didn't know they made a book.

Boring. If this is any indication of the mindset of the game, I'm glad I didn't buy it.

5+. This Is A Great Book!!! I Recommend It.

Great book, but…. I'm getting into this book now, but I think I missed a few things, or this is just not the book for me. The description of their surroundings in the 1st chapter is not useful to get a clear picture of what type of environment they're in. In the second chapter, it has nothing to do with the 1st chapter at all. It's like you skipped a chapter or something. Very weird. This book really gets you hooked in the beginning so I'll re-read it to get to know the characters and the story more. 

Crash. Ive downloaded it on my itouch 4G and when I open the book it crashes :S

anyone else having errors with this book?. i'm sure this will turn out to be a very good book, if only i could open it without a "there is a problem with the configuration of your iPod Touch" error popping up each time. it does open successfully after a few tries, but it really shouldn't have to do that. no other book i've bought off here has this kind of problems.

Will not open. On mine it said that the required resource is missing it I s a sham as I have played the game and fell in love. I would enjoy reading this book.

Masterpiece, 1 More To The Collection. On the second story, excellent so far. I bought and beat the game the day it came out, love the style and depth that this goes into. This ones a keeper I'm just surprised it's free.

Keeps crashing??. Im using a 4th gen 32 GB iPod Touch and it keeps on crashing... :/
