Reader. I quite enjoyed the story of these books and am excited for the final book. My biggest complaint it the editing. There are many grammar, spelling and word positioning errors throughout the two books. I feel these books would do amazingly well if edited by a professional. The author creates a believable world that is easy to get sucked into, you just have to look past the typing mistakes.

A good story. This book is filled with typos and grammatical mistakes and the writing is often cliche and filled with modern euphemisms, but the story is entertaining.

Rae and Tomas. I absolutely adore this series I love every second of reading the books. Rae and Breandan are the ideal love but Tomas and Rae were so thrilling and forbidden. It made everything so much more exciting. Keep writing I love you!

Wow!!!!!. She has a great mind I love both books and can't wait for comes next!!!!

Idk bout this book since I didn't get a chance but pleaasseeeeee be freeeee or else I culd only read the sample! :( I love this book soooo much. I love it more than I did with Harry potter And trust me, that's saying something. It's so intriguing, actiony, and yet romantic at the same time. Can't wait to read this book!!

!!!!!!!!!!!. This is one of my favourite books i have read in a very long time. I could never put it down. I am in love with Rae and all of the other demons. This is a treasure of a novel!

Demon day. Great story following the first book. She writes from the heart.

Rushed and total disappointment. I really liked the first book in the series. This book is a total let down. It is poorly written and you can tell it is rushed, because there are misspelled words, bad grammar, and wrong word selection on every page. Not worth buying, and if the third book is going to be rushed as well, which is what I gather from the author's blog, it will be crap as well.

Demon Day. Loved it! Can't wait until September for the next one.

Fire the Editor!. This series is wonderfully crafted. The story line is intriguing and consuming. But, with a misplaced/misspelled word every other page, the poor editing detracts from the joy of reading this author's well-thought-out adventure. So, my advice is for Penelope is to fire her editor and get someone to actually read what she's written and hasn't just used Word to do spell check. If you can get past this, you will come to enjoy this enthralling tale.

Good but has typos. Great story. Wonderful sequel. Needs a better editor. I found many errors, but not enough to ruin the story telling.

Demon Day. Great. Battle at Temple took a little too long to get through but still great.

I liked it :). At first I was really put off by the fact that chapter one of the book was different than the sneak peek from book one. That peek into demon day was why I had bought this book. I was excited at how Alec came back into play and them meeting the pride was brought in. The more I read the more I saw that paragraphs were split up from "chapter one" deeper into the book. So I got passed it. Still a little disappointed in the beginning but I see why all the extras were necessary. That being said the book really was great! I loved where the story went and it was all very unexpected! Not boring or predictable and it kept me engaged. So much so I read the book in a few hours! It was so many things wrapped in one. Exciting, a little scary, romantic, sad. A very well written book and I'm excited for #3!!!

Great Novels!. The storyline is great! The books move so fast and keep you so involved! The only issue, as some have said, is the grammar and spelling. A good read-over and spell-check program would eliminate many of those issues. Great job! Keep up the good work!

Must Read!. The Rae Wilder Novels "The Demon Girl" and "A Demon Day" are enchanting! You are sure to be lost in this supernatural world and never want to leave! Penelope Fletcher does an excellent job of allowing the reader to really feel Rae in her emotional and physical journey. I cant express enough how this a MUST READ for those who love fantasy! You will indeed be captured and left wanting so much more!

Compel. Stunning. I am addicted to this series. Eloquent descriptives, fluid storyline.

Wonderful Second Book in a series!. This is better than the first one! Since most of the main characters are introduced and described through both emotion and physical characteristics, I think it's important to read the first book (The Demon Girl) or you might get lost. But on the flip side, having all that laid out in the first book left the second book free to get down to business! There is so much action in this book! It's awesome, BIG surprise ending! Wonderful!

Demon day. I loved it as much as the first! It was definitely my type of book! Love, romance, and adventure! The perfect combination! I must say this book as well as the first captivated me completely. I no most people think romantic fantasy books are maybe "lame" or "uncool" but for those of you who are still with me when I say they are simply wonderful then please read on! The book is good and hopefully does not let you down should you choose to read it. Now a days it is extremely rare to fine pure, true love! So hold on to it where you can! In the books people! Demon series. Penelope I waited for book two for awhile and was not disappointed!! You're remarkable skills at story telling is spellbinding. I sat up until 2:30 in the morning reading this book ON A WEEK NIGHT!! Knowing an alarm would be going off at 6 AM!! I was overjoyed at finding a post note at the end telling of book 3!!! Now I am once again waiting with bated breath for September to come rolling around so the story of Rae can continue. Thank you for sharing your wonderful imagination with us. It has been fantastic!

Demon. Too much romance and action. Like the second matrix. But ends well and furthers the story

Loved it!. I should have seen it so much sooner! I got so wrapped up trying to follow everything. This book is so original and wonderful. I stayed up until one thirty in the morning reading the first one and this second book captured me just as much. I'm about to start the third. I'm addicted.

Loving this series. I love these books and cannot put them down until I have finished reading. The only thing that bothers me though is that there are some spelling mistakes and need to proof read. There is also the matter of sizing when reading these books on my iPad, the letters don't fit right and the lower part of letter are cut off. I have tried different fonts and sizes and still get this problem. Would be better if this problem could be sorted out.

Great story; captivating read. I've really enjoyed the first two books, and eagerly await the third instalment in September. I felt like a chapter was missing towards the end (after rae is in the nest and before her fairy is there) but overall an exciting read, even with the obvious failings with converting the text to an ebook... Great author with a promising future.

