Fondant Icing. I think that this is a very good book because it teaches people lots of ways to decorate cakes with delicious fondant icing. Not only does it teach you how to make the delicious icing but also how to colour it! There’s even a quick tip on how to marble the colours. I would recommend this book to people who want to start baking cakes because they can learn how to do it properly. It is very clear and presents the instructions very well.
