Helpful. Nice to have all this in one place - many great reminders with examples to help.

Useless. This is so useless. So basic but not in a good way. It isn't even relevant in the real world unless you have been living on Mars and never worked here on earth. I didn't get one thing out of it. If your goal is a mom and pop store this is a good starting point. If it is something more strategic skip this and try another one.

Not worth the time. This speaks of the normal social media outlook. Actually they went free.
