Could be better. Useful information on supplements. Although as you are reading this book you begin to feel like it is just a sales pitch for Dr. Amen's other books and products. I would recommend this book to someone who just doesn't know where to start on how to get their life on a healthy track.
Q.U.A.C.K.. Publish in peer reviewed journals or no one will know what part of this is B.S.
