It helps even for people that need this.. It helps you know what to do if you are by yourself and you have a panic attack or a anxiety attack. I would say have one of your friends read it or when of the persons you can trust. Trust me if you have someone with you, you can trust it will help a lot better then having someone that you don’t trust at all and it can make it worse I had panic attacks every since I moved from IL and it help me having someone I could trust and it still works to this day when ever I’m stressing about something and a panic attack comes on. Do what it tells you if will work or also do the 5 sense like what do you hear? What do you see? What do you smell? And what do you feel? It really help I hope I help people out that read this.

Great advice. This booklet is well-written and has great practical advice. It would also be a great tool for those in supportive roles that don't quite understand what a loved one goes through during panic attacks.

In my head.. As I was reading this, I couldn't help thinking that this pamphlet was written about me. I do and think if every reason given when I have an episode. It's good to know you're not alone, so if you have anxiety issues, give it a try. Can't hurt.

Less information that what a site would have. This was a waste of time to read. I've been on countless sites that have given better advice. This is like a badly written 16 page essay with a lack of research and studies to support its claims and advice.

I found this book very helpful because i am always getting told that i am having panic attacks and theres nothing wrong with me,but in the back of my mind I was thinking that there all wrong and there is something wrong with me and thoughts of I am going to die,the book just verified that what I go through are the symptoms of a panic disorder .
Small but helpful. Just a wee book more of a booklet really, but helpful all the same. Some useful relaxation activities are discussed.

Coping with panic attacks. This book has given me better insight into Panic Attacks, it's helped me through an attack.. I was able to put into practice the breathing technique and distraction, now I know it's not a heart attack.. The panic attack is still scary but much more manageable. It also helps me during an attack to go outside and walk it off, however there has to be someone with me, so this is not always possible.. Thanks again....great read...

Good.... Light and straight to the point!
Easy to read. Good for basic tips to alleviate anxiety
Not really very informative. This pamphlet didn't tell me anything google hadn't already. Add that it is promoting "the panic miracle" which seems just by its marketing methods to be snake oil and you are better off saving the download. Even for free it is overpriced.

Handy Reminders. You can't really complain about a free book. I gave it 4 because perhaps there could be more resources/extra reading links or contain a few more ideas but all in all its a reminder to keep handy when you feel you need a push in the right direction.
