Not a fan. There is not much to hold one's interest. I deleted it after a few chapters. Some parts of the dialogue are too modern for a regency romance.

Evident first effort. The first chapters were so labored I almost stopped reading. It does improve as it goes along, however. Somewhat derivative, and with a frantic, wrap up everything in one fell swoop, ending. Still, it had some strengths in story line, and character. And some welcome freshness. The history, and sense of period is not consistent. But, I will probably try a second book by the author.
