Review. You just can't beat Clive Cussler...

The Race. Clive Cussler is always very good. He has always had ships/boats and cars in books. He has recently added trains and cars, and now with this book...planes and cars.

The Race. The high action and history makes anyone a Cussler lover. The race keeps you strapped in the cockpit as the early beginnings of air travel meet murder.

The Race - A Review. Awesome! Classic Cussler. A barn burner from beginning to end. Every time I had to stop reading it I couldn't wait to get back to it. A must read. Do yourself a favor and read this.

The Tace. This is another entertaining and easy reading book by Clive Cussler. The story sets at the beginning of the 19th century when aviation was in its infancy. The story is all you would expect from one of the greatest mystery story tellers of today. It's a good and quick read.

The Race. Being a powered parachute pilot, I really enjoyed the historical details of the first flying machines, the kind of flying we enjoy now in our experimental ultra lights. Good read from start to finish!

The Race. I loved it. Fast paced, lots of plot twists and two villains. Isaac Bell a classic hero. Thanks for the entertainment.

The Race. Excellent read, couldn't put it down. The writing style is pure Cussler, it's like you were "time-machined" back 3/4 of a century right into the cradle of aviation. His details and descriptions are both colorful and convincing, I am especially impressed with the breadth of early aeronautical information Cussler has amassed and how he spins it into a conceivable, throughly engrossing story. If you were not a Cussler buff before this read, prepare for a whole new world of stories.

The race. Another great read in the Clive Cussler saga

Best Yet. The story line is great! When you think you know what is about to take place, you are totally in shock. Thus is the best book in the series, has the Fargo's beat by a country mile. I love the Oregon series but this book Made Bell my favorite hero character

The pilot. Great book by cussler. Kept me guessing with plots and sub-plots until the last page. I normally buy the hardcover or paperback as soon as possible. Downloading it on my IPad was a novel experience. Don't miss this one.

The terrible race. Surely this wasn't actually written by Cussler. I'm a long time fan, but this book is the worst example of his style I have ever read. A disjointed plot, every minor and major character endowed with seemingly superhuman abilities, and the total lack of engagement that his direct approach usually garners. Stick with Dirk et al.

Boring. Boring book, convoluted plot, absolutely not engaging. The opposite of The Wrecker... Not a good Isac Belle story

Excellent. What more can I say about vintage Cussler. He is still on top of his game. A pleasant day's read. I've got the time to do it and can't wait for his next novel. Hope Clive's son inherits his talent for storytelling.
