Dante's inferno. AMAZING BOOK!!!! Great read even for non religious people but compelling for Christians.

Dantes inferno. I enjoyed this book that dealt with Satan in Hell. It gave a very explicit visualization of what the hell could be and probably is. It created a lot of thought. The better your understanding of the Bible and the prophecies that led to the book of revelations will help you to determine the various concepts in this book.

Classic read. Captures a great story which can be enjoyed in modern times

Imagination burst. Really enjoyable book. Must read for anyone who is interested in Biblical history, greek mithology and ancient history!

Incredible. I have never read a better book in my entire life than Dante's inferno

Still an classic. This version is more detailed than others I have read. And yet it's able to hold ur attention and also entertain the mind to foretell a detailed out look of the nine circles of hell to make u forget it's Dante where as you almost can relate and feel his emotion in all a classic remastered

Dante’s inferno. I now fear god.

dantes inferno. Very interesting but also very strange. So many references to people, gods, etc that I know nothing about. Same with places and events. Much is unknowable. The torture and horror all seems to blend together. Difficult to ascertain which circle is really the worst. It's as if the only difference is perhaps the time these beings in hell have had to exist there. It actually became boring to me after the fifth circle. I'm glad I finally read this story/poem, but I think the cliff notes may have sufficed. Haha

Good. Notes would be nice, references to characters and what sources they come from, as well as analysis of themes and so on. Otherwise, a pleasant read.

Excellent. To the point, easy to understand and no glaring errors or typos. All for a decent price, would recommend

A tad disappointing. I was expecting a little more, but still a fair read. I've been told that there is a version that rhymes and makes a tad more sense, but I suspect this is a more direct translation, so perhaps a bit more authentic.