Great story, could do with grammar editing though. If you like fantasy (Twilight/HP/LOTR) then get this book for the story. I'm absolutely hooked on this story. The character development is great and the world that created is awesome. However it is let down by poor grammar in places and quite a lot of simple editing mistakes. This book deserves to be edited by a professional publisher as the story has sooooo much potential. :-)

Demon Day. Keen to read the second instalment, I wasn't disappointed. From the beginning I was compelled to keep on reading, even though the demands of the real world crashed in. The characters are enthralling and the way the story unfolds and weaves is just great. I can't wait for the next, and last, book in the series. The only thing I found disappointing were the few errors in the text that cropped up, but it didn't detract too much from the reading experience. Thanks for a great read...!

Fantastic. Unbelievably amazing first two books as soon as I started to read demon girl it lured me in, wanting to read on and when I found out the second one was out, well let's just say no one could stop me from buying it. I loved how everything is shrouded in mystery and confusion it keeps you on edge wanting to know what will happen next can't wait for the third, literally can't wait :):)

Such a pathetic and annoying main character. This book actually ended up making me angry at just how useless and pathetic the main character was. In the end I kinda wanted her to just die.

Amazing. Great book, for 2 quid amazing value and just a great sequel to the first one! Which were free yay can't wait for next one to come out after reading September 2011 - perfect timing! Please finish that book! Only brothel which has nothing relating to story is that there were quite a few silly spelling mistakes and some marking of letters at top, ruined experience just a little having to work out the word!

Comparison. This book was also as amazing as the second. But again there was a lot of mistakes making some of it hard to read. Was wondering if you had gotten yourself an editor yet? If you haven't may I suggest getting one. That aside this book progressed at a more suitable pace than the last one. Good job :)

Unbelievably misleading rating!. I bought the first three books based on the 5-star rating (given by friends and family)? Big mistake. Not my kind of reading material. Were the high ratings from people who can't recognize poor grammar, bad spelling, repetitive catachresis (doesn't know the difference between the use of "I" and "me", and blatant misuse of words), or lack of plot depth? My fault, I should have read the samples first!

Amazing. This series is exciting, emotional, scintillating, sexual in all the right ways. Penelope has written an amazing story. It literally takes you to another world. The only down side is the editing-needs a bit of work. But otherwise you could very well make a top seller with this one Pen. I can't wait til September!

Great book, sloppy editing.. Penelope creates a world that is mysterious, diverse, and breathtakingly beautiful. Her characters are dynamic and interesting. I absolutely love this story. What I found distracting was the editing. It seems as though spell check was used and that was it. There are words in the wrong order or the wrong words are used altogether. It's hard to follow some situations because the character's thoughts and surroundings aren't described very clearly. This could be because the characters themselves are confused, but i feel that as the reader "confused" isn't a good thing to feel. I'm not sure I would purchase a paper version of this book unless these things were corrected, but I believe I am much better off as a person, having read this book. I'd rate it a 3.5 out of 5 solely because I feel it should has been better proof read. The world/story/characters get a 5 out of 5. I love them! As long as u keep writing about them I will keep reading forever!

Really quite good but.... ....it really bugged me that you had your 'shifter' terminology all mixed up. A little more research may have served you well. The second in command in a wolf pack (or in your case a shifter pack) is called a beta. The omega is actually the 'outcast' or 'last in standing' of a pack. I suggest you edit this oversight. And if you had someone editing, fire them, they should have caught this!! Other than that, pretty darn good!

Awesome. I've had plenty of paper books with spelling errors, so I don't know what everyone is complaining about. But I thought this book was wonderful. And I paid for the sequel. I can't wait until the third part comes out!

Demon Girl. Compel was a very good follow up of glamour. the information of demons in this book is quite extensive. It is always good to see the same demon rules or traits used in different books and authors.

Demon day. Love these books! There are some typos and some things could be explained better but still a great read, couldn't put the iPod down!!

Fire the proofreader. While some minor typos do slip through in some books the electronic copy of this book contains way more than it's share. In some cases the typos are minor - "of" instead of "off" and in others they are so bad that the sentence doesn't make sense at all. Then there are the punctuation errors. In some instances it is only missing commas. In other cases missing periods join two or three sentences together - and not in a run-on sentence kind of way. Great story line but a frustrating read if you're used to good publishing. Of course if you've been reading your young adults high school writing this copy will feel like home. If I had bought this as a paperback I'd be asking for a refund. Get a grown-up proofreader.

Great escape!. Loved it! I'd read it for hours when I got home from work, until bedtime! I enjoy the characters a lot. Rae is really mixing up the demon kinds and finding herself along the way. Can't wait for Demon Dark!

Great story comes up short. The world Penelope has created is amazing. The story, the characters are all great. However, the extreme shortness of the book along with the gross amount of grammar/spelling mistakes really left me feeling let down. Any modern word processing program would have caught many of the errors in the book, so I just can't understand why there are so many.

Great book, needs better editing. I know I should not be complaining that I had to pay for the book. Three dollars is certainly a fair price for a storyline of this quality. But the fact that I had to pay made the very frequent spelling and grammatical errors in this book unacceptable. If you are going to charge any amount of money for a book the least you could do is read through it and make sure there aren't errors on every page. Other then that it is a very good book and I enjoyed reading it.

Loved it. I downloaded this book from iBook and have to say I absolutely LOVED it!! As soon as I finished it I immediately bought the third and finally the fourth!!!! Books involving the Fae, werewolves, vampires, etc ... Are the only ones I enjoy and I have to say the story line of this series is amazing. The characters are deep and the relationships complex - everything I love! I highly recommend this series to anyone of any age who enjoys this type of story. A fabulous read all around!

Ok. I enjoyed Part One, but am hesitant to spend money on a part two short story if it has as much editing issues as book one had! Yikes!
