Does not make sense. It does not make sense on how Reese hates her guts and then out of nowhere at the end, loves her when he hated her through the whole book.The story made no sense at some moments and I found myself rolling my eyes at certain scenes. The ending sucked as well.

Medieval Mayhem. AISI (As I See It) Laurel O'Donnell's novella is well-worth a read! She paints word pictures that are captivating and clear. Would love to read more of her work!

Good read but not 305 pp. This is a good read but the actual story is only about 150 pages. The remaining 155 pages contain summaries, excerpts, and front covers of the author's other novels!

LOVE this!. I wasn't sure what to expect when I began reading. Maybe I was expecting it to be embarrassing and cheesy, but it wasn't. I couldn't put this novella down! When I got to the last page, I was highly disappointed - I didn't want it to end! Well done :)

Okay?. While the story was great, for I enjoy works of this genre, do not be deceived by this author. There is a third of the amount of pages promised. Here I am, expecting to have a long night of reading ahead of me, and "The End" comes across the page instead. Good story, but disappointed clots my heart.

Fantastic!. I loved this story! I hope the author considers doing a follow up of it so we can see how things play out afterwards with their love and the other issues they faced!

Loved. I loved the story. But I felt that it was very rushed.

Review. The book has a good storyline, but it abruptly ends. This could have been a great book. Also, Jayce is terrified of lightning. I idea that Reese would make love to her outside during a lightning rain storm is ridiculous and insulting to her.

Wait what?!?. I never write reviews. Though it warns this book is a short story I wasn't expecting it to be that short! The book say 600 and some odd pages and really the story itself is 250 pages the other 400 pages are all chapter samples of other books. The end of the story was rushed! This story line was phenomenal it had great potential and it just stopped short! This book catches you right from the beginning and you really feel for the characters and the the last chapter is so rushed. Good story, ending isn't.

Was a good book but short and I feel like the author could have finished it better, after putting the heroine to si much embarrassment.. could have taken it a step further by going back and have the brother truly apologize to her, to find out that the sister kidnaping was all a plot by her and so on. But it was a good read

Too short.. I don’t understand how this is such a short story, the author could have written so much more... I was under the impression the book would be more than 500 pages than under 150 pages. It was pointless to include other excerpts. Besides that this short story was good.

The Romanticist Dream. This short story, had my emotions draw tight. The writer had me hung on every single incident that happened to the characters. I liked that is was a short and sweet kind of story, but I was truly disappointed with the ending. After reading the book and the way it was crafted I expected more out of the ending. Other than that you have me hooked

This book was written with much love and passion, but only for the two main characters to once recognize how the circumstances surrounding their marriage was not typical for them. They fought each other tooth and toenail even dividing those around them. But when the truth was finally revealed, did they truly realize they were made for each other. LaMar

Enjoyable but disappointing ending. At first i greatly enjoyed this book, and really liked the characters and their relationships, but then the ending seemed to come abruptly and out of nowhere, and seemed to be a bit rushed which was disappointing, but I enjoyed the majority of it.

Disappointing. Could have been a good story. Described as short and sweet, although it is short, definitely not sweet. This is better described as a short story about an abusive relationship, Jayce should have been happy about the letter his brother showed to her. Also, too much time wasted with Reese whining about the same thing repeatedly, it felt like more than half the story was just the same thought repeated over and over again.

Turned off. Turned off by all the previews, thought the free novellas were supposed to get the reader hooked on an author but there wasn't enough talent or development or storyline in this novella and too much selling, think the focus is in the wrong area

Beautiful!!!. This "short and sweet" story was sooo beautiful. I cant believe how many times it made me cry!!! It made me really feel for Jayce. Poor thing! Loved Dylan! Is there going to be a story for him too :) This could be good as a series!!!! It was a short story, but the author has warned that from the preview page. However, I do also agree that the story was a little too short. It felt like the ending was rushed. I would have loved to have read what would have happened when they got back and found out the real truth. (Don't want to say too much to spoil the ending). Other than that, this is for sure one of my favourite stories! Amazing and beautiful!!! Loved it!!! Thanks and regards to the author :)

Not enough. 150 pages to the actual book, over 200 pages of previews. Really? Who does that. Besides, the book needed more character development than just really wonderful blue eyes. Not impressed

Mercelle- I think.... Ok this book was pretty good but it left me feeling like there wasn't a great story development and character growth however it was heartfelt. But yes it's a Good quick read
