NO WARNINGS. I was given no warning before my phone was banned from logging in my own account. I was a constant user of the app previously so it’s a pretty sad inconvenience out of nowhere.

Took away games. Me and all my friends loved playing the games on Snapchat hole io and trivia especially perfect to do on a Snapchat call with friends when bored, competitive to see who’s farther in winning streaks but new things like Snapchat ai and Snapchat plus is more important those were my best times on Snapchat honestly considering deleting the app I’ve even had it sense 2014.

3 stars. i love snapchat. it’s great to communicate with online friends without giving your phone number. the reason i give it 3 stars though is because you used to be able to remix a snap then you would hold down and drag and there would be a save button. yesterday, they took away that feature. that feature was very helpful to save people’s snaps & stories to show your other friends without it being awkward and having to make up an excuse as to why you screenshotted. other than that, i love this app! if that feature were to come back, i would rate it 5 stars.

App is filled with so much useless info. I use the app to keep in touch with friends and family. Not to be forced to look at a whole discover page full of content I have no care for. The fact that they make you look at it every day if you want to go to the stories tab is awful. Horrifying even. Stop shoving content I don’t care for down my throat. Get over it.

Filters. The filters on Snapchat are amazing, cute,and funny. I can also chat w/ friends while having fun with filters.Another great feature is games, there are games the you could play w/ your friends…….Overall I think that Snapchat is a great app people should definitely try it out.

Snapchat. I think it’s great because you get to see their picture when they make one and make it personal or casual and you get to talk to them at the same time and you make videos on there too you can use filters like depending on the holiday we’re celebrating they might have that filter but I think Snapchat is a great tool to have on your phone and you can chat with family or friends or even strangers if your into that kind of things and your dark NOT SKIN SORRY but I think Snapchat is so great to have.

App is glitching, keeps closing out. I cannot do anything with the app the last week, it shuts out after 3 seconds. I cannot text anyone, take photos or continue a post without it shutting out. What is the issue.

Used to love the app but way too many ads you can’t skip. Snapchat needs to decrease the amount of ads on snap stories. Advertisement issues. The app has an ad after basically every video you watch. I remember when there were no ads. Sad to see that they care about money more than viewer experience.

Bogus. Snapchat needs to be more informative and actually tell us the Correct things to do. I was falsely reported but I wasn’t notified of being reported until way later and I originally thought someone had stolen my account so I tried changing the passwords but that also didn’t work. Snapchat doesn’t offer appeals Snapchat don’t have a hotline or costumer service they just have long paragraphs on what to do and they don’t work. I even tried marking a new account that also didn’t work Idk what to do and I waited a full 24 hours and my account still isn’t back. Snapchat needs to do better.I lost my whole account and can’t make a new one. Don’t download this app.

I can no longer look at my viewers.. It’s only showing my friends and I have a public profile so I can see 200 people viewing but only the names who are my friends….this just happened. I’ve reported it maybe 5 times now. Nobody is helping me. I can’t even do the contact through the app. The submit button doesn’t work! I have another snap on a different phone and it works just fine.

It’s a good app but…. Please. Please make it when you’re snap chatting a friend and you save eachothers snap that you make a separate part for videos and a separate part for photos. So we don’t have to keep scrolling through all of our saved snaps

Great App. I’ve been using Snapchat on and off for years now. It’s great at sucking people into continuing their usage of the app. Through snap maps where you can check friends locations. And best friends lists that show who your true best friends are. I love the anxiety this app produces through so many features. I love others being able to track where I am and I love no matter how much hatred I have for this app there always finding new ways to through me back into the loop.

Too easy for spammers to add you. I am bombarded with random adds even after turning off the option to show on quick add. Might delete it all it’s so annoying.

Banned me??. Permanently locked me out of my account. Streaks over 1000, Snapchat+, family photos only in memories. And you just decide to shred it all.

Banning accounts. i belive you should give a warning, many people have many memories on their and use Snapchat as their main thing. I think it’s unfair to just lock it out with no warning, please change this as soon as possible or atleast make it possible to make a new account.

compromising autoimmune progress.. I’ve reached out to snap support 4 times now in a matter of 8 days. my app is not allowing me to login to any account due to “temporarily disabling from failed attempts or possible suspicious activity” absolutely ZERO “suspicious” activity and I did not have failed attempts. I can log into my snap on any other phone, but not mine??? So it’s not my account just the app. This is an actual health concern at this point because I use snap to track the progress of my health, including pictures of skin flare ups I use to show my doctor. Without this I am literally screwed on all of my progress and this WILL take a MAJOR toll on my health!!!! Please, without some generic response asking me to “reach out to support” WHEN I HAVE MULTIPLE TIMES- I would actually like something done about this. Account hacked. My account got hacked. Tried reaching out as this guys stole hundreds of dollars from my friends. I couldn’t delete my account, I couldn’t change my password, I just had to stand by and watch whoever steal from good people. I created multiple tickets to hear from support at Snapchat.. it’s been two months and still no response. Unbelievable that they can’t provide support. Makes you feel powerless. If anyone knows how to sue this company.. let me know. They are too getting to big for their britches and they need to be put back into their place

This app is I guess really good but a really annoying thing is that you can only change your username once a year which I find is incredibly stupid so they should have a look at that. Public Profile seems incomplete. It’s cool that you can have a public profile but I think it needs more of a sense of self, right now it’s this ambiguous thing you can do - it doesn’t make much sense. I feel like it needs to be an attached account you can switch to from your personal profile with a different, more detailed uploading system, account set up. Right now its too small and insignificant and vague to use.

Incompetent. After using Snapchat for 8+ years it has logged me out and now refuses to let me back in. It says the account has been disabled due to repeated login failure or breach of community guidelines - neither which are true. There is no way to speak to a real person at Snapchat and 0 anyone can do about restoring my account. Absolutely disgraceful from a platform so large that stores so much personal data and memories.

Horrible app. 1. I’m young I get old men and women send me buses and half nudes asking for money, I report it and snap response is “oh no this doesn’t violate our terms”. Nothing but porn and child porn on this app. 2. You try and contact support for help and each time you get a new rep. That doesn’t care. They will not assign 1 rep to a case to solve the issue! A new “so called rep” will see your msg every time you send a msg to them, nothing gets solved, money you pay gets wasted. Any run your page because reps are useless and don’t have any knowledge on how to fix anything. All they do is copy and paste pre written responses. Horrible app!

New updates. I like the app but the update is disgusting where the camera is higher up on the screen and there’s a black bar on the bottom, same with when you open snaps. It’s visually unappealing and generally inconvenient to only be able to see things half up.

Stories. When i wanna go to the stories section it just shows someones story instead of the whole page and the button is a story instead of the 2 figures

Opaque bar on bottom of screen. Why would you switch it from a see through bar to an opaque bar? Half the time I receive snapchats I can make out what the rest of the sentence is because It gets cut off my the “send a chat” bar. Boo switch it back to see through or get rid of it completely.

Add back the slide down to save or delete!!. It’s nice but not 5 stars, it will be when they add back sliding down on a snap or save it or delete it right now I’ve deleted so many good pics by sliding down cs they took it off for me

Snapchat. I really like this app but I think it should be 14+ because in stories there is some inappropriate content.

i hate the 3d bitmoji. i like the app, but i absolutely hate the 3d bitmojis they change everything about the avatar and not in a good way they made my favourite hair look like a mop. i have not found a single person who likes the 3d. pls change

Help please !!. I have been logged out of my snap (temporarily disabled) for no reason. It had been months now.

Disabled?. I use snapchat on a daily but after i downloaded the update my account has been temporarily disabled. i have tried everything to fix it including contacting support but they have done nothing. i dont know what to do ive lost my 500+ day streaks and now i cant communicate with anyone💀

snapchat. stupid snapchat permanently blocked my acc for violating guidelines when i didn’t do anything. 5 years of my life down the drain.

i’m gonna cry. so basically, I signed out of Snapchat and I deleted the app and I have a premium on that and I’m trying to get it back but I don’t know if this is Snapchat or Apple or whatever but it’s not working it’s not letting me go on Snapchat saying that I’m not allowed to go on it because of a payment fail or whatever and like I really want to cry because like I really tried really hard and it’s not letting me back onto Snapchat because I deleted it ( sorry if this makes no sense I’m using the auto correct because I’m too lazy to type but yeah ) gonna go cry👎

3d bitmojis. It was fine when it was just your own picture 3d but EVERYBODYS is 3d and everyone I know hates it. And I see other reviews and I don’t think anybody likes it. don’t download this. their making 2 billion dollars a year. how? cuz we are the product each time we go to snapshot they try their best to distract us from time. that’s why we spent 3/4 hours using this app! sad😔

My account got completely deleted for no reason. There was this dude who was saying he was selling illegal things so then obvi I desided to mess with him and he kept trying to get me to post a story about him so I made a priv server with ONLY him on it so no one else would get into this dangerous stuff and then I got banned like 5 mins later IT WAS A JOKE😢😢😭😭 and now I can’t get it back

Permanently locked out. I was permanently locked out of my account for breaking the “community guidelines” even tho I didn’t break any guidelines. What’s worse is they don’t have real people to help you with customer service, so you can’t call anyone for help. I’m allowed to make a new account but because of my ip address, they don’t let you use the new account. I loved Snapchat because I could save all my memories without filling my camera roll. Now I can’t even use the app or website because of this stupid system, and I can’t get all my memories back.The only way you can get help is through their Twitter support page but that’s also just prewritten sentences that are sent to you. There is no real person to talk to which really sucks.

Please stop locking my account for nothing!!. Constantly issues. Literally glitches out all the time and currently is not allowing me to add anyone .. this is a common problem that they do not rectify among many other issues

Add tattoos. I think it would be cool if we could add body mods like tattoos to our bitmojis for more accuracy

Fall. This app used to be really good. I’m tired of trying to watch any of the stories that you shove down people’s throat and most of the time are weird and/or very off. The amount of ads in each of those stories are insane as well, it’s honestly what makes me close the app a lot of the time. There also seems to be a new big issue with every update and it just feels very glitchy in general.

Overall app. it’s a great app i use it everyday but i signed into snapchat web and now the snapchat on my phone didn’t work so i tried to log out (on my phone) didn’t let me i logged out on my laptop to see if it would fix it and it didn’t. no snaps are sending on my phone currently

My friend lost her account earlier bc your app said her REAL PASSWORD was wrong. then, when she reset her password (which never worked..) it said "new password cant be the same as old password" when she used the same password! her account is gone forever because of your dumb servers. thanks
